        동영상을 활용한 필라테스 운동 프로그램이 간호대학생의 활력, 건강 자기효능감, 신체 자기 효능감 및 신체조성에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 간호대학생에게 동영상을 활용하여 제공한 필라테스 운동프로그램이 활력, 건강 자기효능감, 신체자기 효능감 및 신체조성이 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 비동등성 실험군 대조군 사전사후 검사 유사실험연구설계가 이용되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 K 광역시의 간호대학생 40명으로, 실험군 20명, 대조군 20명이다. 자료는 2019년 9월 20일부터 12월 20일까지 수집되었다. 실험군 대상자들은 운동을 시작하기 전에 동영상 필라테스 운동프로그램을 제공받았으며, 대조군은 운동프로그램을 제공받지 않았다. 자료는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램으로 분석되었으며, chi-square test, independent t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov 및 repeated measured ANOVA를 이용하였다. 활력(F=22.0, p<.001), 건강자기효능감(F=6.37, p=.016), 신체자기효능감(F=5.22, p=.028), 허리둘레(F=5.57, p=.023), 그리고 허리/엉덩이둘레 비율(F=15.64, p<.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이런 결과를 기반으로, 본 연구에서 간호학생에게 제공된 동영상 필라테스 운동프로그램이 건강자기효능감과 신체자기효능감을 올리고, 허리둘레와 허리/엉덩이둘레를 감소시키는데 효과적이었다. 따라서, 본 연구의 결과는 간호학생의 신체적 활동에 유용하며, 자기효능감과 신체조성을 향상시키는 중재방법으로 기여하였다. This study was conducted to examine the effect of using the pilates exercise video program on the vitality, self-efficacy of health and body, and body composition of nursing students. A quasi-experimental design of nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest was used. The subjects of this study were 40 nursing students, 20 each in the experimental and control group in K metropolitan city. Data were collected from 20th September to 20th December 2019. Subjects belonging to the experimental group were provided the exercise program video before beginning the workout, the control group was not provided the exercise program. The data were analyzed by chi-square test, independent t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, and repeated measured ANOVA on the SPSS 26.0 program. There were significant differences in vitality (F=22.22, p<.001), self-efficacy of health (F=6.37, p=.016), self-efficacy of the body (F=5.22, p=.028), waist circumference (F=5.57, p=.023) and waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) (F=15.64, p<.001). Based on the findings, the pilates exercise program used by the nursing students was effective in enhancing the self-efficacy of health and body, and in decreasing the waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio of subjects. Therefore, the result of this study may be utilized to introduce the pilates program as an intervention to improve the self-efficacy and body composition of nursing students.

        간호대학생의 학습유형과 비판적 사고성향이 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was designed to explore the influencing factors on communication skill of nursing students and to investigate the relationship between learning style, critical thinking disposition and communication skill, Methods: The study sample was composed of 559 nursing students. Data was collected from 1st to 30th, May 2012 used a questionnaire which included Kolb’s learning style inventory, critical thinking disposition inventory, communication skill inventory. The SPSS 18.0 Window program was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Learning styles of subjects were diverging 39.5%, accommodating 32.6%, assimilating 22.7%, and converging 5.2%. The total mean score of critical thinking disposition and communication skill was 3.58 and 3.39 respectively. The score of Critical thinking disposition(t=3.06, p=.002) and Communication skill(t=3.25, p=.002) significantly differed between clinical practice satisfaction. Communication skill was the most significant predictor and accounted for 41.3% of the variance in critical thinking disposition in nursing students. Conclusion: It is important for students to use all four learning styles rather than to rely on one style. There should be more emphasis placed on the development of positive critical thinking disposition and communication skill of nursing students.

        간호학생의 생명의료윤리의식, 도덕적 민감성 및 비판적 사고성향이 간호사윤리강령 인식에 미치는 영향요인

        본 연구는 간호학생의 생명의료윤리의식, 도덕적 민감성 및 비판적 사고성향이 간호사윤리강령 인식에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보기 위해 수행된 서술적 상관 연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2개 대도시의 2개 대학 간호학과 학생들 229명을 대상으로 하였으며 자료수집 기간은 2015년 6월 1일부터 7월 31일까지이다. 수집된 자료에 대한 통계분석은 SPSS 22.0 버전 컴퓨터프로그램을 이용하였으며, t 검정, 분산분석 및 Scheffe‘s 검정, 다변량 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 대상자의 86.65%가 여성이었으며, 평균나이는 21.67살이었다. 간호사윤리강령에 대한 인식정도는 생명의료윤리의식(p<.001), 도덕적 민감성(p<.001), 비판적 사고성향 (p<.001)과 양의 상관관계를 나타낸 반면, 학년(p=.017), 결혼상태(p=.012), 생명과학 발전에 따른 윤리적 문제 발생 가능성(p=.012)과는 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 간호사윤리 강령에 미치는 영향요인은 학년(p=.013), 결혼상태(p=.030), 생명의료윤리 의식(p=.017), 도덕적 민감성(p<.001), 비판적 사고성향(p=.001)이며 설명력은 26.3%이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 생명의료윤리의식, 도덕적 민감성 및 비판적 사고성향이 간호학생의 간호사 윤리강령 인식에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing consciousness of biomedical ethics, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition with respect to the Code of Ethics of nurses among nursing students. A descriptive correlation research design was used for this study. The subjects were 299 nursing students in two large cities from 1 June to 31 July 2015. Collected data were analyzed using a t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe"s test and stepwise multiple regression by the SPSS 22.0 program. The results revealed that female subjects comprised 86.65% of the subjects and the mean age was 21.67 years. Awareness of the Code of Ethics for nurses was positively correlated with the consciousness of biomedical ethics(p<0.001), moral sensitivity(p<0.001), and critical thinking disposition(p<0.001). However, there were negative correlations between grade(p=0.017), marital state(p=0.012), and the possibility of increasing ethical problems according to the development of bioscience(p=0.012). Significant influencing factors of the awareness of the Code of Ethics for nurses included grade(p=0.013), marital state(p=0.030), consciousness of biomedical ethics(p=0.017), moral sensitivity(p<0.001), and critical thinking disposition(p=0.001), with apower of explanation of 26.3%. The results of this study show that the consciousness of biomedical ethics, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition are factors influencing the code of ethics for nurses among nursing students.

        간호대학생의 임상실습, 윤리적 가치관 및 생명의료윤리교육에 따른 간호사 윤리강령인식, 윤리강령 적용정도 및 생명의료윤리의식의 차이

        Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the differences of the Code of Ethics, level of application of the Code of Ethics and consciousness of biomedical ethics of nurses about clinical practice experience, ethical values and biomedical ethics education experience of nursing students. Methods: A descriptive research design, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used. The data were collected 1st June to 31st August 2016 from two large cities. The participants were 246 nursing students with a mean age of 22.57 years. Among them, 209 (84.6%) were female, 94 (38.2%) had clinical practice experience, 155 (63.0%) listed their ethical value as different depending on the situation, and 127 (51.6%) had biomedical ethics education experience. Results: The scores were: awareness of the Code of Ethics of Nurses 4.29±0.60; application of the Code of Ethics of Nurses 4.24±0.64; and consciousness of biomedical ethics 2.91±0.19. There were significant differences in application of the Code of Ethics of Nurses (t=-1.97, p=.050); consciousness of biomedical ethics (t=-2.25, p=.025) related to clinical practice experience; and consciousness of biomedical ethics related to biomedical education experience (t=2.67, p=.007). Conclusion: Clinical practice and biomedical ethics education experience contributed to enhance the level of application of the Code of Ethics of Nurses and consciousness of biomedical ethics of nursing students.

        간호학생의 운동수행여부, 건강에 대한 생각에 따른 자기효능감, 자아존중감 및 활력정도의 차이

        본 연구는 간호대학생의 운동수행여부, 건강에 대한 생각에 따른 자기효능감, 자아존중감 및 활력의 차이를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 디자인은 서술적 조사연구로, 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0을 이용하였으며 카이제곱-test, t-test가 사용되었다. 자료수집 기간은 2019년 5월 1일부터 6월 30일까지로 K시에서 수집되었다. 대상자의 평균 나이는 23.7살이었다. 대상자 중 187명(85.0%)은 여자, 99명(45.0%)은 운동을 수행하고 있었으며, 138명(62.7%)은 자신들이 건강하다고 생각하고 있었다. 변수들에 대한 점수는; 건강자기효능감 2.93±0.35점; 신체자기효능감 3.16±0.37점; 자아존중감2.94±0.43; 활력 3.78±0.52이다. 운동을 수행하는 경우 신체자기효능감(t=3.68, p =<.001); 운동적 기능(t=5.39, p <.001); 정신적 기능(t=2.10, p =.037), 영양적 기능(t=2.50, p =.013); 건강관리 효능감(t=2.37, p =.019) 그리고 활력(t=12.63, p =<.001)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 자신이 건강하다고 생각하는 경우 건강자기효능감(t=3.73, p =<.001), 운동적 기능(t=3.29, p =.001); 정신적 기능(t=4.01, p <.001); 영양적 기능(t=2.62, p =.009), 건강관리 효능(t=2.51, p =.013); 건강자기효능감(t=2.59, p =.010); 자아존중감(t=3.91, p =<.001) 그리고 활력(t=2.92, p =.004)에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 운동 수행이 건강자기효능감과 활력을 높이는데 기여하였으며, 자신이 건강하다고 생각하는 것이 신체자기효능감, 자아존중감 및 활력을 높이는데 기여하였다. Self-efficacy of health (t=3.73, p=<.001), motor function (t=3.29, p=.001), psychological function (t=4.01, p<.001), nutritional function (t=2.62, p=.009), efficacy of health management (t=2.51, p=.013), self-efficacy of body (t=2.59, p=.010), self-esteem (t=3.91, p=<.001), and vitality (t=2.92, p=.004) were related to health consciousness. Physical exercise and previous experience of body weight loss contributed to enhanced self-efficacy of health and vitality and health consciousness contributed to enhanced self-efficacy of health and body, self-esteem, and vitality.

        간호 대학생의 생명윤리의식, 의사소통능력 및 도덕적 민감성이 간호 전문직관에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 425명의 간호 대학생을 대상으로 생명윤리의식, 도덕적 민감성, 의사소통능력 및 간호 전문직관 상관관계를 확인하고, 간호 전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하여, 간호 전문직관의 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구는 서술적 상관관계연구로, 2019년10월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 I시와 K시의 간호학과 학생425명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하였다. SPSS 27.0 버전에서 사용한 평균 및 표준 편차, t-검정, 일원 분산 분석, Pearson 상관 관계, Scheffé 및 다중 회귀 분석을 통해 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과 여학생이 365명(90.6%), 22.67±6.29세이고, 4학년이 147명(34.6%), 임상실습 경험이 있는 학생이 393명(92.5%), 윤리적 가치관이 상황에 따라 다른 학생은 182명(42.8%)이었다. 생명윤리의식은 성별(t=2.60, p =.009), 나이(F=2.99, p =019), 결혼(t=2.41, p =016), 임상경험(t=2.30, p =022), 윤리적 가치(F=4.77, p =.009)에서, 도덕적 민감성은 학년(f=3.25, p =0.22), 결혼상태(t=-2.23, p =035),임상경험(t=2.12, p =035)에서, 의사소통능력은 윤리적 가치(F=13.20 p< .001), 간호 전문직관은 임상실습 경험(t=2.15, p =032)에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 간호 전문직관은 학년(r=.11, p=.028), 생명윤리의식(r=.20, p<.001), 도덕적 민감성(r=.33, p<.001)과 긍정적인 상관관계가 있었다. 도덕적 민감성(t=5.06, p<.001)과 의사소통능력(t=3.05, p=.002)이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 설명률이 13.7%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호 대학생들의 간호 전문직관은 도덕적 민감성과 의사소통능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Purpose: This study investigated the factors that influence a nursing students view of nursing professionalism. Method: The study used a cross-sectional descriptive research design. Data collected from 1st October to 30th November 2019, enrolling 425 subjects from two cities, were analyzed by mean and standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearsons correlation coefficient, Scheffés method, and multiple regression using SPSS 27.0. Results: The subjects included 365 women (90.6%). The average age was 22.67±6.29 years, including 147 seniors (34.6%) and 393 with clinical practice experience (92.5%), 182 subjects (42.8%) responded that ethical value depends on the situation. Considering factors that affect consciousness of biomedical ethics, significant differences were obtained in gender (t=2.60, p =.009), age (F=2.99, p =.019), marital status (t=2.41, p =.016), clinical practice experience (t=2.30, p =.022), and ethical value (F=4.77, p =.009). The grade (F=3.25, p =.022), marital status (t=-2.23, p =.035), and clinical practice experience (t=2.12, p =.035) influenced moral sensitivity, whereas ethical value (F=13.20, p <.001), communication ability, and clinical practice experience (t=2.15, p =.032) were factors influencing the view towards nursing professionalism. View of nursing professionalism was positively correlated with grade (r=.11, p =.028), consciousness of biomedical ethics (r=.20, p <.001), moral sensitivity (r=.33, p <.001), and communication ability (r=.27, p <.001). Of these, moral sensitivity (t=5.06, p <.001) and communication ability (t=3.05, p =.002) were the major influencing factors, with an explanation rate of 13.7%. Conclusion: Moral sensitivity and communication ability are the factors that majorly influence nursing students views toward nursing professionalism.

        척추마취 하 수술 환자의 불안, 혈압, 심박수 및 혈당에 미치는 음악요법의 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to exam the effect of listening to preferred music on patients’ anxiety, blood pressure, heart rate, and glucose levels during spinal anesthesia. Methods: A quasi-experimental research design was used. The participants were divided into an experimental group (n=30) and a control group (n=30) undergoing lower leg operations using spinal anesthesia. The mean age was 35.1 years and the mean time of listening to the music was 71.33 minutes. The experimental group was provided with their preferred music selected by each of the participants; the control group was not provided with any music. Results: The state of anxiety was decreased significantly in the experimental group(F=4.14, p=.046). Anxiety (VAS) was also significantly lower in the experimental group (F=4.62, p=.036). Conclusion: The results of the study show that listening to preferred music is an effective method for reducing peri-operative anxiety for patients during spinal anesthesia.

        간호대학 1학년 학생을 위한 생명의료윤리 교육프로그램의 효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to exam the effect of a biomedical ethics education program on the consciousness of biomedical ethics, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition in nursing students. Method: A quasi-experimental research design and repeated measured ANOVA were used. The participants were divided into an experimental group (n=148) and a control group (n=169). Each group underwent freshman university nursing training in two major cities. The mean age was 21.3 years and the time of providing the biomedical ethics education program was 15 hours for 15 weeks. The experimental group was provided biomedical ethics education during the semester; the control group was not provided any biomedical ethics education. Results: The consciousness of biomedical ethics was increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-4.724, p<.001). Moral sensitivity was increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-2.021, p<.004). Critical thinking disposition was increased significantly in the experimental group (t=-5.775, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of the study show that providing biomedical ethics education to nursing students is an effective method to increase the consciousness of biomedical ethics, moral sensitivity and critical thinking disposition.

        일개 대학 간호학생의 성별, 윤리적 가치관 및 생명의료윤리 특성이 생명의료윤리의식에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 일개 대학 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식 정도를 검증하기 위한 연구이다. 연구대상은 간호학생 총 266명이며, 자료수집은 2012년 9월 10일부터 10월 5일까지였다. 생명의료윤리의식의 총점 평균은 4점 만 점을 기준으로 2.98(±0.2)점이었으며, ‘태아생명권’ 점수가 3.27(±0.5)로 가장 높은 점수를, ‘장기이식’에서 2.70(±0.4)로 가장 낮은 점수를 보였다. 윤리적 가치관이 매우 확고한 경우 3.06점으로 가장 높았으며(F=3.936, p=.021), 인공임신이 3.21점으로 가장 높은 점수를 나타냈다(F=5.001, p=.007). 성별과 생명의료윤리의식 점수(r=0.180, p=.003), 윤리적 가 치관은 정적 상관관계를 보였다(r=0.170, p=.005). 간호대학생의 생명의료윤리의식에 대한 예측 요인은 성별(β=0.205, t=3.399, p=<.001)생명과학 발달에 따른 윤리적문제점 증가에 대한 우려(β=0.142, t=2.261, p=0.025)와 윤리적 가치관 (β=0.189, t=3.119, p=0.002)이었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호학생들의 생명의료윤리의식을 높이기 위한 교육 프로 그램을 마련하는 데 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The aim of this study was to test the correlation of ethical values and perception of biomedical ethics in nursing students. Data was collected from September 10th to October 5th 2012, was analyzed using the t-test, the one-way ANOVA, the Scheffe, the Multiple regression and Pearson’s correlation. The average point of consciousness of biomedical ethics was 2.98(±0.2). The highest score of 3.27(±0.5) was seen in the category of the ethics for 'right to life of the fetus', the lowest score of 2.70(±0.4) was seen in the 'organ transplantation'. As a result of analyzing on general and specific aspects, the difference was found in gender and ethical values(F=6.148, p=<.001). In gender, the score of biomedical ethics(r=0.108, p=.003) and ethical values(r=-0.185, p=.002) were showing a positive correlation. The predictors of biomedical ethics was gender(β =0.205, t=3.399, p=<.001), the possibility of biomedical ethics problems depend on the development of science (β=0.142, t=2.261, p=0.025) and ethical values(β=0.189, t=3.119, p=0.002). These results can provide a basic data to enhance the consciousness of biomedical ethics and establish a educational program of biomedical ethics for nursing students.
