This study was to explore the structural relationship among professional player’s game attitude, team image, team satisfaction and team loyalty. For this, pro-sports spectators(Jounbuk Hyundai, Jounju KCC, KIA Tigers) were surveyed. Except for thirty five questionnaires, final 415 out of 450 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 18.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows: First, the professional player’s game attitude are significant to team image. Second, the professional player’s game attitude are significant to team satisfaction. Third, the professional player’s game attitude are significant to team loyalty. Fourth, the team image are significant to team satisfaction. Fifthly, the team image are significant to team loyalty. Lastly, the team satisfaction are significant to team loyalty.
AHP를 적용한 여자축구리그(WK-리그) 활성화 요인 우선순위 분석

This research was to explore the Priority Order of Revitalization Factors in WK-League through AHP Method and thus, provide fundamental information for WK-League. For this purpose, the Delphi survey was carried out by seven gurus and an hierarchy structure was established with agreed survey questions in the fourth round. Based on this, pair-wise comparison questionnaires were developed. The research targeted players, coaches and officials of WK-League. Through a consistency test, samples with the lack of reliability were excluded and SPSS WIN Ver. 18.0 and Microsoft Office Excel 2007 were used for data process. The following results came from the research. The priority order in evaluation field was a management of football club and league, match performance reinforcement and exercise support, media exposure and system of referees. A expansion of sponsorship in the management of football club and league among evaluation items, expansion of player pool in the match performance reinforcement and exercise support, promotion through media in the media exposure, and expertise strengthen of referee in system of referees were occupied in a top rank.
한·일 중학교 축구선수들의 운동참여 동기, 운동만족 및 운동지속의도와의 구조관계

This study was to explore the relationship among Korean and Japanese Middle School Soccer Players’ Motivation for Participation, Satisfaction and Continuation. For this, korean and japanese middle school soccer players were surveyed. Except for 88 questionnaires, final 912 out of 1,000 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 18.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows: First, As for korean middle school soccer players, inner satisfaction, amotivation, personal approval and social satisfaction are significant to leading exercise. As for japanese middle school soccer players, inner satisfaction, amotivation, personal approval and granting value are significant to leading exercise. Second, personal approval, granting value and social satisfaction are significant to ability and accomplishment was found from korean and japanese players. It was found that japanese players also had inner satisfaction. Third, amotivation, personal approval, granting value and social satisfaction are significant to budget and support studying system was found from korean players. As for japanese middle school soccer players, inner satisfaction, amotivation, personal approval and granting value are significant to budget and support studying system. Lastly, every satisfaction’s factor are significant to continuation.
AHP를 활용한 대학축구리그(U리그) 활성화 방안 연구

A expansion of sponsorship in the professionalism of management system among evaluation items, sports science in the match performance reinforcement and support of a school in the marketing activity, and broadcasting implement in the media exposure occupied in a top rank.
프로축구단의 공중관계성과 구단이미지 및 기업평판과의 구조적 관계

This study was to explore the relationship among the public relations, team image and corporate reputation of the K-league football clubs. For this, pro-sports spectators(Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors, Suwon Samsung Bluewings, Pohang Steelers) were surveyed. Except for twenty four questionnaires, final 426 out of 450 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 21.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows. First, the relationship of K-League Football Clubs are significant to team image. Second, the reliability of K-League Football Clubs are significant to team image. Third, the capability of K-League Football Clubs are significant to team image. Fourth, the familiarity of K-League Football Clubs are significant to team image. Fifth, the social contribution of K-League Football Clubs are find to have no significant effect on team image. Lastly, the team image of K-League Football Clubs are significant to Corporate Reputation.
프로축구 구단 직원의 조직공정성이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of th'is study was to provide fundamental information for fortifying a customer-oriented attitude by finding out the effect of staff's organizational equity in a professional football club on customer-orientedness. For this purpose, the survey to all staff in the every football club of the K-League was carried out and 206 valid samples were finally adopted. SPSSWIN Ver. 12.0 was used for frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and LISREL 8.80 was used for confirmatory factor analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The result of this research is as follows: First, the distributive equity, procedural equity and interaction recognized by the staff has positive influence on job satisfaction. Second, empowerment is positively influenced by distributive and procedural equities but not done by interaction. Third, job satisfaction has positive impact on customer-orientedness. Finally, empowerment is affirmatively influential to customer-orientedness.

This study was to explore the working environment, job-relationship, positive psychology and innovative behavior in employees of commercial sports facilities. For this, the employee of commercial sports facilities(swimming pool, fitness center, table tennis court) in Jeollabukdo provinces were surveyed. Except for thirteen questionnaires, final 287 out of 300 ones was statistically managed and SPSS 23.0 and LISREL 8.80 were used for statistical analysis. The result of this research was as follows. First, the working environment of the commercial sports facilities workers are significant to positive psychology. And the working environment of the commercial sports facilities workers are significant to innovative behavior. Second, the job-relationship of the commercial sports facilities workers are significant to positive psychology. And the job-relationship of the commercial sports facilities workers are significant to innovative behavior. Third, the positive psychology of the commercial sports facilities workers are significant to innovative behavior.
