한국영화에서 팩션영화와 애국심마케팅이 흥행에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사실을 바탕으로 한 한국 팩션영화와 애국심마케팅이 영화흥행에 미치는 영향을 보는 것이다. 영화진흥위원회에서 발표한 2004년부터 2015년 9월 20일까지의 매년 박스오피스 상위 10위까지의 영화를 대상으로 하였다. 독립변수로는 팩션영화, 애국심마케팅 여부로 하였고, 종속변수로는 관람객수로 하여 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 영화흥행이 타요인에 영향을 받는 것을 통제하기 위해 기존 연구를 바탕으로 통제변수를 설정하였다. 연구 결과, 팩션영화와 애국심마케팅은 각각 영화흥행에 정(+)의 관계로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 팩션영화와 애국심 마케팅이 상호작용효과가 나타나 영화흥행에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 픽션영화는 애국심마케팅과 상호작용효과가 나타나지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 팩션영화일 경우 관람객수가 많다는 점을 실증적으로 보여주었고, 특히 팩션영화의 애국심마케팅은 상호작용효과로 중요한 영화소재가 된다는 점을 보여주고 있다.

White organic light emitting devices were fabricated to improve the stability through a structural change using the two peak emission method. The fabricated devices were composed of indium tin oxide (100 nm)/ α-NPD (30 nm)/4,40-bis(2,20-diphenylvinyl)-1,10-biphenyl (DPVBi, d: variable)/DPVBi: Rubrene (40 nm)/2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(5 nm)/ Alq3(5 nm)/ Al (100 nm). A DPVBi for blue emissions was used as the host material in the emitters. The doping concentration of the Rubrene was fixed at 2.0% (by weight). The white emission with Commission Internationale De L’Eclairage coordinates of (0.3342, 0.3439) occurred at 14 V with a thickness d of 1 nm. It was insensitive to the drive voltage, and the devices had a maximum luminance of 211 cd/cm2. At 19 V, the current density and maximum external quantum efficiency were 173 mA/cm2 and 0.478%, respectively.
신규 합성한 청색발광재료 nitro-DPVT를 사용한 백색 유기발광다이오드의 형광색소 도핑농도 및 NPB 층의 두께 변화에 따른 특성 분석

A stacked white organic light-emitting diode (OLED) having a blue/orange emitting layer was fabricated by synthesizing nitro-DPVT, a new derivative of the blue-emitting material DPVBi on the market. The white-emission of the two-wavelength type was successfully obtained by using both nitro-DPVT for blue~emitting material, orange emission as a host material and Rubrene for orange emission as a guest material. The basic structure of the fabricated white OLED is glass/ITO/NPB$(200{\AA})$/nitro-DPVT$(100{\AA})$/nitro-DPVT:$Rubrene(100{\AA})/BCP(70{\AA})/Alq_3(150{\AA})/Al(600{\AA})$. To evaluate the. characteristics of the devices, firstly, we varied the doping concentrations of fluorescent dye Rubrene from 0.5 % to 0.8 % to 1.3 % to 1.5 % to 3.0 % by weight. A nearly pure white-emission was obtained in CIE coordinates of (0.3259, 0.3395) when the doping concentration of Rubrene was 1.3 % at an applied voltage of 18 V. Secondly, we varied the thickness of the NPB layer from $150{\AA}\;to\;200{\AA}\;to\;250{\AA}\;to\;300{\AA}$ by fixing doping with of Rubrene at 1.3 %. A nearly pure white-emission was also obtained in CIE coordinates of (0.3304, 0.3473) when the NPB layer was $250-{\AA}$ thick at an applied voltage of 16 V. The two devices started to operate at 4 V and to emit light at 4.5 V. The external quantum efficiency was above 0.4 % when almost all of the current was injected.
PVA 배열층을 이용한 펜타신 유기 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성

The pentacene-based organic thin film transistors(OTFTs) using polyvinylalcohol(PVA) alignment layer were fabricated on the $SiO_2$ evaporated to n-type (111) Si substrates. The pentacene film was deposited by thermally evaporated at $10^{-7}$ torr. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and atomic force microscope(AFM) measurement showed pentacene film which deposited on rubbed PVA layers were partially crystallized at (001) plane. The pentacene OTFTs with PVA layers rubbed perpendicular to the direction of current flow was shown to align better orientation than parallel rubbed case and thus to enhance the mobility and saturation current by a factor of 2.3 respectively. We obtained mobility by 0.026 $cm^2$/Vs and on-off current ratio by ${\sim}10^8$.
Saccharomyces cerevisiae에서 Bacillus macerans cyclodextrin glucanotransferase의 발현 특성

The cuclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase) gene of Bacillus macerans was subcloned at the downstream of yeast ADH1 promoter, and then the resulting plasmid pVT-CGTM(9.15 kb) was introduced into the yeast host strain, Saccharomyces cerevisias 2805. The transformed yeast, S. cerevisiae 2805/pVT-CGTM, showed the starch-hydrolyzing activity on the starch-azure plate. The optimal conditions for the CGTase expression were found to be 2% dextrose, initial pH5.5, 3$0^{\circ}C$, and 48hr cultivation. Under this condition, the extracellular CGTase activity reached at 0.53 U/mL, whereas the intracellular activity was about 0.03U/mL. This result indicates that the signal peptide of Bacillus CGTase functioned well in S. cerevisiae.

In this paper, a periodic array of phototransistors is introduced for CMOS image sensors. Each device comprises a Si nanowire (NW) of varying diameters positioned above a bipolar junction transistor (BJT). The Si NW connects directly to the BJTs base region. Si NWs with distinct diameters resonate at particular wavelengths, leading to high optical absorption at the distinct regions of the visible light spectrum, namely blue, green, or red. Upon absorption, the photocurrent from the Si NW is injected into the base region, causing the BJT to transition from cutoff to the forward active mode. The amplifying function of the transistor yields superior quantum efficiency, as corroborated by TCAD simulations.
