본 연구에서는 주변국의 탄도미사일 및 잠재적 위협에 대비하여 발사징후를 조기에 탐지하고, 한반도 주변 긴급위협에 대한 저궤도 위성정찰을 위해 위성의 신속 운용능력을 확보하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 효율적 군 우주비행체의 운용개념을 제시하고 공군 차원에서 우주전력 체계 구축에 관한 타당성을 제시함으로써 우주전력체계 구축 및 운용개념을 발전시키고자 하였다. 본 연구는 3가지 주요부분으로 구성되어져 있다. 첫 번째는 정찰용 우주비행체의 개념 및 개발동향을 제시하고, 두 번째는 우주비행체의 운용개념 및 요구조건을 정립하며, 마지막으로 군 작전을 지원하기 위한 정찰용 우주비행체의 확보방안을 제시하였다. 우주비행체의 개념 및 개발동향 파악을 위해 정찰위성 개발기술 동향, 정찰용 비행체 운용개념 및 국내외 기술동향을 분석하고, 우주비행체의 운용개념 및 요구조건 분석을 위해 정찰용 우주비행체이 운용개념 및 임무에 대하여 제시하였으며, 정찰용 탑재체 및 발사체의 요구성능에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 정찰용 우주비행체 확보를 위해 운용궤도, 탑재체 및 비행체의 확보방안에 대하여 분석하였으며, 향후 효율적인 정찰용 우주비행체의 운용방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 군의 우주복원력 및 즉응성 향상과 더불어 우주 전력체계 구축을 위한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This research is on early detecting the launching symptom of ballistic missile and potential threat, and acquisition strategy of rapid responsive LEO satellite reconnaissance capability against urgent threat in Korean peninsula. This research will provide concept of operation for military space flight vehicle, and develop adequate logic for the acquisition of Air Force's space system. This research is composed of three parts. Firstly, this research provides concept of operation for reconnaissance space flight vehicle and development trend. Secondly, this establishes concept of operation and requirement for space flight vehicle. Finally, this presents the acquisition strategy of reconnaissance space flight vehicle for military operations. This research analyses the technology of reconnaissance satellite, concept of operation for space flight vehicle, and analyses global technological trend for concept of space flight vehicle and development status. This presents the concept of operation and mission for space flight vehicle to analyze the concept of operation and requirement, and analyses the requirements of reconnaissance space payload and vehicle. I addition, this research provides the future effective operation plan of space reconnaissance vehicle. This result will contribute the enhancement of military space resiliency and rapid operational responsiveness, and support the acquisition of the military space system.
