      • 창작무용 수업에 있어서 협동학습과 경쟁학습이 중학생의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze effects on academic achievements in compare with cooperative and competitive learning models of the creative dance instruction The Experiment was performed in instruction of 12. sessions, In this experiment was participated 74 middle school students, It was divided into cooperative group(n=39) and competitive group(n=35), Each group was recognized small group of 5-6 students and was given an individual role to each others. The measuring tools used in pre-test and post-test was an academic achievement testing sheet, That was conducted by creative ability evaluation standards. The results of this study was as followings Cooperative learning model in creative dance instruction was more effective for learner's academic achievements than competitive learning model, That is, it was more effective for originality, composition and continuity among sub-factors of academic achievements, In conclusion concrete methods to activate creative dance instruction which is in the important position in educational dance of the 7th curriculum can be found in cooperative learning model.

      • 구성주의를 기초로 한 창작무용 교수-학습에 관한 연구

        To adopt the rapidly changing generation, it is assumed that learners should have creativity and thinking and judging power, Based on the assumption, it is suggested that constructivism is a very effective educational method to cultivate the power. The educational view of constructivism is closely related to the education of creative dance, and it can be summarized into three parts: First, constructivism emphasizes experiences of expression using bodies in a manner similar to creative dance. Second, the education based on constructivism focuses on creative thinking and problem-shooting, But the goal of creative dance is a distinctive and creative expression of bodily movements. Finally, it focuses on cooperative learning. In teaching creative dance, small group learning is more effective than individual learning. So, when the teaching-learning theory based on constructivism is appled for learning related to creative dance with a main content of creative expression, its educational effect is better, To sum up, further studies on physical education or dance education based on constructivism are necessary.

      • 학습방법이 중학생의 자아개념에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to analyze effects on self-concept in compare with cooperative and competitive learning system of the creative dance instruction. This study was accomplished in the form of experiment as instruction. The results of this study was as following: Cooperative learning system was more effective for learner's self-concept than competitive learning in the creative dance instruction In particular, influence of cooperative learning system on self-concept toward lower students' ability levels was great. One of the important factors that influence on self-concept is a personal relation A small group activity of cooperative learning methods focuses on interaction between members. Therefore, it is concluded that cooperative learning is very important to cultivate an affirmative self-concept.

        전기자극이 흰쥐 위측근의 수축반응에 미치는 영향

        The effect of hindlimb suspension on the mechanical properties of contraction of the hindlimb muscles and the effect of the intermittent electrical stimulation on the atrophic response of antigravity muscles were evaluated. Muscle weight, contraction time (CT), half relaxation time(HRT), maximum twitch tension(Pt), maximum tetanic tension(Po), and fatigue index(FI), were investigated. Sprague-Dawley rats weighting 230-250g were subjected to hindlimb suspension and divided into six groups: the first was hindlimb suspension (HS) group, the second hindlimb suspension with 20Hz electrical stimulation (HS-ES 20), the third hindlimb suspension with 40Hz electrical stimulation (HS-ES 40), the fourth spontaneous recovery after hindlimb suspension (PHS-SR), the fifth electrical stimulation during recovery period (PHS-ES), and the last the control group. The results from the statistical analysis of these data were summarized as follows; 1. Weight of soleus and medial gastrocnemius muscles were decreased significantly by the 7 days hindlimb suspension, and the decrease of soleus muscle weight in the HS-ES 20 group and the decrease of medial gastrocnemius muscle weight in the HS-ES 20 and the HS-ES 40 group were less severe than those of the HS group. It proved that the hindlimb suspension with electrical stimulation might be useful in preventing the effect of muscle atrophy. 2. Muscle weight of the PHS-SR group and the PHS-ES group were not retrieved in the 7 days recovery period without hindlimb suspension but were superior in the recovery of muscle atrophy. The soleus muscle weight of the electrical stimulation group was similar to that of the control group, however, the medial gastrocnemius muscle weight shows no difference in the 3 groups. 3. CT, HRT, Pt and Po of the medial gastrocnemius muscle of the HS group decreased prominently, and the 20Hz and the 40HZ stimulation showed more efficient effect than the 20Hz in Po and FI of that muscle. 4. In the change of mechanical properties of the soleus muscle after the recovery period without the strain of the hindlimb in the PHS-ES group, the electrical stimulation was effective for preventing muscle atrophy. Especially GRT and FI of the muscle were retrievd similarly to those of the control group. Recovery of CT, HRT, Pt and Po of the medial gastrocnemius muscle were similar to those of the control group but FI of the PHS-SR and the PHS-ES group was decreased. Mechanical properties of the soleus muscle contraction were different from those of the medial gastrocnemius muscle. The changes of mechanical properties were more serious in the soleus than in the medial gastrocnemius muscle. Electrical stimulation during the recovery period or during the hindlimb suspension showed more prominent effect in prevention of recovery of muscle atrophy. In conclusion, the results of these data indicate that the intermittent electrical stimulation, especially after the appearance of muscle atrophy, may be useful in preventing muscle atrophy, and that the optimal pulse width and the frequency of electrical stimulation were 0.2ms and 20Hzfor the soleus muscle and 0.3ms and 40Hz for the medial gastrocnemius muscle, under the supramaximal stimulation.

        무용학 : 생활무용 참여종목과 연령에 따른 신체적 자기개념

        The purpose of this study was to examine physical self-concept according to the living dance program and age of Korean adults.Analyzing the collected data according to objective and methodology of the study, researcher obtained the following results.First, there were statistically significant differences in physical self-concept between regular dancers and non-regular ones. So, regular dancers showed better the body fat(slenderness), appearance, health, physical activity, self-esteem, and endurance among the sub-factors than those who do not dance regularly.Second, aerobics regular dancers higher than dance sport and jazz dance in body fat, health, physical activity, self esteem, endurance and physical self-concept.Third, regular dancers in 40s perceived higher than 20s in health, self esteem, and global physical.As the results, living dance program participation has proven to be an effective for adult's physical self-concept.
