The purpose of this study is to identify the types and features of job rotation being operated in a motor company. The types of job rotation have been classified according to the range of rotation and its cycle. Also, the features of the favorable rotation types were examined by the worker's age and their types of tasks. The results show that workers prefer broader ranges and slower cycles of rotations as they age. Moreover, older workers tend to show an increase in the preference of participating in job rotations. The result of this study is expected to be applied as fundamental data to job design.

고위기 학교부적응 청소년의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 힐링승마 프로그램 개발

본 연구의 목적은 고위기 학교부적응 청소년의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 힐링승마 프로그램을 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과성을 검증하는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 고위기 학교부적응 청소년 22명은 실험집단으로, 22명은 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 프로그램은 박인우(1995)의 상담프로그램 개발 모형을 바탕으로 총 7회기를 구안하여, 주 2회씩 실시하였다. 효과성 검증을 위해 검사 도구는 Gresham과 Elliott(1990)의 사회적 기술 평정 척도(SSRS)를 문성원(2003)이 번안한 척도를 사용하였다. 자료는 혼합변 량분석으로 처리하여 통계 결과를 분석하였고, 양적 연구의 한계를 보완하기 위해 강습생의 경험보고서와 지도자의 관찰 내용, 인솔교사의 면담내용을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 첫째, 고위기 학교부적응 청소년의 사회적 기술 향상을 위한 힐링승마 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단의 사회적 기술은 통제집단의 사회적 기술 보다 유의한 향상을 보였다. 둘째, 사회적 기술의 하위영역인 자기조절을 제외한 협동성, 주장성, 공감능력에서 실험집단이 통제집단보다 유의한 향상을 보였다. 셋째, 강습생의 경험보고서와 지도자의 관찰, 인솔교사의 면담 내용을 분석한 결과 프로그 램이 사회적 기술 향상에 도움을 준 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고위기 학교부적응 청소년의 사회적 기술 향상을 위해 집단상담과 승마를 통합한 힐링승마 프로그램을 개발하여 사회적 기술 향상의 도구를 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to develop and apply the healing riding program to improve the social skills of school maladjusted adolescents. The subjects of the study were school maladjustment adolescents and 22 students in the experimental group, 22 students in the control group. Based on the counseling program development model of Park(1995), the program was conducted seven times, twice a week. In order to test the effectiveness of the test, the Social Skill Rating System(SSRS) developed by Gresham and Elliott(1990) was used to measure the effectiveness of the program. Data were analyzed by mixed ANOVA. To overcome the limitations of quantitative research, the experiences reports of the group members, the observations of the leaders, and the contents of the interviews of the teachers were analyzed and presented. The results of this study are as follows: First, social skills of experimental group participating in healing riding program showed significant improvement than control group social skills. Second, according to sub factors of social skill, experimental group showed significant improvement in cooperative, assertiveness and empathy ability except self–control. Third, as a result of analyzing the experiences reports of the group members, the observations of the leaders, and the contents of the interviews conducted by the teachers, it was found that the program helped improve the social skills of the school maladjusted adolescents. This study is meaningful in that it developed the healing riding program which integrates the advantages of group counseling and horse riding in order to improve the social skills of school maladjusted adolescents.

In this study, biodegradable base Li-greases were prepared by using Li-soap thickener and vegetable oils such as soybean oil, rapeseed oil, castor oil and synthetic ester. Also, EP-greases were formulated by blending base Li-greases, anti-wear additives, EP additives, anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitor etc.. And EP-greases were characterized by analysing physical properties such as worked penetration, dropping point, 4-ball wear, extreme pressure, thermal properties etc. Biodegradability of base Li-greases and EP-greases were evaluated by CEC-L-33-A-93 method using several inoculums of domestic sewage treatment plant. As the results, biodegradability of vegetable oils were shown at the range of 97.1 to 98.4%. And biodegradability of base Li-greases and EP-greases were 86.2% ~ 89.3% and 83.4% ~ 90.0% which were lower value than those of vegetable oils due to effect of Li-soap thickener, respectively. Therefore, the EP-greases prepared in this study were easily biodegraded by microorgnism.

To improve lubricity, Zn-DTP and Mo-complex are used in lubricant as anti-wear additive and friction modifier each other. In this study, The effect of these additives (Zn-DTP and Mo-DTP) will be confirmed and evaluated by four kinds of test methods, Four-Ball E.P test, Four-Ball wear test, Falex Timken test and SRV test.

자유 라디칼 사슬 반응에 의한 산화적 또는 환원적 반응을 이용하여 연속적인 첨가 및 치환반응에 의한 고리화 반응을 연구하였다. 이중결합과 방향족고리가 적절한 위치에 배치된 초기물질을 이용하였으며, tert-butyl 라디칼이 이중 결합에 첨가후 새로이 생성된 라디칼 중간체가 연이어 분자내 방향족고리를 공격함으로써 α-tetralone 및 그 유사체들을 합성하였다.
