압축공기시스템의 에너지 절약 (CAES : Compressed Air Energy Saving) 요소기술은 압축공기를 작동유체로 하여 공기압 동력을 기계동력으로 변환시켜주는 공기압 핵심부품인 공기압 제어밸브, 공기압 액츄에이터 및 공기압 모터, 정밀제어 등의 핵심요소기술의 해석기법, 최적설계, 시험평가에 의한 검증 및 생산기술 개발에 대한 것이며, 이들 기술의 핵심은 고응답화, 고속화, 저소비전력화, 고유출능력화, 고정밀제어화 및 고성능, 고신뢰성화에 있다. 각각의 핵심기술은 공기압 밸브, 고속, 저마찰 실린더 및 이중압력조절기 등으로 압축공기 에너지 절약 시스템의 요소 개발의 초석이 됨은 물론이고 자동차, 우주항공, 방산, 선박, 일반산업기계(인쇄, 섬유, 식품, 의료, 공작기계, 농기계, 프레스, 사출기 등) 및 반도체 장비 등의 자동화 라인 등 전 산업분야에 광범위 하게 응용되고 있는 핵심기반 기술이다. 본 과제에서는 압축공기시스템의 에너지 절약 (CAES : Compressed Air Energy Saving) 요소기술의 핵심 구성품인 고성능 On/Off Actuator 개발을 통해 부품효율 극대화를 도모하고자 한다. Compressed Air Energy Saving (CASES) factor technique is compressed air to operation fluid, Pneumatic’s core parts such Pneumatic control valve, Pneumatic actuator and Pneumatic motor, precision control, etc. core factory technique’ analysis, optimum design, test evaluation are verified and production technique development which are transferred Pneumatic power mechanic power to mechanic (machinery) power. This core technique gives high response, high speed, and low consumption electrification, high effluence capability, high precision, and high performance, & high trust. Respectively core technique is become a foundation stone of factor development technique of CASE (Compressed Air Energy Saving) definitely by air pressure valve, high speed, lower friction cylinder and double pressure control and also it is core base technique to be applied for all industry sector like the sector of automobile, space air, defense industry, general industry machine (printing, textile, food, medical treatment, machine tool, agricultural machine, press, injection machine etc) and semiconductor machine of automation line etc.

AHP기법을 활용한 분양상가 디자인별 사업성 평가모형에 관한 연구

분양상가는 수익형 부동산으로써 시장에서 쏟아지고 있고 개발사업자는 사업기획 과정에서 많은 시간과 노력을 투자하여 사업성 검토 및 예측을 하지만, 잘못된 정보와 판단으로 인하여 투자를 했다가 큰 손실을 입게 되는 경우가 있다. 그러므로 본 연구는 개발자가 상가개발을 기획하는 경우 사업성검토 외에 입지 등 다른 요인들은 주로 경험에 의존하고 있으므로 객관적인 데이터나 방법의 도움을 받고, 여기에 경험을 더해 의사결정을 한다면 실패를 조금 더 줄일 수 있을 것이란 점에서 시작되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 분양상가에 대한 전문가들의 경험을 AHP분석을 통하여 정량화한 사업성 평가모형을 제안하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제안된 사업성 평가모형을 사례프로젝트에 적용하여 실제 프로젝트의 상황과 대부분이 일치하는지 여부를 확인한 결과 현재 사례 프로젝트가 겪고 있는 상황과 유사하다는 결과를 얻었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안된 상가사업평가모형을 상가개발 프로젝트에 적용하여 사업을 진행할 경우 사업 리스크를 줄이는데 효과가 있을 것으로 사료된다. Shopping mall for sale is poured into the real estate market as a profitable property and the developer invests a lot of time and effort in reviewing and forecasting the feasibility for shopping mall project, but there is a case where a lot of investment loss is caused due to erroneous information and judgment. When a developer is planning a shopping mall development, they depend on experience in considering other factors such as location except for feasibility study. Consequently, the motivation of this study is that if making decisions based on experience as well as objective data and methods, the project failure will be able to be reduced a little more. Therefore, this study aim to propose a feasibility evaluation model that quantifies the expert"s experience on the shopping mall through AHP analysis. This study is resulted in applying the proposed feasibility study model to the case project shows that most of the situation of the actual project coincide with the expected results of the proposed model. Therefore, it would be effective to reduce the business risk when proposed feasibility evaluation model is applied to the shopping mall development project.

한국형 e-Navigation 해사 메시징 서비스의 국제 호환성 지원 방안에 관한 연구

The Maritime Connectivity Platform(MCP) is communication framework that is currently international cooperation development in e-Navigation project such as SMART-Navigation of Korea, Efficiensea2 of Denmark, Sea Traffic Management(STM) of Sweden. It has emerged to support the efficient and reliable exchange of information within e-Navigation. SMART-Navigation is currently leading the development of Marine Message Service(MMS) within MCP. MCP supports the message exchange without loss in the multi-band communication environments through MMS. MMS supports only the exchange of information within e-Navigation, which requires separate actions on service provider servers or vessel client. Unlike the services of SMART-Navigation, services of international e-Navigation projects are developed without consider use of MMS, a separate measure is required. However, these projects are preceded the SMART-Navigation, so taking separate actions against the services developed in these projects is a hassle. In this study, we suggest a method that RESTful services among the services of these projects can be used MMS.

AHP 분석을 통한 분양상가에 대한 수분양자 측면의 선택요인 분석에 관한 연구

부동산은 주요한 자산 중의 하나로서 초저금리 시대에 핵심 투자대상으로 고려되고 있다. 그러나 분양상가 개발을 위해 고려해야 할 요소가 부동산개발자나 설계자 중심으로 고려되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수분양자 측면에서 고려해야 할 요소를 선정하고 각 요소의 중요도 순위를 도출함으로서 분양상가 개발에 성공 가능성을 높이고자 하였다. 수분양자 측면의 요소를 기본연구를 대상으로 추출하여 41개 요인을 선별하고 예비설문을 통하여 주요 요인 18개를 선택하였다. 18개 요인에 대하여 부동산 개발전문가, 설계자, 그리고 분양대행사를 대상으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 분석을 통하여 중요요인의 순위를 정하였다. 그 결과 상권의 경제력, 분양상가의 위치, 접근성, 배후단지의 인구수 등의 순으로 중요하다는 결과를 얻었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 수분양자들은 많은 정보를 통하여 상가건물을 분양받을 수 있고 사업자와 건축사는 소비자의 요구를 정확히 파악, 분석하여 성공적인 부동산 개발이 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Real estate, one of the most important assets, is a key investment in a lowest-interest environment. However, there are a number of consideration factors in developing a commercial building that must be considered from the perspective of real estate developers or architects. For this reason, consideration factors were selected and prioritized from the perspective of the prospective unit owner in a shopping center in order to increase the possibility of success in parceling out of the shopping center. Firstly, 41 factors were selected from the perspective of the prospective unit owner, and then 18 factors were chosen as the main consideration factors. The priority of the 18 factors was determined through an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis considering the real estate developer, the architect and the sales agency. As a result, it was found that the highest priority was economic power, shopping center location for shopping center, accessibility, and the population number of down town. The research findings show that the prospective unit owner of shopping center can purchase a unit in a shopping center after considering a great deal of information, while real estate developers and architects must accurately understand and analyze prospective owners’ wants and needs to enable successful real estate development in the future.

인터넷 이용자의 사이버범죄 인식수준

본 연구는 일반성인들을 대상으로 하는 기초연구로서 사이버범죄에 대한 인식수준을 유형별로 조사·분석하여 건전한 사이버공간을 만들기 위한 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 개인적 변인이 사이버 범죄 인식수준의 총변량을 어느 정도 설명하고 있는 가를 파악하기 위해 최적화 척도 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 개인적 변인군중에서 ‘직업’, ‘연령’, ‘거주기간’, ‘성별’의 변인이 사이버범죄 수준에 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났으며, ‘학력’, ‘연령’, ‘직업’, ‘거주기간’의 변인이 인식도 수준에 영향력이 큰 것으로 분석되었다. This study aims to suggest improvement ways to make sound cyber space by analyzing awareness level of cyber crime by categories targeting general adults. Optimal scaling regression analysis was done in order to find out how much individual variable explains total variation of cyber crime awareness level. The result shows that ‘occupation’, ‘age’, ‘residence duration’ and ‘sex’ has high influence on cyber crime level , and ‘academic background’, ‘age’, ‘occupation’, and ‘residence duration’ has high influence on awareness level.

정보화마을의 사회적자본이 주민참여에 미치는 영향

  본 연구는 정보화마을 사업이라는 하나의 대상에 지역 내부행위자들의 관계를 통해 형성된 네트워크, 규범, 신뢰 등과 같은 사회적자본이, 정보화마을에 미치는 영향정도를 분석하여 주민참여를 확대하는 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구결과의 시사점은 정보화마을 사업에 대한 긍정적 영향 인식이 높을수록 규범과 신뢰의 수준은 높게 나타났다. 전자상거래는 마을별로 생산물의 수확에서 포장, 출하에 이르기까지 공동의 작업에 의존하기 때문에 서로에 대한 강한 네트워크나 신뢰는 필수적이다. 하지만 현재는 지역공동체의 변화나 가구별 소득증대에서 직접적인 효과를 느끼지 못하는 것으로 나타나, 마을주민들의 인식전환은 물론 고객만족을 구현, 재 구매 행위를 할 수 있도록 본질적이고 구체적인 마케팅 전략이 수립되어야 할 것이다.   This study aims to propose strategies for expanding the participation of residents in an information village by analyzing the influence of social capital involving a network, norms, and trust, all of which are created through a relationship between local internal agents in an information village project. The analyzed results discovered the higher the perception of a positive influence on the information village project, the higher the level of norms and trust. Mutually strong networks or trust is essential to e-commerce particularly because it largely depends on a common job, ranging from the harvest of products by each village, to the packing and delivery of the products. However, those residents were found not to feel the direct effect in terms of either the change in the local community or the increase in household income. This addresses the need for the shift of the residents’ perception and the establishment of more substantiated and detailed marketing strategies as well, in order to attract customers’ second purchase as a result of realizing customer satisfaction.
