후기 청소년의 충동성과 관계애착이 다차원적 공격성에 미치는 영향

오늘날 청소년의 공격성은 여러 자기파괴적 문제행동을 야기하며 그로 인한 범죄는 날이 갈수록 대범해지고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 공격성 문제 행동의 발행에 직접적 영향을 미칠 것으로 보이는 충동성과 관계애착 간의 관계와 영향요인을 파악하여 프로그램 개발 및 법의학적 교육중재 시 필요한 학문적근거를 제시하고자 시도되었다. 국내 17개의 도와 시에 거주하는 후기청소년 196명에게 한국형 바렛충동성 척도(BIS-11), 친밀관계경험 척도(ECR), 공격성 척도(AQ)의 자기보고식 온라인 설문으로 자료를 수집하여 기술통계, 상관관계 및 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 최종 분석되었다. 다차원적인 전체 공격성에 미치는영향요인을 분석하기 위한 단계적 다중회귀분석에서(F=27.72, p< .01, R2=.451) 불안애착은 신체적 공격성이나 분노와 적대감에 유의한 영향요인으로, 회피불안은 적대감에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 신체적 공격성에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 불안애착(β=.28, p< .01)과 운동충동성(β=.25, p< .01)이 모두 유의(F=19.58, p< .01)하게 나타났으며 설명력 값은 36.4%이었다. 그 외 분노와 적개심에서는 불안애착이, 언어적 공격성에는 운동충동성이 유의한 영향요인으로 밝혀졌다. 이와 같이 다차원적인 공격성에 미치는 영향요인으로 불안애착과 운동충동성이 공격성을 실행하는 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다.
ISG Mode 시 축냉 시스템의 냉방 효과에 대한 실험적 연구

Recently regulations regarding CO2 emission and fuel economy of automobile are being released. To reduce fuel consumption through decreasing compressor driving time, ISG (Idle-Stop and Go) mode is being widely applied to internal combustion engine and hybrid vehicle. In this paper, cooling effect of cold storage system which can provide thermal comfort during ISG mode is validated. The cold storage system consists of the evaporator including cold storage material inside and other parts which are being used in conventional air-conditioning system. In this system, other additional part is not needed for cold storage function. This paper presents experimental results of cooling performance during ISG mode and the vehicle test was conducted both in climate wind tunnel and on road. From previous research, it can be assumed that the outlet air temperature below 15℃ is in the thermal comfort range.6), 7) In climate wind tunnel test, cold storage system could keep thermal comfort during 221~255 seconds which is longer than conventional system by 35~46%. In urban traffic test, which average stop time in accordance with traffic signal was 66.3 seconds, cold storage system could cover 89% stops without compressor restart keeping thermal comfort. Whereas conventional system should restart compressor in 56% stop to keep outlet air temperature below 15℃.
축냉 증발기 적용을 통한 ISG Mode 시 냉방성능 유지 효과에 대한 실험적 연구

Recently regulations regarding CO2 emission and fuel economy of automobile are being released. To cope with the regulations, ISG (Idle-Stop and Go) mode is being widely applied to conventional and hybrid car with decreasing compressor driving time. In this paper, effect of cold storage system which can maintain cooling performance and thermal comfort during ISG mode is dealt. The system consists of evaporator including cold storage material inside and other parts which are used in conventional air-conditioning system, and other additional part was not used. This paper presents experimental results of cooling performance during ISG mode and test was conducted in system bench stand. Evaporators with different size and several cold storage materials were compared. As a result, cold storage evaporator could maintain thermal comfort during about 40 seconds longer than conventional system. It is identified that cold storage evaporator can be used also in high speed condition to improve fuel economy through compressor on/off control.
한국산 겨우살이 열매 추출물의 마우스 복강 대식세포 면역활성화 효과

Mistletoe (Viscum album) is a common name for many species of semi-parasitic plants which grow on deciduous trees all over the world. In this study, the immunomodulatory activity of the water-extract of Korean mistletoe fruits (KMF-WE), was investigated on murine peritoneal macrophages. The culture supernatants of KMF-WE-stimulated murine peritoneal macrophages showed the increased production of IFN-g, IL-1b and TNF-a, in a dose-dependent manner. KMF-WE also induced chemokine production from murine peritoneal macrophages such as RANTES, MCP-1, MIP-1a and MIP-1b, as well as nitric oxide (NO) production, in a dose-dependent manner. The gel filtration fraction revealed F-1, which is the early-eluted and high molecular weight product, is the major fraction of KMF-WE to activate the murine peritoneal macrophage to induce cytokines, chemokines and NO. The nature of F-1 fraction needs to be examined in detail in further studies to define the regulatory mechanisms of cytokine or chemokine induction by KMF-WE on macrophages. These results suggest that KMF-WE possess a potent immunostimulant activity and can be a promising candidate available for development of immunomodulators.
