복구패턴 정합을 통한 기하학적 왜곡에 적응적인 워터마킹

The mismatched allocation of watermarking position due to parallel translation, rotation, and scaling distortion is a problem that requires an answer in watermarking. In this paper, we propose a watermarking method robust enough to hold against geometrical distorting using restoration pattern matching. The proposed method defines restoration pattern, then inserts the pattern to a watermark embedded image for distribution. Geometrical distortion is verified by comparing restoration pattern extracted from distributed image and the original restoration pattern inserted to the image. If geometrical distortion is found, inverse transformationis equally performed to synchronize the watermark insertion and extraction position. To evaluate the performance of the proposed method, experiments in translation, rotation, and scaling attack are performed. 워터마킹에서 영상의 평행이동, 회전, 크기변환 왜곡에 기인한 워터마크 삽입 위치와 추출 위치의 불일치는 해결해야 하는 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 복구패턴 정합을 통한 영상동기화를 이용함으로써 기하학적 왜곡에 강인한 워터마킹 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 복구패턴을 정의하여 워터마크가 삽입된 영상에 복구패턴을 삽입 배포한다. 그리고 배포된 영상으로부터 복구패턴을 추출하여 삽입한 복구패턴과 비교함으로써 기하학적 왜곡 여부를 확인한다. 기하학적 왜곡이 발생하였다면 왜곡된 만큼 역변환을 함으로써 워터마크 삽입 위치와 추출 위치를 동기화 한다. 제안한 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 이동, 회전, 스케일링 공격에 대한 실험결과를 보인다.

In the hot forging process, the forging faulty product due to strain and temperature should be controlled in order to obtain sound S/CAM forging products. The forging defects that are caused by metal were strain, temperate, and inclusion. But the control of forging defects has been based on the experience of the foundry engineers. In this paper, the computer simulation analyzed the effective plastic strain and temperature behaviors. The quantitative analyses which proposed the effective mold design of S/CAM shaft was executed. The parameters of forging shape that affected on the optimize conditions that was calculated with simple equation were investigated. it is expected that the developed analysis model and design technique would greatly contribute to the drum brake optimal design considering effective plastic strain and temperature affected behaviors.

본 논문에서는 인간시각에 대한 워터마크의 무감지성을 향상하고 워터마크를 제거하고자 하는 공격에 강인한 워터마킹 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 워터마크를 삽입할 대상의 DCT 블록에 대한 인간의 시각적인 특성을 고려하여 워터마크의 삽입 여부와 블록에 삽입될 워터마크의 위치와 강도를 적응적으로 결정한다. 워터마크될 블록을 선택하기 위하여 사용되는 특징은 텍스쳐, 휘도, 대비이다. 본 논문은 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 절단, 영상강화, 저주파 필터링, PEG 압축의 영상처리 공격에 대한 실험결과를 보인다. In this paper, we propose an improved method of watermarking to increase the invisibility of a watermark and robustness against attacks for the purpose of removing the embedded watermark. The proposed method adaptively selects DCT blocks and determines position and intensity for watermarking based on the characteristics of human visual system. The used features are texture, luminance and contrast. We show the experimental results against image processing attacks such as cropping, image enhancement, low pass filtering, and JPEG compression, and then discuss the performance of the proposed method.

We have successfully stabilized a 10-GHz harmonically mode-locked fiber ring laser for over 16 hours by feedback control of the cavity length to suppress relaxation oscillation. The laser cavity was composed of all polarization-maintaining fibers and components to eliminate polarization instabilities. The noise characteristics of the laser output were measured from the single-sideband noise spectra of the 1st and the 4th harmonics. The rms timing jitter was maintained at under 0.5 ps and the noise components were suppressed by over 50 dB when the laser was stabilized by keeping the detuning frequency within ±2 kHz.

An OR/NOR bi-functional all-optical logic gate has been experimentally demonstrated at 10Gbit/s by using cross-gain modulation (XGM) in only 2 semiconductor optical amplifiers (SOAs). One SOA was used for NOR operation and the other SOA was used for inversion to obtain OR operation. Numerical simulation has also been performed, which coincided well with the experimental results.

Background: Although rubella is a mild exanthematous viral infection and its incidence has been greatly decreased after effective vaccination, epidemics of rubella has been noted at 5- to 7-year intervals. But there has been few report about the clinical and histopathologic study of rubella in Korean literatures. Objective: The purpose of this study was to review the clinical and histopathologic characteristics of rubella of 1996 outbreak. Methods: We reviewed the clinical features and histopathologic findings in 50 patients diagnosed as rubella in Department of Dermatology, Presbyterian Medical Center from January 1996 through to May 1996. Results: 1. The male-female ratio was 1:1.17. The age distribution was 13-32 years and 72% of patients were aged 16-25 years. 2. Erythematous maculopapular rash on whole body was developed in all patients. Eighty two percent of the patients had fever and lymphadenopathy, and 36% of the patients had petechiae of soft palate. The main prodromal symptoms were sore throat (50%), headache (34%), and upper respiratory symptoms(22%), as order of frequency. 3. Positive serologic test for rubella IgM antibody was 79.5%. 4. The most common abnormal laboratory finding was leukopenia(58%), and followed by positive ASO(34%), the presence of atypical lymphocytes(21%), and thrombocytopenia(8%). 5. Histologically, epidermal changes were mild to moderate vacuolopathy(92.3%), the presence of dyskeratotic cells(30.8%), spongiosis(23.1%), and exocytosis(15.4%). Dermal findings were mild superficial perivascular lymphohistiocytic infiltration (100%), upper dermal edema (53.8%), perivascular edema(38.4%), pigmentary incontinence(30.8%), and the presence of extravasated RBC(23.1%). Eosinophil infiltration (15.4%) and the presence of large nucleated lymphocytes (92.3%) were also observed. Conclusions: According to the results of our study about rubella outbreak in 1996, clinical signs and symptoms were similar to those of previously described, Histologically, superficial perivascular dermatitis with mild to mederate vacuolar interface change was a main feature and large nucleated lymphocytes were frequently noted.
