Organic photovoltaics(OPVs) have an many advantages including lowcost and light-weight solar panels through roll-to-roll printing techniques. OPVs mainly based on bulk heterojunction(BHJ) of a π-conjugated polymer as a donor and fullerene-based acceptor. In the past a few years, the Donor-Acceptor(D-A) type low-band gap polymer has drawn great attention, as its electronic properties can be easily changed. Among the acceptor units of D-A copolymer, quinoxaline(Qu) derivatives have been widely used ease to band gap control as relatively stable quinoid form and due to the electro-withdrawing properties of the two imine nitrogens. In addition, its electronic properties can be changed with various substituents. In this study, we synthesized quinoxaline-based conjugated copolymers via stille coupling reaction. The synthesized polymers were investigated their properties for OPVs. Especially, we used additive treatments in their devices. It helped fine morphology as better phase separation than without treatments. It resulted in the improved photovoltaic performance.

The rapid development of organic solar cells (OSCs) based on nonfullerene acceptors (NFAs) has attracted increasing attention during the past few years, with a record power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of over 15% in the bulk-heterojunction single cells. This NFAs mostly synthesized between aldehyde and active hydrogen compounds via the Knoevenagel condensation. A Knoevenagel condensation is a nucleophilic addition of an active hydrogen compound to a carbonyl group followed by a dehydration reaction in which a molecule of water is eliminated. Sometimes, it would cause the isomerization of NFAs, this is hard to separate the isomers for purification, and burden to the mass production with high purity. In this study, we demonstrate the relationship between (Z) and (E) stereoisomers through the synthesizing 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT)-based NFAs. Moreover, we succeeded to get dominant (Z) isomer among the EDOT-based NFAs by controlling steric hindrance and synthetic process.
전기도금으로 제작한 Ni 나노튜브 배열의 자기적 특성 연구

In this research, Ni nanotube arrays were fabricated by using a newly-developed electrodeposition process. The structure and the magnetic properties were measured by using field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. The magnetic propertis of the nanotube arrays and the nanowire arrays were compared with these of a thin film. The different magnetic properties could be explained by using magnetic reversal modes such as the vortex mode or the transverse mode of the magnetic moments. 전기도금법으로 자성 나노와이어 튜브 배열을 두께 조절이 용이하게제작하는 공정을 개발하였으며 이 방법으로 Ni 나노튜브 및 와이어배열을 제작하였다. 제작된 Ni 튜브와 와이어 배열들의 구조 및 자기적특성을 전계방출형 주사전자현미경과 진동시료형 자력계로 각각측정하였다. 나노와이어 및 나노튜브의 자기이력 곡선의 특징이 박막과어떤 차이를 보이는지 제시하였고 이들 차이를 나노튜브와 와이어에서의가능한 자화반전모드와 연관하여 분석하였다.

Semitransparent organic solar cells (STOSCs) have many advantages, such as flexibility, lightweight, high transparency, and natural color in potential applications for building integrated photovoltaics, vehicles, and portable electronic mobiles. By introducing non-fullerene acceptors (NFAs) with enhanced near-infrared (NIR) absorption region of solar spectrum, it can be reached STOSC with both high efficiency and visible transmittance. However, it is a quite hard to develop materials satisfying both properties with low cost. In this study, we report the new NIR NFAs with low synthetic complexity and high performance. This design is so reasonable in aspects to raw material costs, synthetic steps, and overall yields. Mostly combinations with inden-malonitrile derivatives as the end group showed a ultra-low band gap below 1.35 eV. In addition, their average visible transmittances reached over 60% in region of 380-780 nm. Our work demonstrated the great potential in application to STOSCs.

우리나라는 농경사회에서 산업화 사회로 발전하면서 도심지로 인구유입이 급속도로 증가하기 시작하였으며 인구증가로 인한 주택부족 문제로 아파트단지가 대규모로 형성되고 자동차수요 증가에 따라 많은 주차공간이 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 주 차공간 확보 및 상업시설 확보를 위한 지하층 공사가 활발히 진행되었다. 초기 지하굴착공사는 낮은 심도였기 때문에 흙막이공 사가 없이 공사를 진행하였으나 건물의 밀도증가와 고층빌딩 증가로 인하여 대심도, 대규모 굴착공사가 필요하게 되었다. 정부 에서는 흙막이 공사의 중요성을 인지하고 관리·감독하기 위해 지하안전관리에 관한 특별법을 제정하여 2018년 1월 1일부터 시행하게 되었다. 기존 흙막이공사 설계는 주로 탄소성법해석을 적용하였으나 지하안전관리에 관한 특별법 이후 탄소성해석, 수치해석, 지하수 흐름분석등을 복합적으로 검토하여 설계하고 있다. 따라서 탄소성해석과 수치해석의 상호 결과값의 신뢰성 문제 및 오차범의를 최소화 하기 위한 연구가 필요하다.
