일정한 이익을 향수케 하기 위하여 법이 인정하는 힘이 권리이므로 권리라는 개념은 당연히 그러한 법적 힘이 부여되는 주체를 전제로 한다. 그러므로 법질서에 의하여 그러한 힘이 부여되는 권리의 귀속자가 권리의 주체이다. 마찬가지로 의무의 귀속자가 의무의 주체인 것이다.
이탈리안 라이그라스 종자 코팅을 위한 피복 재료 선발 및 발아 평가

This study was conducted to determine an appropriate coating method for mechanized sowing of small and light Italian ryegrass seeds. In the case of manufacturing coated seeds, 2% PVA was superior as an adhesive compared to PVP and Tween80. Calcium carbonate + talc adhered to the seeds smoothly and well and the seed weight was higher than that of the other coating materials. The germination percentage of seeds coated with calcium carbonate + talc was 95.8%, which was not significantly different from 96.5% of the control group, but the mean daily germination was the highest. As the coverage ratio of calcium carbonate + talc increased, the strength tended to increase when coated at 1.5 times the seed weight. There was no difference in the germination rate and plant height compared to the control group according to the coverage ratio. 1. 이탈리안 라이그라스의 코팅종자 제조시 접착제는 PVA 가 유리하였으며 2~5% 내에서는 큰 차이가 없어 경제적으로 판단했을 경우에는 2%가 유리하다. 2. 탄산칼슘+탈크를 활용하여 종자 코팅하는 것이 천립중, 리터중이 높고 매끄럽게 성형되어 유리하였으며, pH와 EC가타 피복제에 비해 낮아 화학적으로 안전하였으며, 발아세, 평균발아속도가 높아 타 피복제에 비해 우수하였다. 3. 탄산칼슘+탈크를 무게에 따라 코팅하여 비교했을 시, 대조구에 비해 발아율, 발아세, 평균 발아 속도에서 초장 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 강도는 피복 재료와 종자와의 무게비율 1:1과 그 이상 무게를 추가할 경우에는 차이를 보이지 않아 경제성을 고려하였을 때 1:1이 가장 유리하였다.

본 연구는 악취없이 주방에서 생성된 음식물쓰레기를 건조시켜 배출하는 건조식 음식물 쓰레기 건조 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 케이싱의 내부를 저온으로 유지하여 가열에 따른 장치 내에서 공기의 팽창이 일어나지 않게 하고, 음식물 쓰레기에 포함된 지방과 같이 저온에서 액체가 되거나 휘발하는 성분이 부 패하는 것을 방지하는 냉각부, 냉각부에서 형성된 응축수를 배출하는 배출부를 구비하여 음식물 쓰레기 가 밀폐된 장치 내부에 온도가 상승하지 않는 상태에서 건조되기 때문에 가열에 따른 장치 내에서 공기 팽창이 없어 음식물 쓰레기 건조 시에 악취가 나지 않는 음식물 쓰레기 건조 처리장치의 이상적인 구조 를 연구하였다.
"동의수세보원(東醫壽世保元)"에 나타난 소음인(少陰人) 장결(藏結)의 범주(範疇)에 대한 고찰(考察)

1. Objective This study aims to establish the concept and classification of the Janggyeol(藏結) pathology introduced in the Sasang Constitutional Medicine literature. 2. Methods Different editions of Dongui suse bowon, including the Gabo version and the Sinchuk version, were compared for differences and similarities in the concept, symptomology, pathology, and therapeutics concerning the Soeumin Janggyeol disease. 3. Results and Conclusion (1) In the Gabo edition, Janggyeol(藏結) is introduced in the "Soeumin Interior Stomach Disease" section and the "Soeumin Summaries" section. However, instead of being included in the interior-based pathology, it is proposed as an independent disease category that is similar to and yet separate from the Taeeumbyeong Simhabiman (epigastric congestion) variations of Sugyeolhyung and Hansilgyeolhyung. Further, passages from the "Soyangin Summaries" section outline the underlying pathology in detail to show that this symptomatic pattern can be included in the exterior-based pathology. (2) In the Sinchuk edition, Janggyeol(藏結) is introduced in the "Soeumin Cold-based Stomach Interior-Cold Disease" section. Similarly to the Gabo classification, it is proposed as an independent disease category not necessarily included in the interior-based pathology that can be compared to the Taeeumbyeong Simhabiman(太陰人 心下 滿) category. The detailed pathological explanations in the "Soyangin Summaries" section suggest that this disease pattern is included in the exterior-based pathology. (3) Janggyeol(藏結) can be understood as a Taeyangbyeong Wigasil(太陽病胃家實) pathology in the Gabo edition and as a Taeyangbyeong Wigasil(太陽病胃家實) pathology in the Sinchuk edition.
The protective mechanism of QGC in feline esophageal epithelial cells by interleukin-1b treatment

In a previous study, Quercetin-3-O-b-D-glucuronopyranoside(QGC) has anti-oxidative and anti-inflammatoryeffects in vivo. QGC is a flavonoid glucosideextracted from Rumex Aquaticus. We investigated thedownstream target proteins involved in IL-1b-stimulatedROS production and the ability of QGC to inhibit ROSproduction. Cell viability was determined using the MTTreduction assay. Western blot analysis was performed withantibodies to investigate the activation of three MAPKs,NF-jB, and phosphorylated IjB-a (pIB), and the expressionof COX-2. 20,70-dichlorofluorescin diacetate was usedto detect the generation of intracellular ROS species. Whenthe cells were exposed to media containing IL-1b for 18 h,cell viability was not affected. QGC did not reduce theCOX-2 expression induced by IL-1b. However; QGCattenuated the production of intracellular ROS induced byIL-1b. IL-1b increased the expression of ERK, p38 MAPK,and pIB, and nuclear translocation of NF-jB were recoveredby the ROS scavenger N-acetyl-L-cysteine (NAC) andQGC, but not by the NADPH oxidase inhibitor diphenyleneiodonium. Pretreatment of cells with the ERK inhibitorPD98059, the p38 MAPK inhibitor SB202190, NAC,and QGC attenuated nuclear translocation of NF-jB andactivation of pIB. QGC has a scavenging effect on cytokine-induced ROS production, thereby preventing itsdownstream effects, nuclear translocation of NF-jB, andactivation of pIB is mediated by activation of ERK and p38MAPK, although QGC does not inhibit IL-1b-stimulatedCOX-2 expression in feline esophageal epithelial cells. Thedata suggest that QGC exerts anti-oxidative effects andinhibitory effects against esophageal epithelial cells signalsby the action of IL-1b treatment.
