        국내 과실 탄저병을 일으키는 종 복합체와 종 다양성 및 살균제 감수성

        탄저병원균(Colletotrichum) 속의 많은 식물병원균은 한국을 비롯하여 전 세계 과수 생산에 큰 위협이 된다. 사과, 감, 자두, 복숭아, 대추, 포도 및 호두와 같은 과실에서 탄저병과 관련된 탄저병원균의 종이 동정되었다. 형태적, 다중 유전자의 계통발생적 및 병원성 시험이 다양한 접근으로 실시되었다. 동정된 탄저병원균의 종에 대한 감수성은 살균제에 대하여 평가하였다. 2종의 종복합체인 gloeosporioides와 acutatum에 속한 9종의 탄저병원균이 국내 과실에 탄저병의 주요 원인균으로 동정되었다. Colletotrichum gloeosporioides 종 복합체 안에는 6종인 C. aenigma, C. fructicola, C. gloeosporioides, C. horii, C. siamense 및 C. viniferum이 있는 반면, Colletotrichum acutatum 종 복합체 안에 종은 C. fioriniae, C. nymphaeae 및 C. orientalis이 동정되었다. 사과 탄저병원균은 C. fructicola, C. siamense, C. fioriniae 및 C. nymphaeae, 자두 탄저병원균은 C. siamense, C. fioriniae 및 C. nymphaeae, 복숭아 탄저병원균은 C. siamense, C. fructicola 및 C. fioriniae, 감 탄저병원균은 C. siamense, C. horii 및 C. nymphaeae, 오미자 탄저병원균은 C. fioriniae, 호두탄저병원균은 C. orientalis, 대추탄저병원균은 C. nymphaeae, 포도 탄저병원균인 C. aenigma, C. fructicola 및 C. siamense를 국내 과수류의 과실에 병을 일으키는 병원균의 종류로 처음 국제학술지에 보고되었다. 이들 병원균의 종에 대한 살균제의 감수성 시험에서 여러 살균제에 대한 탄저병원균의 종 간에 EC<sub>50</sub>값이 매우 다양하여 감수성의 차이가 크게 나타났다. Anthracnose, caused by the Colletotrichum genus, comprises a significant number of plant pathogens and poses a major threat to fruit production worldwide, including South Korea. Colletotrichum species were identified associated with anthracnose in fruits such as apple, persimmon, plum, peach, jujube, walnut, and grape. A polyphasic approach, including morphology, multigene phylogenetics, and pathogenicity testing, was used. Additionally, the in-vitro sensitivity of identified Colletotrichum species to common fungicides was also evaluated. A total of nine Colletotrichum species within two complexes, namely gloeosporioides and acutatum, have been identified as the causal agents of anthracnose in common fruits in South Korea. In the gloeosporioides complex, we found Colletotrichumaenigma, C. fructicola, C. gloeosporioides, C. horii, C. siamense, and C. viniferum. Meanwhile, in the acutatum complex, C. fioriniae, C. nymphaeae, and C. orientalis were identified. Notably, C. fructicola, C. siamense, C. fioriniae, and C. nymphaeae were reported for the first time from apple, C. siamense, C. fioriniae and C. nymphaeae from plum, C. siamense, C. fructicola, and C. fioriniae frompeach, C. siamense and C. horii from persimmon, C. fioriniae from Omija (Schisandra), C. orientalis from walnut, C. nymphaeae from jujube, and C. aenigma, C. fructicola, and C. siamense fromgrape. Fungicide sensitivity tests revealed significant variation in the EC<sub>50</sub> values among specific Colletotrichum species when exposed to different fungicides. Moreover, the same Colletotrichum species isolated from different host plants displayed varying sensitivity to the same fungicide.

As the subject is a group residence area of Jo - sun people in the North - East of China that can review current residence culture of Korea in consideration of comparative culture and can be recognized as the new motivation and value that may begin the innovative model. This study is focused on what is practically instrument when one popular custom group moves to another environment or cultural residence making new space of living.

        This paper is aimed to study the changing course of Korean village space structure, then using this to fortell the changes of villages and prepare for its future plan The results are as follows' The former formation of the village general space was root in nature The traditional reason of choosing earth and environment provide the techniques and conditions for the formation and development of village. Mainly it formed the space environment based on the natural formation of the earth In the factors of space construction, the quantity of earth is becoming clear And alley which is the smallest unit of area is reducing. The unit of inhabitant is aimed to have economic benefit The cultivated land is stable and space structure depend less on natural environment The relationship between space structure factors is presented by the change of relationship between roads and it. Inhabitant units, public facilities located on the high part of road side. And public facilities and inhabitant units have their own independence The causes for the change of village space structure have the different influence in the different stage During the time of first village forming, it maintained the traditional living styles After liberation, the social factors were the main effect After the reform and opening, the economic factors are the main effect. Building condition, living style and meaning construe contract to subsidize the main factor.

        한지형 잔디의 설부소립균핵병 방제를 위한 살균제 평가

        Commercial formulation of fungicides was studied in the golf course for evaluation against Typhula incarnata causal agents of gray snow mold. Efficacies of fungicides application, fungicide mixture, fungicides applied method (irrigation and spray) and fungicides applied time (early fall and late fall) were evaluated for their influence on the chemical control of gray snow mold of turfgrass during the winter season in Yongpyeong golf course, Korea. Unsprayed control has significantly more disease severity than three fungicides (azoxystrobin,propiconazole, and tebuconazole) were applied to field plots. Effect of three fungicides was over 80% with control value for controlling gray snow mold on Kentucky bluegrass and creeping bentgrass species. Effect of fungicide mixture with different family groups had an over 93% control value of gray snow mold on Kentucky bluegrass species. It was not significantly difference in fungicidal effect according to applied method (irrigation and spray)with azoxystrobin on Kentucky bluegrass and creeping bentrasss species. Effect of fungicides applied time was a significantly difference on disease control by tebconazole early fall spray. Typhula incarnata에 의한 설부병 방제를 위한 살균제의효과를 골프코스에서 평가하였다. 살균제의 살포효과, 살균제의 혼용효과, 살균제의 살포방법에 의한 효과 및 살포시기에 의한 설부병의 방제효과에 미치는 영향을 용평골프장에서 평가하였다. 무처리구는 3종의 살균제처리구보다 병 피해가 더욱 심각하였다. 3종의 살균제(Azoxystrobin,propiconazole, tebuconazole)는 Kentucky bluegrass 종과creeping bentrasss 종의 잔디에서 80% 이상의 설부병을 방제하는 효과가 있었다. 2종 이상의 혼용살포에 의한 설부병의 방제효과는 Kentucky bluegrass 종에서 93% 이상 방제효과가 있었다. Azoxystrobin 살균제를 관주와 경엽살포에 대한 설부병 방제 효과는 2종의 잔디에서 모두 유의성의 차이가 없었다. 살균제 살포시기에 따른 설부병 방제효과는 tebuconazole 살포구에서 유의성 있었다. 이른 가을에 살포하는 것이 더 효과적이었다

      • 90도 원형 곡관에서 압력과 속도 분포에 관한 실험적 연구 : 제1보 : 비선회 유동 The first report : non-swirling flow

        본 연구에서는 정상상태,비압축성 그리고 등온 공기 유동을 90도 원형 밴드에서 Re=20000,40000 그리고 60,000에서 실험하였다. 측정량은 주유동 속도 그리고 정압을 피토 튜브 그리고 코브라 튜브를 이용하여 위의 같은 Re 수에서 측정하였다. 비선회 유동에서 주유동속도는 X-Z 평면이 X-Y 평면보다 밴드의 영향이 더 강하였다. 벽면에서의 정압은 경사마노 미터와 중간연결기 스위치로 Re=20,000,40,000그리고60,000에서 측정하였다. 끝으로,서모그를 이용하여 가시화 실험을 수행하였다. In this present investigation, the steady, incompressible and isothermal flow by using non-swirling flow in a 90 degree circular pipe for Re= 20,000,40,000 and 60,000 has been investigated. The measurements of components of streamwise mean velocities, wall static pressure has obtained by using pitot tube and cobra probe for above same Reynolds number. The streamwise velocity profiles with non swirl flow are effected with bend along the test pipe at X-Z plane than that of X-Y plane. The wall static pressure were measured by using inclind manometer and multi-posotion selector switch at X/D=-3, θ=0,30,45,60,75,90 and X/D=3 with non-swirl. In addition, visualization test was carried out along the test pipe by using smoke.

        In view of the abnormal phenomenon of quantitative increase in Chinese urban squares before and after 2000, this study was attempted to make a comparison between the Chinese urban squares and the Western typical urban squares on differences by period. As a result of this study, It was revealed that there exist underlying differences in the location, layout, scale and conditions of square, the concept of square is being westernized, and the impression of spaciousness intended and planned under hurried construction is unsatisfactory in terms of composition technique. However, the Chinese own space design methodology that is different from Western one by tradition and locality IS being maintained.

      • 都市의 廣場과 環境造形

        Today, it is current situation that the urbanites being alienated due to a phenomenon of urbanization have been taking a growing interest in introducing aesthetic factors in the modern urban environment, as a practical plan at cultural level for regaining human nature. The general propensity of sculptures established in the urban public space in waves of the time like this has rapidly been changed, thanks to understanding of new concept of space, thus bringing up specific location image and distinguishing image, at a new level, as well as qualitative improvement of urban environment. In addition, environmental sculptures are helpful to recovery of humanity and also become important factors for public interest, even in urban, social aspect by strengthening the environment affluently. In a word, sculptures in modern sense are our co-possessions of sculpture which will be created in an urban public space to make our urbanites' living abundant and then to create a new environment for all of us. So, we are requested to do our best to understanding the urban characteristic on "How shal we harmonize such urban sculptures with the surrounding environment ", at the time when sculptures are created in cities, and also, to do our utmost so that the familiarity of such environmental sculptures with the general public can be kept. Creation of environmental sculptures in cities of our country containg many problems, especially on actual, operational conditions, location image of its placement, and sculpture image at its content aspect, in light of concept of environmental sculpture for urban plaza. However, I would like to emphasize that, first of all, these problems are originated from "lacking of the original understanding, thinking and recognition on environmental sculpture, and also, it is the most urgent task for us to settle down problems of policy and at institutional level for public property.
