Although the localization rate of shipbuilding and marine equipment goods is set to be 70 percent by 2020, but the localization rate of equipment and materials for shipbuilding and marine facilities is currently 10 to 30 percent. For Korea’s Big 3 shipbuilders, which build 70 percent of the world’s largest shipbuilders, localization of shipbuilding equipment and equipment is an essential factor. In particular, there is a growing need to localize equipment and materials in terms of the number of lead standards and A/S. It is expected that there will be a rapid expansion of LNG carriers in the future, and it is necessary to develop equipment and equipment materials of LNG ships. In this study, we developed a gear-type vane damper which replaces the link type through a proper gear design by means of a finite element analysis. We analyzed the fluid flow according to the amount of angular displacement. torque and backlash problems were addressed in conjunction with the pinion as a structural improvement of the forced draft fan (FD FAN). Through an environmental test, . Also, results nearly identical to those in the test could be drawn when using a numerical method. Finally, we compared the gear driving result with simulation results. objective of the present study is to identify a nonlinear flow rate control method for a gear-type vane damper and to propose a damper shape which offers linear flow rate control. This study is related to the development of a gear-type vane damper of the change-link type in a forced draft fan.

The product to be developed in this study is a heat recovery device which generates steam or hot water at high temperature and high pressure by heating water using exhaust gas from diesel engine, gas engine, gas turbine, etc. as an exhaust gas boiler off heat boiler(EGB) type for ship and power generation. The steam vapor or the created warm water is used as the power source required for the steerage heating and hot water facility or the HFO heating of the ship, and the turbine drive. The principle of waste heat boilers serves to heat water as high temperature exhaust gas with heat pass through the tube of the boiler. The heated water is a structure that is sent to a cabin or turbine device in the form of steam. In this study, the objective of this study is to maximize the efficiency by increasing the heat transfer surface by replacing the tube which is the heat transfer part of EGB with the plate tube. 본 연구의 개발대상 제품은 선박 및 발전용 EGB(Exhaust Gas Boiler-폐열보일러) 종류로써 디젤 엔진, 가스엔진, 가스 터빈 등에서 나오는 배기 가스의 여열을 이용하여 물을 가열하여 고온· 고압의 증기나 온수를 발생시키는열회수 장치이다. 발생된 증기나 온수는 선박의 선실 난방 및 온수 시설이나 HFO Heating, 터빈 구동에 필요한 동력원으로 사용된다. 폐열보일러의 원리는 여열을 가진 고온의 배기 가스가 보일러의 Tube를 통과하면서 물을 데우는 역할을 한다. 데워진 물은 스팀 형태로 선실이나 터빈장치로 보내어져 사용하게 되는 구조이다. 본 연구에서는 EGB의 열전달 부품인 관형 튜브를 Plate Tube로 대체하여 열전달 표면을 늘려 효율을 극대화하는데 목표가 있다.
