The 12-oxo-phytodienoic acid reductase (OPR) is a key enzyme in jasmonic acid (JA) biosynthesis. Previously, we reported the presence of 13 OPR isogenes (OsOPR1-13) in rice. OsOPRs phylogenetically belong to two subgroups, OPRI and OPRII. OsOPR13 is assigned to the second subgroup, which is involved in JA biosynthesis, while the others are found in the first subgroup. Here, we systematically investigated transcript levels of OsOPRs in various tissues and against diverse environmental stresses. Each gene was differentially involved in flower maturation, showing a tissue-specific response. OsOPR1, OsOPR2, and OsOPR13 were also active in responses to wounding, a fungal elicitor (chitosan), salt, UV-C irradiation, H2O2, and ozone exposure. In the case of JA-responsive OsOPRs (OsOPR1, OsOPR2, OsOPR6, OsOPR10, and OsOPR13), co-application of JA and SA suppressed jasmonate-induced transcript levels and delayed OsOPR10 expression. We also investigated the biochemical properties of OsOPR1 and found a flavin cofactor with optimal activity at pH7.8 and values of 0.048 min−1 kcat and 8.33 μM Km for (9S,13R)- 12-oxo-phytodienoic acid. Here, we discuss the role of OsOPRs in stress responses and floral development.

본 연구에서는 순천만 수질의 현황을 과학적으로 파악하고 효율적인 보존과 관리를 위한 기 초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하여, 2008년 10월, 2009년 1, 4, 7월에 걸쳐 순천만 수질의 계절 적 특성을 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 염분은 8.8∼31.9psu, DO는 6.34∼11.84 mg/L의 범위를 나타 내었으며 pH는 7.80∼8.34의 범위를 나타내었다. 부유물질 농도는 평균 52.1∼104.0 mg/L의 범위를 보였으며, COD의 경우는 2.27∼5.33 mg/L의 범위를 나타내었다. 그리고 총대장균군수의 경우는 6 ∼37CFU의 범위를 나타내었으며 COD와 총대장균군수의 경우는 담수가 유입되는 순천만 초입부에 서 상대적으로 높은 경향을 나타내었다. 한편 순천만에서의 질소, 인, 규소와 같은 영양염류는 동천 과 이사천의 담수가 직접적으로 유입되는 순천만 초입부에서 상대적으로 높은 경향을 나타내었으 며, N/P 비는 평균값이 4.54∼9.61의 범위를 보여 Redfield ratio를 고려했을 때 순천만에서는 질소 가 제한영양물질임을 알 수 있었다.

In this paper, various types of racing line are analyzed for the best time to go through a chicane with two consecutive 90 degree corners. 'Best' means in the least time, at the greatest average speed. It is shown that inside and outside driving lines and modified line never beat classical racing line. Even in the case of chicane driving making the turning radius as large as possible gives a short elapsed time to go through the chicane. The best line also gives the best exit speed out of corner thus the car can go through the straight line ahead a lot faster.

The software consists of GUI module for windows environment on PC and section property calculation module. User selects the section type in menu for beam library on window and inputs the shape data using dialog box displayed by GUI module. The calculation module calculates its properties such as area, centroid, moment of inertia, torsional constant, etc.. By using the developed software, the time for calculation, conversion and management of data can be reduced and it is able to promote the efficiency of analysis and design takes. In this paper described is the software developed to calculate the physical properties of typical beam section.
