        지역사회에 거주하는 제2형 당뇨병 노인의 신체활동에 영향을 미치는 요인: 경로분석

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing physical activity among community-dwelling older adults withtype 2 diabetes. The study design was based on the Theory of Triadic Influence. Methods: A total of 242 older adults with type 2 diabetesparticipated in this study. Six variables related to physical activity in older adults, including self-efficacy, social normative belief,attitudes, intention, experience, and level of physical activity, were measured using reliable instruments. Data were analyzed usingdescriptive statistics, Pearson’s correlation analyses, and a path analysis. Results: The mean physical activity score was 104.2,range from zero to 381.21. The path analysis showed that self-efficacy had the greatest total effect on physical activity. Also, experiencehad direct and total effects on physical activity as well as mediated the paths of social normative beliefs to attitudes and intentionto physical activity. These factors accounted for 10% of the total variance, and the fit indices of the model satisfied the criteriaof fitness. Conclusion: The findings of the study reveal the important role of self-efficacy and past experience in physical activityin older adults with type 2 diabetes.

        Intervention Strategies Based on Information-Motivation-Behavioral Skills Model for Health Behavior Change: A Systematic Review

        Purpose: This study systematically reviewed research on behavioral interventions based on theinformation-motivation-behavioral skills (IMB) model to investigate specific intervention strategies thatfocus on information, motivation, and behavioral skills and to evaluate their effectiveness for people withchronic diseases. Methods: A systematic review was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of both the NationalEvidence-based Healthcare Collaborating Agency and Im and Chang. A literature search was conductedusing electronic databases. Randomized controlled trials that tested behavioral interventions based onthe IMB model for promoting health behaviors among people with chronic diseases were included. Fourinvestigators independently reviewed the studies and assessed the quality of each study. A narrativesynthesis was used. Results: A total of 12 studies were included in the review.Nine studies investigated patients with HIV/AIDS. The most frequently used intervention strategies were instructional pamphlets for the informationconstruct, motivational interviewing techniques for the motivation construct, and instruction or roleplaying for the behavioral skills construct. Ten studies reported significant behavior changes at the firstpost-intervention assessment. Conclusion: This review indicates the potential strength of the IMB model as a theoretical framework todevelop behavioral interventions. The specific integration strategies delineated for each construct of themodel can be utilized to design model-based interventions.

        Ag 편광-광도핑에 의한 칼코게이나이드 박막의 광유기 복굴절

        In this study, we have investigated the photoinduced birefringence of Ag plarized-photodoping in double-layer of Ag doped chalcognide thin films and dependence of polarization states in chalcogenide thin films. Also, we have investigated the polarization dependence of photoinduced birefringence and the anisotropy of absorption in an amorphous As$\sub$40/Ge$\sub$10/Se$\sub$15/S$\sub$35/ chalcogenide thin films using two 632.8nm He-Ne lasers, which have a smaller energy than the optical energy gap (E$\sub$OP/) of the film, i.e., an exposure of sub-bandgap light (hν<E$\sub$op/). The photoinduced phenomena of Ag polarized-photodooping increasing the linear dichroism(d), about 84% and birefringence(Δn), about 23%. It will offer lots of information for the photodoping mechanism and analysis of chalcogenide thin films.

        비정길 칼코게나이드 As-Ge-Se-S 박막에서 편광기록 재생

        Chalcogenide glasses are suggested as a candidate for optical recording. In this study, we have investigated the holography recording and reconstruction of the polarization state in chalcogenide As$_{40}$ Ge$_{10}$Se$_{15}$ S$_{35}$ thin films. We have used a He-Ne laser light(633nm) to probe and record of the grating. Also the polarization state of object beam was modulated with a λ/4 wave plate. The polarization state of the +1st order diffracted beam was generated by readout of the grating with a linearly polarized reference beam. It was the same-handed polarization state as the polarization state of the recording beam. The result is shown that the diffraction efficiency of circularly polarized recording represents higher than other polarization state.ate.e.

        전계효과에 의한 칼코게나이드 박막에서의 광유기 복굴절 특성

        We have investigated the photoinduced birefrinence by the electric field effects in chalcogenide thin films. The electric field effects have investigated the various applied bias voltages(forward and reverse) in chalcogenide thin films. A pumping (inducing) and a probing bean were using a linearly polarized He-Ne laser light (633nm) and semiconductor laser light (780nm), respectively. The result was shown that the birefringence had a higher value in DC +2V than the others, Also, we obtained the birefringence in the electric field effects by various voltages. In addition, we have discussed the anisotropy property of chalcogenide thin films by the electric field effects.

        구례 운조루(雲鳥樓)의 건축적 특성

        The main purpose of this research is to understand how the problems, which existing letter-shape houses have, are solved in Unjoru which is one of the letter-shape houses. Furthermore, there is the secondary purpose which is to realize the architectural characteristics of Unjoru through the process from the composition of rooms and buildings to the method of structure and roof formation. This research was approached in terms of architectural design, and as the result, the problems of the existing letter-shape houses was resolved by literally converting the shape of outdoor space to 品-shape form. Moreover through the result, it was recognized that the 占-Shape plan was flexible in responding to the demand of the times, such as the order of precedency within men and women and each generation. In addition to the previous results, it was confirmed that the location of major rooms was also decided by considering the interrelationship with natural environment of surrounding area. Also, in the whole proportion of building's plan, each building, such as ㄷ-shape Anchae and big-sized and middle-sized Sarangchae having 丁-shape form, and major rooms in the each building have proportion system such as 1:1, 3:4, $1:\sqrt{2}$, and 3:5 as aesthetic numerical value. Finally, it was understood that the architectural intention had double-sided characters, one side was authority and dignity in the aspect of shape and another side was practicality in aspect of inner housing life.

        군자정(君子亭)과 계정(溪亭)의 건축특성 비교 연구

        With regard to the pavilion buildings of Imcheonggak Gunjajeong and Donglakdang Gyejeong that are located within residential areas, this study focused on the construction background, the building owner's circumstances and the location environment of these buildings, and attempted to derive the architectural characteristics presented by these two pavilion buildings and, through this, to grasp the architect's intention of plan. The results of this study are as follows. With regard to Gunjajeong, it could be confirmed that, first, it is located in a propitious site and took the composition that follows the family ritual standards for the family rituals of the scholar-gentry class and opens to visitor access, and second, the floor height of the site and interior space was designed so that Munpilbong on the south and the Sarangchae on the west, and the Sadang on the east can be connected visually, and third, the authority and dignity of the head family were built through the symmetric 丁-shaped plane figure, the wide partition module, the form-centered building, and the hierarchical composition of the roof. On the other hand, with regard to Gyejeong, it could be confirmed that, first, it is located along the stream of Jagye valley that has no mountains in the front and in the back and took the composition that put the name symbolizing Taoist thoughts on the surrounding natural environment and was closed to visitor access but opens to nature, and second, with Jagye and Jagye surroundings as the main landscape, it built the concept of intended landscape that symbolizes the Taoist thoughts by giving names not only simply to the visible objects but also to surrounding rocks, and third, the asymmetric ㄱ-shaped plane composed a yard-centered space rather than emphasizing the shape, and connected the part of the plane with Jagye so as to be embodied as a personal inner self-perfecting place that closely communicates only with nature away from the mundane world.

        칼코게나이드 박막에서 전계효과에 의한 편광 홀로그래피 회절효율 특성

        Amorphous chalcogenide glasses have a wide variety of light-induced effects. In this study, we have investigated the diffraction efficiency of chalcogenide. As$_{40}$ Ge$_{10}$ Se$_{15}$ S$_{35}$ thin films by the various applied electric fields. The holographic grating in these thin films has been formed using a linearly polarized He-Ne laser light (633nm). The diffraction efficiency was investigated the two method of applied electric field in the perpendicular and parallel to the direction of inducing beam. We obtained that properties of diffraction efficiency in the two methods of applied electric field. The result is shown that the diffraction efficiency of parallel electric field is 285% increase, η=1.1$\times$10$^{-3}$ and the diffraction efficiency of perpendicular electric field is 80% decrease, η=9.83$\times$10$^{-5}$ . Also, we have investigated the anisotropy property on chalcogenide thin films by the electric field effects.

        Ag 편광 광도핑에 의한 칼코게나이드 박막의 광유기 이방성(PA)

        It was known that chalcogenide glasses have the superior property of the photoinduced anisotropy(PA). In this study we observed the phenomenon of Ag polarized-photodoping in chalcogenide As$_{40}$ /Ge$_{10}$/Se$_{15}$ /S$_{35}$ and the double-layer of Ag doped As$_{40}$ /Ge$_{10}$/Se$_{15}$ /S$_{35}$ thin film using the irradiation with the polarized He-Ne laser light. The Ag polarized-photodoping results in reducing the time of saturation anisotorpy and increasing the sensitivity of linearly anisotropy intensity up to maximum 220% The Ag polrized-photodoping shows improvement of the photoinduced anisotropy property in polarized photodoping of the chalcogenide thin film. It will offer lots of information for the photodoping mechanism and analysis of chalcogenide thin film.in film.ilm.
