        9 New cephalosporin derivatives were synthesized and screened for antibacterial activities against various bacteria. (6R,7R)-7beta-[(Z)-2-(5-amino-1,2,4-thiadiazol-3-yl)-2-(fluoromethoxyimino)acetamido]-3-[(2-hydroxycarbamoyl)-s-triazolo[1,5-al-pyrimidin-7-yl]thiomethyl]-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid sodium salt (compound 3) showed 2 fold enhanced in vitro activity against P. aerurginosa, compared to ceftazidime.

        지역사회 노인여가복지시설 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향요인 분석

        기존의 노인복지시설에 대한 연구에서는 경로당을 중심으로 한 이용실태조사가 주를 이루었으며, 노인교육기관의 운영프로그램 성과평가에 관한 연구에서조차도 프로그램 만족도라는 단일 측정항목 중심의 연구만 이루어져 이용자 만족도 관련 종합적인 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서브퀄 결정요인(유형성, 보증성, 감정이입, 신뢰성, 반응성)을 활용하여 지역사회 노인여가복지시설(경로당, 노인교실, 노인복지회관)의 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 종합적․체계적으로 분석하고자 한다. 분석결과, 경로당에서는 시설영역 그리고 노인교실과 노인복지회관에서는 프로그램 영역이 이용자 만족도에 가장 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 노인복지시설 이용자 만족도를 제고시킬 수 있는 정책적 대응으로는 노인여가복지시설의 정비 및 개선, 노인복지서비스의 다양화 및 내실화, 프로그램 운영의 효율화, 실버산업의 육성 지원, 시니어 콤플렉스 정책 추진, 지역사회복지 기초구조개혁을 통한 복지행정 역량 강화 등을 강구할 수 있다. he purpose of this study is to examine way of increasing senior's satisfaction for their leisure facilities, programs, and services and to provide better service with the result of this research. In order to accomplish this purpose, the research is measured the user's satisfaction based on SERVQUAL(service quality) determinants(tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance) to evaluate the performance of senior welfare facilities, programs, and services. In finding from this research, the most significant factors to increase senior's satisfaction toward the service quality of welfare in local government are as follows. First, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare is related to establish or operate more effective programs, through recruiting or reserving more competent program specialists. Second, in order to increase user's satisfaction, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare is related to more sufficient investment for facilities and equipment of senior centers(including clubs and schools). Third, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare is related to the increasement of user's satisfaction through the inside management effectively to SERVQUAL determinants such as tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, empathy, and assurance. In addition, the improvement of service quality for senior welfare (based on welfare agencies like a school for the aged, senior's club, and other senior facilities) closely relates to the contribution of regional or community volunteer groups if there is a shortage of finance and social welfare agencies.

        Sestamibi 의 신규합성과 제제화에 따른 안정성 비교

        N/A Purpose: Ascorbic acid is known to act as an antioxidant. Therefore, it can be used in increasing the efficiency of radiochemical labeling of Technetium-99m setamibi by inhibition of oxidation of Sn2+ at low concentration. We intended to estimate the efficiency of radiochemical labeling and the stability of the newly formed formulation when ascorbic acid was added to a commercial kit. Materials and Methods: Synthesis of sestamibi was performed according to Dong-A`s patent procedure (No.10-2001-0012877). First, we undertook a study to evaluate the efficiency of radiochemical labeling of sestamibi containing ascorbic acid. The stability of the vials was assessed using either 7.5 ㎍ or 75 ㎍ of ascorbic acid, added to commercial vials under the accelerated condition(Temp: 40℃, +2℃, Relative humidity: 75±5%). Results: Sestamibi was synthesized in overall 35-40% yield over 5 steps from a commercially available methallyl chloride as a starting material. When ascorbic acid was added, the efficiency of radiochemical labeling was maintained compared to the vial with no ascorbic acid. The accelerated test showed that the addition of ascorbic acid inhibited the oxidation of Sn2+ ion by antioxidation mechanism. Also, the efficiency of radiochemical labeling of this vial after 9 months was nearly the same as the starting point. Therefore, the storage period of the kit is likely to be extended. Taken together, it suggests that the addition of ascorbic acid as a stabilizer is desirable. Conclusion: To increase the stability of a sestamibi cold kit, it is desirable to add ascorbic acid as a stabilizer to the commercial fomulation. (Korean J Nucl Med 2001:35:334-341)
