The popularity of the Korean Wave continues to increase around the world. As an image that comes to mind when it comes to korea selected by overseas consumers, K-Pop was ranked first for five consecutive years, and the addictive chorus was selected as the reason why K-Pop is popular. Therefore, this study aims to derive the characteristics of the K-Pop idol group chorus. The research scope of this study was selected through three stages on the music portal site Melon’s historical chart, and a total of 120 subjects were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the K-Pop idol group chorus began with the first generation and proceeded with each generation, and the technique of reducing or simply repeating the transformation of a given motive was frequently used. As a result of this study, the characteristics and changes of the K-Pop idol group chorus by generation were confirmed by a method called melody development technique.

Pharmacological studies have been carried out to investigate the clinical efficacy of "Jagyag-gamcho-Tang" (JGT) comparing effects with those of "Jagyag-Tang"(JT), "Gamcho Tang"(GT) and some medicinal substances. JGT group showed more suppressive action on convulsion due to myelic and cerebrocortical causes than JT group or HT group, but on convulsion due to diencephalic causes JT group is most suppressive. JGT group showed nearly the same effect as aminopyrine on the analgesic action On the sedative action JGT group is most effective but not so effective as chloropromazine group. Hexobarbital sodium-induced sleeping time was prolonged significantly in JGT group in mice.

Lead acetate and Bojungiki-tang(BIT) extract, a herbal restorative were treated p.o. 40mg/kg and 500mg/kg respectively and concurrently. and examined efects of metabolic enzymes of rats. The results obtained in this study are as follows: 1. The value of protein concentration in lead-poisoned group showed significant increse while the group of concurrent administration with BIT whowed slight decrease. 2. The value of aniline hydroxylase activities in lead-poisoned group showed 32.37% of increse while the group of concurrent administration with BIT showed 3.91% at 4th week. 3. The value of TBA-value in lead-poisoned group showed 66.7% of incresed while the group of concurrent adiministration with BIT whowed 7.72% at 4th week. 4. The value of glucose-60phosphate activities in lead-poisoned group showed a little decrease. These results on the whole indicated that concurrent administration with BIT showed significant recovery from the toxicity in lead-treated group.
신이 에탄올 추출물의 PAR2-유발 부종에 대한 항염증 활성

신이는 전통적으로 비염 등의 치료에 사용되어 왔는데, 신이 에탄올 추출물은 그람 양성균인 Staphylococcus aureus 그람 음성균인 Pseudomonas fluorescens균 및 곰팡이균인 Aspergillus niger에 대하여 모두 항균활성을 보였으며, proteinase로 활성화된 receptor-2에 의한 흰쥐 뒷발바닥 부종모델에서 신이 에탄올 추출물을 경구투여한 경우 typsin이나 tc-NH2로 유발된 발바닥 부종, 혈관투과성, myoloperoxidase 활성도에서 유의성 있는 억제율을 보여 항염증 활성이 뚜렷함을 나타냈다. The flower of Magnolia denudata Desrousseaux(Magnoliaceae) has long been used for treatment of nasal disorder in Korea. The physiological activity of the Magnoliae Flos ethanol extract (MFX) was investigated. MFX showed antimicrobial activity. At doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg, MFX showed significant inhibition on both change in paw volume and vascular permeability. MFX (100 mg/kg) significantly inhibited PAR2 agonist-induced myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in paw tissue. These results indicate that MFX has anti-inflammatory activity in PAR2-mediated paw edema.

This paper presents a transformer-based reconfigurable synchronous boost converter. The lowest maximum power point tracking (MPPT)-input voltage and peak efficiency of the proposed boost converter, 20 mV and 88%, respectively, were achieved using a reconfigurable synchronous structure, static power loss minimization design, and efficiency boost mode change (EBMC) method. The proposed reconfigurable synchronous structure for high efficiency enables both a transformer-based self-startup mode (TSM) and an inductor-based MPPT mode (IMM) with a power PMOS switch instead of a diode. In addition, a static power loss minimization design, which was developed to reduce the leakage current of the native switch and quiescent current of the control blocks, enables a low input operation voltage. Furthermore, the proposed EBMC method is able to change the TSM into IMM with no additional time or energy loss. A prototype chip was implemented using a 0.18-μm CMOS process, and operates within an input voltage range of 9 mV to 1 V, and an output voltage range of 1 V to 3.3 V, and provides a maximum output power of 37 mW.
복강 내 종괴로 나타난 림프절 전이를 동반한 분화형 점막 위암 1예

In early gastric cancer, the most important prognostic factor is the presence or absence of a lymph node metastasis that is associated with the tumor size, histopathological differentiation, depth of tumor invasion and lympho-vascular invasion. A small sized differentiated mucosal cancer without a lympho-vascular invasion or histological ulceration rarely metastasizes to the lymph node. Herein, we report a case of a lymph node metastasis that is presented as an intra-abdominal mass in a 2.5 cm-sized differentiated mucosal cancer without ulceration or lympho-vascular invasion. (Korean J Gastrointest Endosc 2007;35:429-434) 조기 위암에서 림프절의 전이 여부는 환자의 예후에 가장 중요한 요인으로 림프절 전이는 종양의 크기, 분화도, 침범 깊이, 림프관과 혈관의 침범 여부 등과 연관이 있다. 즉, 크기가 작고 림프관 및 혈관을 침범하지 않은 분화형 점막암은 거의 림프절 전이를 하지 않으며, 궤양을 동반하지 않은 경우에는 종양의 크기에 상관없이 림프절 전이는 드문 것으로 알려져 있다. 최근 저자들은 궤양을 동반하지 않은 2.5 cm 크기의 점막에 국한된 분화암에서 림프관 및 혈관의 침범 없이 복강 내 종괴의 형태로 림프절 전이를 보인 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

46세의 회사원 김씨는 구토 증상이 있어 도통 음식을 먹을 수가 없다며 내원하였다. 구토의 원인을 밝히기 위해 여러 가지 검사를 시행한 결과 위암 중에서도 분화가 되지 않는 미만형(Diffuse type) 위암으로 진단되었다. 김씨는 슬하에 13살 난 아들과 10살 난 딸을 둔 한 집안의 가장이었다. 그래서 더욱 안타까운 상황이었다.
