Four patients with pancreatic clonorchiasis vere examined with endoscopic retrograde pancreatography. Each of four cases showed diffuse irregular dilatation of tributaries of the pancreatic duct in the pancreatic tail. The main pancreatic duct and tributaries draining into the body and head portion were not dilated in three cases. Sonogram from a patient showed diffuse enlargement of the pancreas, especially the tail. All four patients showed typical cholangiographic findings of hepatic clonor- chiasis, namely diffuse peripheral intrahepatic bile duct dilatation with no or minimal dilatation of the extrahepatic duct. When the tributaries of the pancreatic duct in the tail of the pancreas are diffusely dilated, in the appropriate clinical setting, pancreatitis caused by Clonorach.is sinensis should be considered.

In this paper, we propose the smart management technique of applications using fuzzy logic in wireless sensor networks. We consider the intelligent action compared to the classical action that can only be controlled by on and off. The vagueness depends on the places of the sensor nodes, human's character and emotion. In order to control them with the smartness, the proposed technique considers the better performance of applications in wireless sensor networks. We performed the simulations and implementations on sensor nodes and checked out our ideas. The simulation results show that the proposed technique is more reasonable than the classical approach.

Nowadays, the development of networks leads to enhancements of theories related with wireless devices. In utilizing these devices, hence, some critical factors that can be cost effective ways or qualities of the telecommunication can be importantly considered such as how to set up base stations which can enable wireless equipment to access to both wired and wireless networks. In this paper, we elaborate why SVM logic is used to determine base stations. In addition. when lots of sensor nodes are deployed to environmental or habitat systems we propose ideas with an efficient manner by using S VM to meet the reasonable communication coverage as many nodes as possible. We performed the simulations to verify the proposed techniques and check out our key point

This paper deals with a cause analysis of a squeal noise in a brake system. It has been proved that the squeal noise is influenced by the angular misalignment of a disk, disk run-out, with the previously experimental study. In this study, a cause of the noise is examined by using FE analysis program(SAMCEF) and numerical analyses with a derived analytical equation of the disk based on the experimental results. The FE analyses and numerical results show that the squeal noise is due to the disk run-out as the experimental results and the frequency component of the noise equals to that of a disk's bending mode arising from the Hopf bifurcation.
