Energy recovery of waste is important measure to reduce greenhouse gas. For the energy recovery, direct utilization and high value-added product of wastes are considered. Technical measurement is used to measure and manage a technical performance for system development. It consists of MOE(Measure Of Effectiveness), MOP(Measure Of Performance), and TPM(Technical Performance Measurement). In this study, technical feasibility of integration system of waste gasification and acetic acid production process is evaluated by TPM. Syngas flow rate, CO₂ composition, variation of CO and H₂ are selected as a Technical Performance Measurement. Also, Syngas flow rate, CO₂ composition, variation of CO and H₂ as a TPM guideline are 30,000N㎥/h, 15%, 1% and 1%, respectively. Operation database system of waste gasification and acetic-acid production was constructed to analysis TPM. Also, computer-aided tool was developed. As the result of a simulation, 200 ton/day waste gasification system was the most feasible of 4 types of gasification systems to integrate acetic acid production process. If 200 ton/day waste gasification system is constructed, 113,260 ton-CO₂/yr is reduced.
