      • 運動負荷後 大腿四頭筋의 筋肉通에 대한 物理治療學的 및 맛사지 效果에 관한 硏究

        Doing an intermittent exercise of leg extension till they are tired out, they have on muscular fatigue. In this study, I discussed to compare with two groups, one is the local massage which was performed 15 minutes after exercise (: Group A), and the other was no massaging after the exercise (: Group B). The massaging was performed by one certificated operator on rectus femoris, vastus lateralis and vastus medialis. Muscular strength, EMG activity, and lactate acid concentration were examined in the subjects groups. Also questionnaires were examined about effects of massaging. Subjects were 9 active students mastering in physical education. The results were as follows. 1. In group B, the significant correlation between the value of maximum muscular strength of leg extension of the per-exercise (average was 70.56 kg) and the after-exercise (average was 63.00 kg) was marked (p < 0.01). In Group A, it was no significant correlation. The value of maximum muscular strength of leg extension was recovered after 24 hours in case of the massage was performed. EMG activity was not recovered in agonist, when the massage was not performed. 2. EMG activity and lactate acid concentration were recovered immediately almost as same as at rest in case of using he massage. Results of this study were suggested that execution of massaging after muscle exhausting exercise is effective method for recovering of muscular strength, calming down of EMG activity, and being eased feeling of muscular fatigue.

      • 승마운동이 정신지체아동의 자세와 체형에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 정신지체아동에 대등한 승마운동으로 말의 상·하, 좌·우, 전후, 피칭, 로링, 트위스트의 다양한 움직임 속에서 바른 자세로 승마하도록 하여 자세와 체형에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 정신지체아동 5명을 대상으로 16주간 주 3회 실시한 승마운동을 실시하여 정신지체아의 자세(좌·우기울기, 전·후기울기), 체형(후면체형) 등에 미치는 유효성을 분석하였다. 정신지체아들은 승마운동을 실시한 결과 좌·우기울기, 앞·뒤 기울기의 자세에 긍정적인 변화가 있었으며, 후면체형의 경흉부, 흉부, 요부, 둔부의 좌우 높이차는 일정한 방향의 변화가 없었으나 측만과 만곡에는 긍정적인 변화가 있었다.

      • 태권도 수련이 초등학생의 신체조성 및 체력수준에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate body composition and physical performance in elementary students on tae kwon do training groups and non training groups. Subjects of this study consisted of a total 90 boys. Body Composition and physical performance parameters were estimated by Bio impedance analysis(In Body 3.0 model) and Takei.(Japan). Physical performance tests included Back Strength, Bent- Knee Sit-ups Test, Vertical jump, Side step, Standing trunk flexion, Closed-eyes foot balance. The Body Composition and physical performance results this study was summarized as the follows: 1) The body composition results showed that not significant difference were found between tae kwon do training groups and non training groups for Fat Mass(kg), Percent Body Fat(kg), Soft lean mass(kg), Intracellular Fluid and Extra cellular Fluid. 2) The physical performance results showed that not significant difference were found between tae kwon do training groups and non training groups for Back Strength, Bent- Knee Sit-ups Test, Vertical jump, Side step, Closed-eyes foot balance. However, standing Trunk Flexion results showed that significant difference were found between Tae Kwon Do training groups and non training groups. From the study, Tae Kwon Do is beneficial to the flexibility development of an individual in the children stage.

      • SHRSP의 성장기에 따른 골염량변화 및 골강도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Bone Mineral Density(BMD) and Bone Strength of 5 male Osteoporosis-prone SHR-SP rats. The mean bone mineral density showed positive relationship with maturity. Mean BMD of 23 week old rats was 0.266±0.002(g/㎠), which was 94% of mean BMD of matured SHR-SP. The change of BMD of head-free part was not significantly different from the BMD change of whole body. Mean blood pressure of SHR-SP, 269.2±10.1mmHg was significantly higher than Wister rats in same weeks. There was no significant correlation between weight and length of femur and BMD of SHR-SP. Biomechanical test showed the high correlation (r=0.876) between fracture intensity and BMD.

      • 한·일 검도 선수들을 대상으로 한 체력 수준의 비교

        Body composition and characteristics of physical strength of the university level of Korean Kendo competitors were compared with the university level of Japanese Kendo competitors. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Compared with Japanese university competitors, Korean university competitors showed significantly high in muscle mass and bone mass. 2. Compared with Korean university competitors, Japanese university competitors showed significantly high in a circumference of the right and upper arm. 3. Bone mass of the left calcaneus showed higher than that of the right calcaneus in both groups. 4. Compared with Korean university competitors, Japanese university competitors showed significantly high in the right and left hand grip strength, quadriceps muscle strength at 90 degree, and vertical jump (sargent jump). 5. Compared with Japanese university competitors, Korean university competitors showed significantly high in flexibility of the right and left lower leg. 6. Compared with Korean university competitors, Japanese university competitors showed significantly high in agility tests of the whole body response test (jump, front), repetition of right and left jump, and bamboo-straight strike test. In summary, there were significant differences in terms of physical fitness test. The possible reason of this result was due to a difference in a competition type of Kendo between two countries. In conclusions, to improve athletic performance of Kendo, Kendo athletes should improve their physical fitness since both athletic performance and functional capacity are highly correlated with a basic physical fitness level.

      • 12주간의 등속성 및 스트레칭 운동이 노인 여성의 체력요인에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to find whether isokinetic training and stretching program has a good effect on decrease of physical factors caused by aging and find the training program which has a good effect on physical factors. The subjects of this study are 15 elderly women aged from 61 to 65. The subjects were distributed into two groups, isokinetic training program group(n=8) and stretching group(n=7) respectively. The subjects of isokinetic training group participated in lower extremities isokinetic training program three times a week for 12 weeks, and the subjects of stretching group participated in stretching program three times a week for 12 weeks. Changes of physical factors(power, agility, gait speed, and balance) after training were analyzed through repeated measures anova. Results of this study are following: 1. There was a significant difference in balance test after 12 week training between stretching group and isokinetic group. 2. There was a significant difference in power test after 12 week training between isokinetic group and stretching group. 3. There was a significant difference in agility test after 12 week training between isokinetic group and stretching group. 4. There was a significant difference in gait speed test after 12 week training between stretching group and isokinetic group.
