        비 최소 다중 UIO를 이용한 최적화된 시험열 생성

        본 논문에서는 최소 다중 UIO를 사용했을 때보다 비 최소 다중 UIO를 사용했을 때 시험열의 길이가 줄어들 수 있음을 보여준다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시험열 생성 방법은 Shen의 방법이 어떤 상태에서 들어오는 에지와 나가는 에지의 차가 클 때에는 최적화된 시험열을 생성하지 못한다는 데에 기초하고 있다. 이 성질을 이용하여 시험열의 길이를 줄이는 관점에서 UIO에 기초한 보다 향상된 기법을 제안하고 기존의 방법과 시험열의 길이와 적합성 검사를 위하여 걸리는 시간, 시험열을 생성하는데 걸리는 시간이 보다 효율적임을 기존의 방법과 비교하여 설명한다. In this paepr, we show that the length of the test sequence can be reduced using non-minimal multiple UIO instead of minimal multiple UIO. Our test sequence generation method starts from the observation that Shen's approach cannot optimize the length of the test sequence whtn the difference between the number of incoming edge and that of outgoing edge is large. Usig the property, we propse a more efficient method to generate a UIO-based test sequence in terms of the length, and compares our method with other existing methods in terms of execution time for comformancetesting and time for generation of test sequence.

      • 스포츠 참여와 청소년 비행에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to present a preliminary data of dynamic processes underlying the relationship between sport participation and delinquent behavior. More specifically, this study attempted to determine the relative contribution of 13 socioeconomic, sport environmental and sociopsychological variables in delinquent behavior among male and female athletes and nonathletes. The subject of this study was 1,292 male/female students form 19 selected middle schools(n=678) and high schools(n=613). Of the 1,292 in total sample, 336 were classified as athletes, and 926 were classified as nonathletes. Self-report questionnaires were administered to the sample. For the purpose of data analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance was used. The major findings of the study were as follows. 1. Nonathletes exhibited significantly less delinquent behavior than athletes. 2. Male nonathletes exhibited less deliquency than male athletes while, female athletes did not differ significantly from female nonathletes in delinquent behavior. 3. Nonathletes exhibited significantly less delinquent behavior than athletes in both middle school students and high school students. 4. The 13 variables showed greater relevancc to delinquent behavior among nonathletes than atheletes. 5. The four variables of delinquent associates, delinquent value, self-concept, and boredom accounted for the greatest amount of the explained variance in delinquent behavior among male and female athletes and nonathletes. 6. Of the 13 variables among athletes, seven predictor variables were predictive of delinquent behavior. Delinquent value was the best predictor and followed by self-concept, delinquent associates, saticifaction of sport facilities, boredom, life level and sport value. Among nonathletes five variables were predictive of delinquent behavior. Age was the best predictor and the next predictors followed by delinquent associates, delinquent value, self-concept and frequency of sport participation. 7. Among male athletes, six predictor variables were predictive of delinquent behavior. Self-concept was the best predictor and followed by delinquent value, satisfaction of sport facilities, boredom, delinquent associates and sport value. On the other hand, among male nonathletes, five predictor variables were predictive of delinquent behavior. Age was the best predictor and the next ranking order followed by delinquent associates, delinquent value, self-concept and frequency of sport participation. 8. Among female athletes, three predictor variables were predictive of delinquent behavior. Delinquent associates was the best predictor and followed by age, boredom. On the other hand, among female nonathletes, four predictor variables were predictive of delinquent behavior. Delinquent associates was the best predictor and followed by delinquent value, self-concept and boredom.

      • 스포츠 활동참여와 생활만족 및 우울성향 간의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the Relationship of Sport Involvement, Depression and Life satisfaction for Unversity students. The subjects in the study consisted of 464 Unversity students. The instrument was used Life Satisfaction Index-Well Being (LSI-W) by Bigot(1974) and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) by Zung and Durham(1965) Four-way analysis of variance were conducted to determine if there were differences for depression and life satisfaction a function of playing experience, sex, frequency, prolonged time. The results of this study were as follows ; first, sport involvers had better Life satisfaction and lower depression than Non-sport involvers. Second, the psychological effect of sport involvers as a function of sex was not significant for Life satisfaction, was significant for depression Third, the psychological effect of sport involvers as a function of sex, playing experience, frequency, prolonged time was not significant for depression and life satisfaction. In conclusion, sport involvement of Unversity student should be advocated because the possible psychological benefits such as increased satisfaction and low depression.

        A Mutation in tdcA Attenuates the Virulence of Salmonella enterica Serovar Typhimurium

        The Salmonella tdc operon encodes enzymes belonging to a metabolic pathway that degrades L-serine and Lthreonine. The upregulation of the tdc operon and increased virulence of Salmonella grown under oxygenlimiting conditions prompted us to investigate the role of the tdc operon in the pathogenesis of Salmonella Typhimurium. A Salmonella strain carrying a null mutation in tdcA, which encodes the transcriptional activator of the tdc operon, was impaired in mice infected intraperitoneally with the bacterium. In addition, the Salmonella tdcA mutant showed reduced replication compared with the parental strain in cultured animal cells, although their growth rates were similar in various culture media. To understand the function of TdcA in pathogenesis, we performed twodimensional gel electrophoresis and found that flagellar and PhoP-regulated proteins were affected by the tdcA mutation. The results of β-galactosidase assays and FACS analysis showed that, among the four PhoP-dependent genes tested, the expression of ssaG, which is located in Salmonella pathogenicity island 2 (SPI2), was reduced in the tdcA mutant, especially in the intracellular environment of macrophages. Taken together, our data suggest that tdcA plays an important role in the pathogenesis of Salmonella.

      • Proteome Analysis of Escherichia coli after High-dose Radiation

        Since proteomics can be employed to compare changes in the expression levels of manyproteins under particular genetic and environmental conditions, using mass spectrometry to establishradiation stimulon, we performed two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and identified E. coliproteins whose expressions are affected by high dose of ionizing radiation. After exposure to 3 kGy,it was found that 6 proteins involved in carbon and energy metabolism were reduced. Although 4of 7 protein spots showing a significant increase in expression level were neither identified norclassified, uridine phosphorylase (Udp), superoxide dismutase (SodB), and thioredoxin-dependentthiol peroxidase (Bcp) were proven to be up-regulated after irradiation. This suggests that E. colisubjected to high doses of radiation (3 kGy) may operate a defense system that is able to detoxifyreactive oxygen species and stimulate the salvage pathway of nucleotide synthesis to replenish damagedDNA.

        This study was designed as an initial step in the systematic investigation of participation motivation in adults sport. The purpose was twofold. First, the study served as the first step in the development of a standard measure of participation motivation in physical activity. Second, motives underlying a continuing involvement in sport and physical activities were examined at the descriptive level and inferential level. A total of males and females were asked to endorse each item as to its important for participating in their sport. Factor analyses suggested achivement, self-denial/challenge, cartharsis, social, health/body image, and addiction as dimensions of participation motivation. Both males and females gave to be physically health the highest rating. In the combined sample the reasons with the next highest ratings were to get mental security, to get a tough spirit, improve my patience, escape from routine. Males scored higher than females on solf-denial/challenge and social motivation, and females sco-red higher than males on health/body image dimension. Exercise adherers scored higher than non-adherers on health/body image and addiction.

      • Induction of SOS Genes by a Low Dose of Gamma Radiation, 10 Gy, in Salmonella enterica Serovar Typhimurium

        In a previous study, a relatively high dose of gamma radiation (1 kGy) did not fullyinduce typical SOS genes such as sulA, recA, recN, and din in Salmonella Typhimurium (S. Typhimurium)(Lim et al. 2008, Gene expression profiles following high-dose exposure to gamma radiationin Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimuium. J. Radiat. Ind. 3:111-119). In this study, we examinedchanges in the transcriptional repertoire of S. Typhimurium after a dose of 10 Gy using DNAmicroarrays. It was found that more than half (~65%) of the 26 up-regulated genes belong to theSOS regulon: ten genes are typical SOS genes, and seven genes are Salmonella prophage genes,which are known to be activated by LexA cleavage. Among 29 down-regulated genes, the functionof five genes with the most decreased expression is associated with carbohydrate transport andenergy production. This suggests that upon exposure to gamma radiation cells may cease growingby reducing the metabolic activity, and repair DNA damage using a DNA repair system such asthe SOS response system. The difference in expression of the SOS genes between a high (1 kGy)and low (10 Gy) dose of radiation shows the possibility that cells may opt for one of multiple regulatorycircuits in response to the specific gamma radiation dose.

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between soccer Dribble and the elements of Physical fithess. No Significant correlations were found smong soccer dribble, powed and agility in the 50m run(r=-0.075, =4.81,p<,001) and in the 100m run (r=-0.198, t=1.69,p>.05). Correlations between soccer dribble and agility were found significant in the jump step test (r-0.316 't=2.67, p<.01),negative correlations in zigzag run (r=-0.301, t-2.01), p<.05), low correlation in the zigzag run criss cross test (r=0.27, t=5.12, p<.001), and no significant correlation in other tests. The Soccer team gained good records in dribble, jump step test, zigzag run and criss cross test. While the purposive sampling team gained good records in power, side step test and shuttle run, the other group gained lower records in all tests

      • 권총사격시 사격자세 및 불안수준이 사격기록에 미치는 영향

        The study was undertaken to investigate the influence to shooting score according to posture and anxiety level at air pistol shooting. The subjects recruited was composed of total 6 shooting athletes(male 3. female 3 ) having been to participate the whole national competition. The contents analysed was copmosed of shooting posture factor(elapsed time, vertical displacement), physiological factor(systo1ic and diastolic blood plassure) , and psychological factor(CASI-II: cognitive. physical, self-confidence). The conclusions obtained were as follows: 1. The improvement trend by trials showed high increasing relation in R²= 1 with regression equation Y=.5X + 25.17. and showed more stable s t a t e than in initial shooting. 2. The elapsed time by increasing of trials didn't show great difference and slow increasing trend in R²= ,0105 with Y=.1152X + 6.5842, the correlation between records and elapsed time from aiming to shooting showed r = .46 and r = 21 from maximum point to aiming. r=.08 in vertical displacement from maximum point to aiming. 3 . Physiological anxiety characteristics showed rather high correlation between records and systolic & diastolic blood pressure (r= .76. P<.00l) (r=.67,P<05). heart rate(r=.54 ) , of these subjects 2subj showed abnormal condition in systolic blood pressure was considered to be rather high than others and also showed very high correlation with physique & physical fitness factors. 4 . The relation between records and cognitive anxiety level showed r=-.00, r=.71(P<.05) with self-confidence, r=.80(P<.001) and with physical anxiety. r=.71(P<.05). Therefore when seing contlastly physical anxiety didn's influence to influence but self-confidence showed great. When considering the above conclusions, the study didn't show influence to posture, heart rate, diastolic blood pressure, therefore a further study was needed to investigate concretely the factors influencing to higher records by great samples of shooting athletes with shooting posture, psychological factor and physiological factors.
