섹터 간 연계를 통한 프랑스의 문화정보 시스템 개선

사회를 구성하는 주체를 활동 및 책임의 영역에 따라 구분하면 공공비영리부문의 제1섹터, 민간영리부문의 제2섹터, 시민활동부문의 제3섹터로 나눌 수 있다. 기존의 수직적 통치(government) 체계로는 해결이 어려울 만큼 현대사회가 복잡해지면서 수평적 협치(governance) 체계로의 전환이 요구되는 상황이다. 이처럼 제1, 2섹터에서 시민의 참여를 요청하거나 받아들이는 사례가 늘어나고 있다. 특히 문화정보는 단순한 기록과 보존에만 그 역할이 머무르지 않기 때문에 다각적인 네트워크를 통해 대중과 연결될 필요가 있다. 프랑스는 제1, 제2, 제3섹터 간의 연계를 통해 문화정보의 효율을 높이고 시스템을 개선하고 있다. 문화유산을 보호하는 베엠에프(VMF) 재단은 혁신상을 제정해 민간 스타트업의 문화유산 온라인 서비스 구축을 장려하고 있다. 프랑스 국가기록원(Archives Nationales)과 지방도시 니오르(Niort), 랑스(Lens)는 해커톤(hackathon) 행사를 통해 일반인 프로그래머의 아이디어와 대중의 관심을 함께 높이는 전략을 실행하고 있다.

잊혀진 최규하 대통령의 행정 리더십: 경제정책을 중심으로

이 글은 격동과 혼란이 지배했던 잔인한 시대적 상황과 정치적 구조아래서 잊혀진 최규하 대통령의 리더십을 살펴보고 있다. 최규하 대통령은 대통령직에 관한 한 시간의 한계와 구조의 한계를 동시에 지니고 있는 대통령이다. 8개월이라는 짧은 기간 동안 현실을 관리하고 정책을 집행하는 행정에 치중했던 대통령을 평가하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 이 글은 먼저 최규하 대통령의 자질을 그의 삶의 궤적을 통해 살펴보고 있다. 또한 시간과 구조의 한계 아래서 잊혀진 최규하 대통령의 리더십을 제한적이지만 객관적인 자료의 확보가 가능한 경제정책을 중심으로 행정 리더십에 국한하여 살펴보고 있다. Prime Minister Choi Kyu-hah became acting president after the assassination of President Park Chung-hee (1961-1979) in October 1979. He won an election in December of that year to become South Korea's 10th president. However, Major General Chun Doo-hwan and close allies within the military staged a coup d'état against his government in December 1979. They virtually controlled the government by early 1980. Chun-Doo-hwan declared martial law in May 1980 and became South Korea’s de facto ruler. President Choi Kyu-hah was forced to resign in July 1980. This study analyzed what led to his administrative leadership styles/qualities. His administrative leadership styles/qualities are argued as the products of his unique personal background and South Korea’s immature democratic institutions. In other words, the political context needs to be investigated to understand his administrative leadership styles/qualities. The analysis of these factors will help better understand Choi Kyu-hah’s administrative leadership styles/qualities as well as South Korean politics and political system.

Both injection and injection molding dies have evolved into advanced technology. Product quality is also evolving day after day. Therefore, the conditions of the injection mold and the injection conditions are becoming important. In order to improve the quality of the product, the Hardware part of the mold has developed as an advanced technology, and the Software part has also developed with advanced technology. This study deals with the cooling part, which is part of the hardware. In addition to fluid cooling, which is commonly used in the industry, by using gas cooling identify the phenomena that appear on the surface of the product and the critical point strain of the product to find the optimal cooling. Electronic parts and automobile parts whose surface condition is important, the cooling process is important to such a degree that they are divided with good products and defective products according to the cooling process at the time of injection. By controlling this important cooling and reducing the injection time with additional cooling, the product quality can be increased to the highest production efficiency. In addition, high efficiency can be achieved without additional investment costs. This study was conducted to apply these various advantages in the field.

In the drug delivery system industry, the technology with even split injection becomes important for maximizing efficiency and minimizing the side effects. In conventional drug delivery system, infection can occur due to pain and splashing. Also, various applications are impossible due to disposable use, and it is the reason to avoid to use this system because of the complexity of the driving method. Therefore, in this study, a painless drug delivery device is developed for non-pain with electrical insulation breakdown method. Finite elements analysis was used to evaluate the ejection characteristics of drugs according to the shape of the micro ejection nozzle. The effect of the number of holes in the micro nozzle, the length of the nozzle and the inner shape of the nozzle on the drug discharge characteristics were analyzed.

싱가포르 민족별 뮤지엄의 전시 스토리텔링 분석 -4개 헤리티지 센터와 페라나칸 뮤지엄을 중심으로-

Singapore's geopolitical location has resulted in a large population of migrants from nearby continents. After the port was opened by the British in 1819, the policy of dividing and inhabiting the residences of four major ethnic groups, including Chinese, Malay, Indian and Eurasian, is still maintained. It is not a “melting pot,” where everyone is mixed, but maintains a multiethnic and multicultural society called “permeable and canopied ethnicity”. As a result, the “Heritage Centre,” a museum that expresses pride of each ethnic group, was established behind one another, and the mixed-race people created by combining these four ethnic groups with local people independently established the “Peranakan Museum”. Museums communicate their intentions through the exhibition. Adjusting the number and order of exhibits in consideration of the audience's movements is similar to storytelling process, in which elements are relocated according to the intention to make the readers empathize with the story. This paper tried to find out the strategy behind the exhibition storytelling of five ethnic museums, four Heritage Centres and Peranakan Museum in Singapore through structuralist narrative semiotics. The methodologies used were narrative program, narrative scheme, actantial model and semiotic square advocated by structuralist semiologist A. J. Gremas. 싱가포르는 지정학적 입지 덕분에 인근 대륙에서 많은 이주민들이 몰려들어 인구를 구성했다. 1819년 영국에 의해 개항이 되면서 중국계, 말레이계, 인도계, 유라시안계 등 4대 주요 민족의 거주지를 구분해 배치한 정책은 지금도 유지되고 있으며, 모두가 섞여 지내는 ‘멜팅 팟’이 아니라 이른바 ‘서로 투과되면서도 각자 뚜껑이 덮인 민족성’이라 불리는 다민족, 다문화 사회를 유지하는 노선을 지키고 있다. 이에 따라 민족의 자부심을 표출하는 도구로서의 뮤지엄인 ‘헤리티지 센터’를 각 민족별로 설립했으며, 이들 4대 민족과 현지인이 결합해 생겨난 혼혈 민족도 독자적으로 ‘페라나칸 뮤지엄’을 세웠다. 뮤지엄은 전시를 통해 의도를 전달한다. 관람객의 동선을 고려해서 전시물의 수와 순서를 조정하는 작업은 의도에 따라 요소들을 재배치해서 이야기에 공감하게 만드는 스토리텔링과 유사한 면이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 싱가포르의 5개 민족별 뮤지엄의 전시 스토리텔링을 서사기호학을 통해 분석함으로써 그 속에 숨은 전략을 밝혀내고자 했다. 방법론으로는 그레마스가 주창한 서사 프로그램, 서사 도식, 행위소 모델, 기호 사각형을 사용했다.

조명·영상쇼 ‘송에뤼미에르’에 나타난 프랑스의 지역정체성과 상징물 : 브르타뉴 렌느의 사례

지방마다 보유한 고유의 문화와 유산이 매스미디어의 보급으로 인해 균질화하되는 것이 세계적인 추세다. 또한 중앙집권형 국가의 경우 수도에서 멀리 떨어진 지방은 정치·경제적 차원에서 차별을 받거나 낙후된 곳으로 오인되어 왔다. 이에 프랑스의 각 지역들은 중앙 중심의 ‘지방화(regionalisation)’에 맞서 고유의 문화와 역사를 내세움으로써 지역 중심의 ‘지역주의(regionalism)’로 전환하려는 시도를 계속하고 있다. 대표적인 것이 역사유적에 조명과 영상을 비추고 음악과 내레이션을 곁들이는 조명·영상쇼 ‘송에뤼미에르(Son et Lumière)’의 전통이다. 빛을 이용한 행사는 19세기 말부터 시도되어 왔으나 전기로 작동되는 조명 및 음향 장비를 이용해 현대적인 송에뤼미에르 개념을 탄생시킨 것은 1952년 프랑스 북서의 샹보르 궁성에서 처음 시도되었다. 이후 송에뤼미에르는 프로젝션 맵핑(projection mapping) 등 최신 영상기술을 도입해서 건물의 외부를 꾸미거나 사람이 함께 등장해서 장면을 연출하거나 연기를 펼치는 형태로 발전한다. 이들은 지역의 고유의 역사와 전통을 일종의 ‘기억물’로 여기고 이야기를 진행한다는 공통점이 있다. 예를 들어 프랑스 내에서도 특히 독립적인 지역정체성을 가진 브르타뉴 레지옹은 조명·영상쇼에서 사망 500주기를 맞은 왕비 ‘안 드 브르타뉴(Anne de Bretagne)’를 소재로 삼아 지역의 특색을 드러내고자 했다. 이처럼 지역별 송에뤼미에르 속 이미지와 서사를 이해하기 위해서는 상징물 또는 인물에 얽힌 역사적 사건과 해당 지역이 내세우는 정체성에 대한 지식을 갖추는 것이 필수적이다.

’11년 한해 교통사고는 221,711건이 발생하여 5,229명이 사망하고 341,391명이 부상을 당했 다. 이는 하루 평균 607건이 발생하여 14명 이상 이 사망한 것이며 교통사고로 유발되는 사회적 손 실도 10조원 이상이 된다.
