        트레드밀 운동이 streptozotocin로 유발된 당뇨쥐 췌장과 신장조직의 항산화 효소와 형태학적 변화에 미치는 영향

        이희혁, 김성수, 김창주, 신말순, 윤진환, 정일규, 정경훈, 김영표, 김종오. 트레드밀 운동이 Streptozotocin 유발 당뇨쥐 췌장과 신장조직의 항산화 효소와 형태학적 변화에 미치는 영향. 운동과학, 제12권 제3호, 467-482, 2003. 본 연구는 SD 계열 흰쥐를 실험동물로 하여 STZ로 당뇨를 유발시킨 후, 당뇨그룹(n=5), 당뇨+저강도 운동그룹(n=5), 그리고 당뇨+중강도 운동그룹(n=5)으로 분류하였다. 운동그룹은 5주 동안 매일 30분씩 트레드밀에서 달리도록 하였다. 6주간의 실험종료 후, 체중은 운동그룹에 비해 당뇨그룹에서 유의하게 낮았으며, 혈중 글루코스 농도는 운동그룹의 혈당이 당뇨그룹에 비해 유의하게 낮았다. 췌장과 신장조직에서 항산화효소(SOD & CAT)의 활성과 형태적 변화를 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 본 연구의 트레드밀 운동은 췌장조직의 SOD와 CAT의 활성도를 유의하게 증가시켰고 췌장 islet 형태에 영향을 주었으나, 면적에는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 또한 트레드밀 운동은 췌장 β-세포수에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 트레드밀 운동은 신장조직의 SOD와 CAT의 활성도를 유의하게 증가시켰다. 하지만 신사구체의 형태에 영향을 미치지 못하였다. 이상의 결론을 종합하면, 본 연구에서 저강도와 중강도의 트레드밀 운동이 streptozotocin (STZ) 당뇨쥐의 신장과 췌장에서 항산화계를 향상시킴으로써, 당뇨쥐에서 산화 스트레스로 인한 조직 손상을 억제 또는 지연시킬 수 있음을 보여주었다. 하지만 조직형태의 변화에 그룹간 유의한 차이를 유도하지 못했다. The aim of this study was to examine the effects of exercise on antioxidant enzyme activities and morphology in STZ-induced diabetic pancreas and kidney in rats. Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three group, 5 rats each: the diabetes group(DG), diabetes+ low-intensity exercise group(DL), and diabetes+moderate-intensity exercise group(DM). Rats of the exercise groups made to run on a motorized treadmill for 30 min once a day for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the animals were sacrificed and activities of SOD and CAT and morphology were determined both in pancreas and kidney tissues. Data were expressed as mean±standard error mean (S.E.M). For comparisons between groups, one-way ANOVA and Duncans post-hoc test were performed with P < 0.05 as an indication of statistical significance. Both in pancreas and kidney tissues, the activities of SOD and CAT both in DL and DM groups were significantly higher than in the DG group, but there weren't any significant differences between the DL and DM groups. The findings from the histological examination showed that the islet size and its cell number weren't significantly different among three groups, and in degrees of glomerular thickening, there also weren't different among three groups.

        EMG 지표로 설정된 등척성 운동강도에 따른 중대뇌동맥 혈류속도 변화

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence and adatpability as the intensity index of MVCEMG on middle cerebral velocity (MCA Vmean) during isometric strength type exercise. Fourteen healthy mael (24.1± 1.4yrs) were asked to perform the 45°knee extension isometric ocntraction for 60 seconds. In random o-r der, all participants performed three times the isometric exercise of 100%, 80% and 60% MVC determined by root mean square (RMS) of EMG at right rectus femoris muscle with a week interval. Each participant was asked to conduct and maintain the predetermined exact intensity of %M VCEMG confirming the figures on a monitor . MCA Vmean was measured at rest, during exercise, immediately after exericse, 30 seconds recovery, 60 seconds recovery and 2 minutes recovery using transcranial-Dopple rsonography. All data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA (3 intensities x 6 times) with repeated measure sT. he results of this study are as follows. 1) MCA Vmean in 80% MVCEMG was significantly higher than MCA Vmean in 60% MVCEMG (110±19 vs. 89±19 cm/ s, p<.05) immediately after exercise. 2) MCA Vmean in 100% MVCEMG was significantly higher than MCA Vmeanat 60% MVCEMG in 30 second recovery (97±14 vs. 77±10cm/s, p<.05) and 60 seconds recovery (97±16 vs. 73 ±12cm/s, p<.05). 3) Heart rate in 100% MVCEMG was significantly higher than that in 80%, 60% MVCEMG at immediately after exercise (128±26 vs. 106±15, 97±10 beats/min, p<.01) and at 30 second recovery (102±18 vs. 87±12, 80±9 beats/min, p<.05). In this study, we found that isometric exercise intensit yup to ~ 80% o f MVCEMG might induce the elevation of MCAVmean during exertion and the increase of MCAVmean at 80% exercise intensity might be higher than that of the maximal isometric intensity.

        외식창업자의 개인특성이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -자기효능감의 매개역할을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of food service founder's individual characteristics on self-efficacy and management performance and to analyse the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between founder's individual characteristics and management performance. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, founder's individual characteristics consists of risk-taking propensity, originality and need for achievement. Among risk-taking propensity, originality and need for achievement had a significant influence on self-efficacy. Second, among risk-taking propensity, originality and need for achievement had a significant influence on management performance. Third, self-efficacy had a significant influence on management performance. Fourth, self-efficacy had a mediating effect on the relationship between founder's individual characteristics and management performance. The conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce founder's individual characteristics, self-efficacy and management performance based on the findings. 본 연구의 목적은 창업자 개인특성이 자기효능감 및 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고, 추가적으로 자기효능감은 개인특성과 경영성과 사이에서 매개역할을 하는지를 파악하는 것이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창업자 개인특성은 위험감수성, 창의성, 성취욕구로 구분되었고, 창업자 개인특성인 위험감수성, 창의성, 성취욕구 모두 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 창업자 개인특성이 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 분석한 결과, 창업자 개인특성인 위험감수성, 창의성, 성취욕구 모두 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다 셋째, 자기효능감은 경영성과에 영향을 미치는지를 분석한 결과, 자기효능감은 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기효능감은 창업자 개인특성과 경영성과 사이에서 매개효과가 있는지를 분석한 결과, 자기효능감은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 창업자 개인특성, 자기효능감 및 경영성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다.

        트레드밀 운동이 청소년기 흰쥐의 기억력과 해마 신경세포생성, BDNF, TrkB, 그리고 전뇌 콜린 세포에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 청소년기 흰쥐를 대상으로 4주간의 저강도 트레드밀 운동이 기억력과 해마 신경세포생성, BDNF, Trkb, 중격콜린세포에 미치는 효과를 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 먼저 운동이 기억력에 미치는 효과를 step-through avoidance에서 검사한 결과 운동을 실시했던 흰쥐의 retention latency가 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가되어 기억력 향상을 나타내었다. 이후 기억력 향상기전으로 해마에서 신경세포증식과 BDNF 및 TrkB 단백질 발현을 정량화 한 결과에서도 운동군의 신경세포생성율과 BDNF와 TrkB 단백질 발현 모두 대조군에 비해 유의하게 증가된 것으로 나타났다. 게다가 운동을 통한 전뇌 콜린 세포 수의 증가가 해마 신경세포생성과 BDNF 발현 증가에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 청소년기 운동이 기억력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다. This study investigated the effects of treadmill exercise on memory ability, cell proliferation, BDNF, and TrkB in the hippocampus and forebrain cholinergic cells in adolescent rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (4 weeks old) were randomly assigned to the following two groups: the sedentary group (n=10) and the exercise group (n=10). Rats in the exercise group were forced to run on a treadmill for 30 min, five times per week for 4 weeks. The latency of the step-through avoidance task was used in order to evaluate memory ability. Hippocampal brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and tropomyosin-related kinase B (TrkB) expression were assessed by Western blotting. Hippocampal cell proliferation and forebrain cholinergic cells were assessed by immunohistochemistry. The present study showed that treadmill running during the adolescent period significantly improved memory capability, increased hippocampal cell proliferation, up-regulated hippocampal BDNF and TrkB expression, and enhanced the number of forebrain cholinergic cells. These results suggest that regular exercise during the adolescent period may enhance memory function.

        일내 시간대별 운동이 심근 자율신경계 반응에 미치는 영향

        The acute bout of vigorous exercise has been suggested to incre ase the risk of cardiac events, particularly in morning. The aim of this research was to evaluate the effect of time of day on cardiac autonomic responses to hard exercise, reflected by heart rate variability(HRV). On four occasions, 8 young (20.5±0.7years) healthy males exercised, in random order, on a cycle ergometer at 6:00~7:00, 11:00~12:00, 15:00~16:00, 20:00~21:00h each followed by five min of active recovery. Electrocardiogram data were collected for 5 min periods in the sitting position, at rest before and after each exercise bout. Measures of heart rate variability, obtained from both time-and frequency domain analysis of 5 min ECG recording were as follows: mean RR interval and its standard deviation(SDNN), the root mean square of successive differences(RMSSD), the low and high frequency components which were calculated as normalized units and their ratio(LF/HF ratio). Analysis of heart rate variability revealed a significant increase in sympathetic activity and a significant decrease in parasympathetic activity (P=0.05) following each exercise bout. Although measures of HRV we re not significantly different between exercise trials. HRV variables were associated with higher shifts during the early and morning exercise. These results suggest that exercise when performed in the afternoon and evening periods may be effective in minimizing exercise-induced cardiac sympathovagal dysfunction.

        외식창업 성공요인이 경영성과와 창업만족도에 미치는 영향 -대구·경북지역을 중심으로-

        본 연구의 목적은 외식창업 성공요인이 경영성과와 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고, 추가적으로 경영성과는 외식창업 성공요인과 창업만족도 사이에서 매개역할을 하는지를 파악하는 것이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석에 따른 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외식창업 성공요인은 입지, 서비스, 시설, 상품 요인으로 분류되었다. 외식창업 성공요인의 입지, 서비스, 시설, 상품 요인은 모두 경영성과와 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경영성과는 창업만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경영성과는 외식창업 성공요인과 창업만족도 사이에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통하여 외식창업 성공요인, 경영성과 및 창업만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of success factors of foodservice business start-up on management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction and to analyse the mediating effect of management performance on the relationship between success factors of foodservice business start-up and entrepreneurial satisfaction. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, success factors of foodservice business start-up consists of location, service, facilities, and food. Among success factors, location, service, facilities, and food had a significant influence on management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction. Second, management performance had a significant influence on entrepreneurial satisfaction. Third, management performance had a mediating effect between success factors of foodservice business start-up and entrepreneurial satisfaction. The conclusion section suggested strategic implications to induce success factors, management performance and entrepreneurial satisfaction based on the findings.

        근막이완요법(myofascial release)이 Ergometer 운동 후 심박변이도와 대퇴직근 경직도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of the study is to invastigate the effects of myofascaial release on heart rate variability and stiffness of rectus femoris after ergometer exercise. In a cross-over design, 9 young(22.75±1.89years) healthy males performed two incremental 70% HRR cycling bouts, and the neither 10 min of myofascial release or passive rest. The parameters of heart rate variability were obtained from both time-and frequency domain analysis of 5min ECG recording at rest, immediately after exercise and recovery 10min. Standard deviation of the node to node interval(SDNN) and root mean square of successive differences(RMSSD) and the low and high frequency components were calculated as normalized units. In order to measure the mechanical properties like muscle stiffness and elasticity, MyotonPro(Myoton AS ,Tallinn, Estonia) was applied to muscle belly of rectus femoris muscle at rest, immediately after exercise and recovery 10min. From the Myoton measurement, Five indexes (Frequency, Logarithmic Decrement, Dynamic Stiffness, Creep and Mechanical Stress Relaxation) were obtained. The results are as follows: 1. Analysis of HRV revealed a significant increase in sympathetic activity and a significant decrease in parasympathetic activity following ergometer exercise with no significant difference between both groups. 2. The muscle tension and stiffness increased significantly while the elasticity decreased immediately after exercise while no significant effect of myofascial release on mechanical properties indexes was found during recovery period. The results represent that these application of MR technique might influence personal feeling and none-specific recovery from muscle fatigue without any statistically significant change of muscle mechanical properties and heart rate variability.

        운동생리학 : 장기간 트레드밀 운동이 고지방식이 쥐의 혈중 지질성분과 렙틴농도에 미치는 영향

        The prevalence of obesity is increasing. Although the etiology of obesity is complex, dietary factors, particularly the consumption of a high-fat diet, is considered a risk factor for its development. Physically activity, in contrast, is an important factor for preventing and treating obesity. The aim of our study was to investigate the effect of treadmill exercise on plasma lipids profile and leptin concentrations in high-fat fed rats. Male Sprague Dawley rats were assigned into four groups: the control group, the normal diet group, the high-fat diet group, and the high-fat diet and exercise group. High-fat diet groups were fed a diet with 45% fat and 30% carbohydrate, while the control groups were fed a diet with 4% fat and 70% carbohydrate. Animals of the exercise groups were made to run on a treadmill 60min, 6 days per week for 6 weeks. At the end of 6 weeks, weight gain, plasma lipids, and leptin was measured. The high-fat diet caused increases in body weight gain, serum triglycerides, LDL, and leptin levels. The exercise attenuated body weight gain, serum cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, and leptin levels under condition of the high-fat diet as well as the normal diet. Those results indicate that exercise improves plasma lipids and leptin under normal diet and suppresses the high-fat diet-induced increase in leptin levels, suggesting its potential in the treatment of abnormal lipids and leptin changes associated with abnormal lipid metabolism.
