        불량한 입지조건의 고속도로에 대한 교통류 개선대안

        This study investigated traffic flow improvement alternatives for the freeways with poor locational conditions by analyzing vehicle speed reduction factors with regard to traffic and geometric conditions of the upstream section of tunnel on freeways. The results of this study might be summarized as follows. Firstly, the result of traffic congestion analysis showed that the eight tunnels among the fourteen tunnels investigated in this paper were under congestion by producing the congestion ratio ((congested speed threshold - speed at a point)/congested speed threshold) 6.10∼32.20% . Secondly, the result of t-test showed that the speed reduction of vehicles in a platoon head took place at the immediate downstream point from the entrance of tunnel due to the psychological impacts of the dark and narrow atmosphere of tunnel. These impacts caused the vehicle speed reduction of 5.10㎞/h at the entrance of tunnel. Thirdly, the result of stepwise regression analysis showed that a dependent variable, SD (speed reduction of vehicles) was explained by the two independent variables such as R(reciprocal of horizontal curve radius) and GL(length of grade of more than 2 %) . The regression equation was represented by SD=5.185+6.596R+3.519GL (R^2=0.702). Lastly, as the result of Pearson correlation coefficient estimation between SD and each of the candidates for independent variables, the coefficient between SD and R was 0.793(p-value=0.001), the coefficient between SD and W(shoulder width of road in front of tunnel) was 0.447(p-value=0.109), and the coefficient between SD and G(grade in front of tunnel) was 0.273(p-value=0.345). Therefore, the reason why GL was selected at the last step of the stepwise regression might be mainly due to collinearity problems between R and each of W, G.

        확률적 평행에 토대를 둔 Work-to-Home 통행배분모형 연구

        The major concern of this paper is to investigate the properties of a stochastic equilibrium for each model system in terms of a consumer welfare measure. The primary assumption for this study is that a trip-maker would choose the trip from his origin zone which maximizes his personal welfare. This assumption, finally, leads to a singly constrained gravity model. The consumer welfare measure is derived from the concept of expected welfare of randomly sampled trip-makers. Each of the four different models considered in this paper is differentiated depending on the complexity of its model or the definition of its travel function. In this study, three different regions are chosen for the purpose of taking into account the effects of different zone-systems on the properties of a stochastic equilibrium : (i) Archerville region (5 zone) ; (ii) San Francisco Bay regions (30 zones) ; (iii) Houston, TX region (199 zones). It is concluded that almost identical, "global" consumer welfare values can be obtained in some cases of the gravity-type trip distribution models based on a stochastic equilibrium.

        고객이 소매업태를 방문하는 빈도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 - 수도권 주요 소매업태를 중심으로 -

        This study contemplated on the factors to impact on the frequency of customers’ visiting retailers. The analysis was based on the data collected on the three categories of customer demographics, customers’ usage of internet & telecommunications, and customer characteristics of visits within retailers by using a binay logistic regression model. The results of the analysis are as follows. Firstly, customers’ usage of internet & telecommunications showed a negative impact on the customers' visiting frequency for large-size discount stores and traditional markets in Seoul and Gyeonggi/Incheon regions. On the other hand, it showed a positive impact on the customers' visiting frequency for department stores and convenience stores. Secondly, there was a trade-off between department stores’ and small & mid-size supermarkets’ high visiting frequencies in Gyeonggi/Incheon regions as opposed to Seoul region. Accordingly, it is necessary to be very careful about the strategy of opening department stores. Thirdly, male customers showed an increasing impact on the customers' visiting frequency for convenience stores in the Seoul Metropolitan area. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attentation to the male and female composition within the trading area when opening a convenience store. 본 연구는 이항로지스틱회귀모형을 이용하여 주요 소매업태 유형에 대해 소비자의 인구통계, 인터넷·통신 이용, 소매업태간 방문 특성을 중심으로 소매업태 방문빈도에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서울과 경기·인천지역에 있어서 인터넷·통신 이용이 대형마트와 전통시장의 이용빈도에 부정적인 영향을 주었다. 반면에 백화점과 편의점의 경우는 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 경기·인천지역의 경우 서울지역과는 대조적으로 백화점과 중소형슈퍼마켓간 이용빈도에 있어서 상쇄효과가 어느 정도 있었다. 이에 따라 중소형슈퍼마켓의 출점전략에 있어서 매우 유의할 필요성이 있다. 셋째, 서울과 경기·인천지역에서 편의점 이용빈도의 경우 남성 고객은 증가영향을 주었다. 이에 따라 편의점 출점에 있어서 상권 내 남녀 구성비에 매우 유의할 필요성이 있다.

        지역별 소비자 인구통계특성 및 쇼핑시설 이용 형태가 온라인 쇼핑 비율에 미치는 영향 분석

        주요 소비자 관련 항목 그리고 주요 오프라인 쇼핑시설들을 중심으로 온라인 쇼핑 이용 비율의 영향 요소를 지역별로 분석한 주요 결과물과 시사점을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라의 경우 지역을 불문하고 온라인 쇼핑 이용 비율에 있어서 연령의 영향력 이 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 성별이 서남권 지역과 강원 지역을 제외한 모든 지역에서 온라인 쇼핑 이용 비율 에 있어서 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 백화점, 대형마트, 전통시장, 중소형 슈퍼마켓, 편의점의 이용과 온라인 쇼핑 간에 구매에 있어서 대체관계가 성립하는지 혹은 보완관계가 성립하는지에 대해서는 지역별로 다소 상이한 결과를 보였다. 이 결과는 궁극적으로 부동성에 기반을 둔 오프라인 쇼핑시설 에 대한 상권분석의 유효성을 이해하는데 출발점이 될 수 있을 것이다. 넷째, 온라인 쇼핑과 대형마트 이용 간에는 중부권 지역(대전, 충청, 세종)과 동남권 지 역(부산, 대구, 울산, 경상)의 경우 구매에 있어서 어느 정도의 대체관계가 성립하는 것으로 나타난 반면에 강원 지역의 경우에는 그 반대인 보완관계가 성립하는 것으로 나타났다. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the independent variable, age, one of the demographics of customers has the most influence on the usage rate of online shopping in all regions in Korea. Second, the independent variable, gender has a significant impact on the usage rate of online shopping in all regions except the southwestern region(Gwangju, Cheonra and Jeju) and Gangwon region. Third, there were some differences in the usage rate of online shopping, depending on whether substitutive relationships between the usage of off-line shopping facilities(department stores, large-scale discount stores, traditional markets, and small-and-medium supermarkets) and that of online shopping are established or complementary relationships between them are. Finally, this study shows that there is, to a certain degree, a substitutional relationship between the use of online shopping and that of large-scale discount stores in the central region(Daejeon, Chungcheong, Sejong) and southeastern region(Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, Gyeonsang), whereas there is a complementary relationship in Gangwon region.

        주거입지에 있어서 교통지체의 영향

        The purpose of this paper is to analyze the effect of traffic congestion on residential location. The three residential location models such as simple residential location model, complex residential location model A and complex residential location model B, which are differentiated depending on the degree of complexity concerning attractiveness variables and land use submodels, are considered for the analysis. The data of the two regions - Archerville region with 5 zones and San Francisco Bay region with 30 zones - are used for the study. The major findings in this paper are as follows. 1) The results of t-test statistic analysis showed that there was a difference between the estimation errors of the two results produced by estimating residential locations with and without reaction to traffic congestion at the significance level of 0.05 only except for the results of application of the simple residential location model to Archerville region. 2) Residential locations for each of the models were estimated with and without reaction to traffic congestion. As a result of the estimation, the average absolute change rates between the two results of residential location estimations with and without reaction to traffic congestion ranged from 19.7% to 98.8%. 3) The results of consumer welfare analysis showed that there were big differences between the residential location estimations with and without reaction to traffic congestion.

        기저동맥 박리로 발생한 양측 돌발성난청 증례

        Bilateral sudden sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) is rare, but a possible symptom of vertebrobasilar ischemia. A 69-year-old female patient with hypertension and atrial fibrillation presented with bilateral sudden hearing loss and vertigo without other neurological symptoms. On examination, she had left-beating horizontal nystagmus with positive head impulse on the left side. Pure tone audiometry revealed severe SNHL on both sides. Brain computed tomography angiography showed a dissection in the proximal portion of the basilar artery (BA) with occlusion of the mid-BA and bilateral anterior inferior cerebellar arteries (AICA), which confirmed on transfemoral cerebral angiography (TFCA). Left common carotid angiography demonstrated retrograde blood flow into the BA and right AICA via the left posterior communicating artery. During TFCA, her right hearing loss dramatically improved. Nine days later, follow-up TFCA showed an improve-ment of antegrade flow of the BA and AICA. We suggest that vertebrobasilar ischemia can be suspected in patients with bilateral sudden SNHL who present with risk factors for stroke.

        안면 마스크식 전신마취 후 발생한 안면신경마비 1예

        A 44-year-old woman underwent operation of removal of external fixator and k-wires under general anesthesia using sevoflurane with jaw thrust maneuver. After the operation, the patient complained of left lower lip weakness and left partial facial palsy developed with drooping of left corner of mouth. Compression of marginal mandibular branch of left facial nerve during the jaw thrust maneuver is estimated to be the cause of facial nerve palsy. Patient’s symptoms improved with steroid therapy and physical therapy. A month later, the patient is doing well without discomfort.
