        Construction project manager's personal competency is required to implement a effective and efficient construction project for the successful construction project. Since, it depends on a role and responsibility by a position, the level of personal competency may different to be required. Thus, to comprehend the level of competency is important. At the same time, it is able to draw out what competency is not enough, through understanding the level of personal competency. To improve all personal competencies is required to devote resources, but it is impossible because of limited them. Therefore, it is important how choose more important competency for improvement. This paper drew the improvement priority of construction project manager's personal competency which has different, through analysis the level of required and possessing competency. For their proper priorities determination, priority index was suggested and compared with other index.

        Construction manager's personal competency is very important for the successful implementation of a construction project. Required and possessing personal competency of construction manager is different according to position and duty. In this research, we used personal competency model which was presented in the preceding study for personal competency analysis of construction manager. This study was performed to analyze personal competency by position which is divided as three groups from position by roles. First, the required competency level of construction manager was analyzed by using analysis of variance(ANOVA) in each of the groups. Second, a comparative analysis was conducted between the required competency level and the possessing competency level in each of the groups by using t-test. As the results, we present target competencies which have to be improved.

        성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 위한 건설사업관리자의 개인역량모델

        Construction project manager’s personal competency is very important for the successful implementation of a construction project. In this research, we classified construction project manager’s competency into personal characteristic competency and interpersonal competency. Twenty-one personal characteristic competency items and eighteen interpersonal competency items were extracted from previous researches. Questionnaire survey result from one hundred fourteen respondents were analyzed to build a personal competency model of construction project managers. Through factor analysis process, four competency group having fourteen competency items were determined as the personal competency and three competency group having fourteen competency items were determined as the interpersonal competency.

        새로운 진공상태에서의 고온초전도 현상과 반자성

        전자와 홀 형태의 고온 초전도 현상을 설명하기 위해서 새롭게 고체내에서의 진공(ㅇ9ㅔ6)을 정의하였다. 새롭게 정의된 진공에서 Cu원자간의 Supere×change와 Carrier의 Hopping 파라미터를 Hubbard Hamiltonian을 사용하여 계산하였다. 쌍을 이루지 않은 Carrier들은 반자겅의 Background에 의해서 국소화되지만 Carrier가 쌍을 이룸으로서 CuO2 평면 내에서 자유로와질 수 있다. 결국 쌍을 이룬 Carrier가 에너지가 낮아지게 되면 그 에너지 Gap을 Carrier 쌍의 Hopping 에너지로부터 계산하였다.

        Quantization on a Riemann Surface and Fractional Quantum Hall Effect

        본 논문에서는 2차원에서의 전자 상태에 대한 분수양자화의 가능성을 제시한다. 여러겹의 평면으로 구성된 Riemann 표면을 제시하고 그 Riemann 표면에서의 경계 조건으로서부터 2차원 전자계의 각운동량은 유리수 양자화가 이루어 진다. 비압축 양자유체에 대한 파동함수와 양자유체의 결합 에너지, 기저상태 및 여기상태의 에너지에 대한 계산 결과는 분수 양자 홀 효과의 실험결과와 잘 일치함을 보인다.

        Graphite Oxides as Effective Fire Retardants of Epoxy Resin

        Graphite oxides (GOs) at various oxidation states were examined as fire retardants of epoxy resin. Excessive oxidation is detrimental to the fire retardant effect of GO because it generated a weak GO with reduced intumescent ability. GO manifested optimum fire retardant properties when it was properly oxidized due to the effective intumescence, demonstrating that intumescent GO needs to be strong enough to effectively push the epoxy resin matrix apart to cause efficient intumescence and generate a solid remnant char that acts as an efficient barrier. The fire retardant effect of GO was also reduced when a dispersion of GO in the epoxy resin was enhanced by sonication. This shows that the fine dispersion and disordering of layered structure of GO by the intercalation of epoxy molecules into the gallery of GO also reduced the intumescent ability, and the fire retardant effects of GO.

        대향 타겟 스퍼터링 방법으로 제작한 비정질 질화 탄소 박막에서의 광발광

        In this study, amorphous carbon nitride (a-C:N) thin films were deposited on glass substrates by using a facing target sputtering technique, and the effects of growth temperature were investigated. The deposition rate of the films gradually increased from 1.6 nm/min to 5 nm/min with increasing growth temperature. Emission peaks in the PL spectra of a-C:N films were found at 2.6 eV (green), 3.0 eV (blue), and 3.2 eV (UV). The blue and the UV emissions exhibited an inverse relationship with increasing growth temperature. The ratio of [N]/[C+N] increased from 11% to 15% with increasing to growth temperatures, and this implied an increase of C-N bonding in the films. As the growth temperature was increased, double-bonded nitrogen (Nd, =N-) and triple-bonded nitrogen (Nt, -N<) showed an inverse relationship, and the ratio of [Nt]/[Nd + Nt] increased from 80% to 93%. This tendency was similar to the relationship between the blue and the UV emissions according to growth temperature. Thus, the ratio of Nt and the intensity of UV emission are thought to be closely related, and these changes are thought to play a major role in determining the optoelectronic properties of the films. 본 연구에서는 대향 타겟 스퍼터링 (facing target sputtering) 방법을 사용하여 비정질 질화 탄소(a-C:N) 박막을 증착하고, 증착 온도 변화에 따른 물성을 조사하였다. 그리고 He-Cd 레이저 (파장 : 325 nm, 파워 : 4 mW) 를 여기 광원으로 이용하여 광발광 특성을 분석하였다. 온도의 증가에 따라박막의 증착율은 1.6 nm/min에서 5 nm/min으로 증가한다. 녹색 (2.6 eV), 청색 (3.0 eV), 자외선(3.2 eV) 영역에서 광발광이 관측되고, 성막 온도 증가에 따라서 청색 발광이 감소하고, 자외선 발광이증가하는 경향을 보인다. 온도의 증가에 따라 C-N 결합비를 나타내는 질소함량비 ([N]/[C+N])는 11% 에서 15%로 증가한다. 또한, 온도의 변화에 따라서 질소 삼중결합 Nt (-N<) 과 이중결합 Nd (-N=) 은 반비례 관계를 나타내며, Nt 의 결합비 ([Nt]/[Nt+Nd]) 는 80%에서 93%로 증가한다. 광발광의결과와 비교하였을 때, a-C:N 박막 내부에서의 Nt 의 비와 자외선 발광 세기는 밀접한 관계가 있다고 유추할 수 있으며, 이러한 변화가 박막의 광학적 특성과 광발광 특성에 주요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 사료된다.
