      • 濟州道 原乳의 季節別, 飼育規模別 成分 變化에 關한 硏究

        The study was conducted to analyze components of raw milk, seasonal variation and correlation between components, and to obtain fundamental data in developing the quaity of raw milk and of feeding management, surveying 3 districts by milk-collecting area and 4 groups farm size between March of 1986 to February of 1987, and the results obtained are as follows; 1. Fat and T.S. were low in spring and summer and S.N.F. was low in summer, protein and lactose showed however, no significant seasonal variation. 2. The correlations between fat and T. S.(r= + 0.599004 in spring (r=+ 0.877195 in winter) fat and S. N. F. (r=+ 0.206696 in winter, r = + 0.829499 in spring) and S. N. F. and T. S. ( r= + 0.286247 in spring, r = + 0.812476 in winter) were significant in components by season. 3. On component veriation by from size, fat component highest in the group of 6-10 head, and the larger the farm size was, the higher the fat component was, and T. S. showed the same pattern as this, lactose and protein were not signigicant by farm size. 4. Fat component was 3.73-3.83%, protein 3.17-3.23%, lactose 4.54-4.63%, S.N.F. 8.66-8.71%, and T. S. 12.41-12.56% by area, and there was no variation between areas.

      • 濟州 在來馬乳 成分에 關한 硏究

        This study was carried out to clarify the physico-chemical properties of Cheju native mares milk. The main components of the milk were analyzed. Acid casein, whey protein and skim milk were fractionated by acrylamide gel eledtrophoresis, DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. The results are as follows ; 1. The average valuse of S. P, pH and acidity of Cheju native mare's milk found positive in the 70% alcohol test 1,037, 6.8 and 0.08 respectively. 2. The precentage of total solids, SNF, fat, protein, lactose and ash was 10.15, 9.20, 0.98, 2.62, 5.96 and 0.59 respectively. 3. The distribution of casein, whey protein, NPH and protein precipitated in 12% TCA content of the milk was 1.36, 0.26, 0.08 and 2.54 respectively. 4. Acid casein was separated into three major components, s-ㆍ-and k-casein and minor components, r -, Ts . and S-casein by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Whey protein consists of 2 -major components, -Lactoglobulin and -Lactalbumin and another component presumed to be serum albumin, but no whey protein was observed. 5. The addition of 2 -mercaptoethenol on acid casein and whey protein foemed distinct bands. These indicate that k-casein and -Lactoglonbulin contain s-s bond, as in milk. 6. On Sephadex G-200 column, 2 fractions were obtained from acid casein and most of the casein was diluted in void volumn. 7 . Acid casein was fractionnated into five fractions on DEAE-cellulose column with 0.01 M < -Imidazole-Hcl buffer (pH 7.0). The major components of the identified fractions are: fraction A, k-casein ; B to C, -casein ; D to E, s-casein.

      • 골재의 입도와 SBS 개질재가 아스팔트 혼합물의 점탄성 물성 및 피로 공용성에 미치는 영향

        골재의 입도에 따른 SBS 개질 아스팔트 혼합물의 점탄성 물성 및 피로공용 특성을 소개하였다. 아스팔트 바인더와 혼합물의 열역학적 거동분석을 위해 DSR 시험과 일축인장 크립시험을 실시하였다. 골재의 입도와 SBS 개질재가 피로공용성에 미치는 영향을 평가하기 위하여 7종의 아스팔트 혼합물에 대해 일축인장 피로시험을 실시하였다. DSR 및 일축인장 크립시험결과, 골재의 입도에 관계없이 SBS 개질 아스팔트 혼합물이 일반 아스팔트 혼합물에 비해 고온에서 소성변형에 대한 저항성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. Superpave 아스팔트 바인더 규격의 피로인자 $G^*sin\delta$는 아스팔트 혼합물의 피로 공용성 평가에 사용하기에는 부적절한 것으로 사료된다. 일축인장피로시험결과, 골재의 입도(밀입도, Superpave입도, SMA입도)에 관계없이 SBS 개질 아스팔트 혼합물이 일반 혼합물에 비해 약 10배 이상 피로수명이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 장기노화후의 경우에 있어서도 SBS 개질 혼합물의 피로수명이 일반 혼합물에 비해 높게 나타났다. 골재의 입도변화는 SBS 개질재에 비해 피로공용성에 미치는 영향이 적었다. SMA 혼합물에 첨가한 셀룰로오스 섬유는 혼합물의 점탄성 물성이나 피로공용성에 미치는 영향이 미미하였으나, Draindown을 방지하는 데는 효과적이었다. SMA 입도에 SBS 개질아스팔트를 사용할지라도 Draindown 방지를 위해서는 셀룰로오스 섬유를 첨가할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다. This paper presents the characteristics of viscoelastic properties and fatigue performance of SBS modified asphalt mixtures depending on the aggregate gradation. Dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and uniaxial tensile creep tests are performed to analyze the thermomechanical behavior of asphalt binders and mixtures, respectively. Uniaxial tensile fatigue tests for seven different asphalt mixtures are conducted to evaluate the effects of aggregate gradations and SBS modifier on the fatigue performance of the mixtures. DSR and uniaxial tensile creep tests results show that the SBS modified asphalt mixtures have better rutting resistance than the unmodified mixtures at high temperatures regardless of the aggregate gradations used. Fatigue factor $G^*sin\delta$ in Superpave binder specification may not be adequate for evaluating the fatigue Performance of asphalt mixtures. It is observed from uniaxial tensile fatigue tests that SBS modified asphalt mixtures compared to unmodified mixtures have ten times longer fatigue lives regardless of the aggregate gradations(dense, SMA, and Superpave gradations) used in the mixtures. The better fatigue performance of the SBS modified mixtures is observed even after long-term aging process. The effect of aggregate gradations on the fatigue performance is not as significant as the SBS modifier. The cellulose fiber added in the SMA mixture has negligible effects on the viscoelastic Properties and fatigue performance of the mixture, but is effective in reducing draindown. Although the SBS modified asphalt binder is used, it may be necessary to add the cellulose fiber into the SMA mixture to prevent the draindown.

      • Chelate樹脂를 利用한 Casein micelle의 硏究

        Effect of chelationg resin on calcium removal of casein micelle sedimented from raw milk was studied. Eletron microscopic observation, ultracentrifugation and PAG(polyacrylamide gel)elec- trophoretic technique were employed for the analysis. The results obtained are summarized as follows: 1. Amount of soluble casein released from the micelle was much greater in the EDTA(Ethyl- ene diamine tetraacetic acid)treatment than the chelating resin reated. 2. The electron microscopic study showed that smaller particle size of casein micelle was obse- rved when the casein micelle treated with EDTA 3. PAG electrophoretic results indicated that the major constituents of soluble casein were ?- casein and d?-casein in both EDTA and chelating resin treatment. 4. No calcium level change in the supernatants was found, unless the removal of 50% of total calcum from micelle in chelating in chelating resin treatment.

        전침(電鍼)이 amyloid-β에 의한 구심성 체감각 신경정보전달 변화에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study is to investigate the effect of electro-acupuncture ST36 on altered transmission of afferent somatosensory information caused by amyloid-${\beta}$(A-${\beta}$) that caused Alzheimer's disease. Methods : The effects of topical application of A-${\beta}$, A-${\beta}$ with ST36, aggregated A-${\beta}$(aA-${\beta}$), aA-${\beta}$ with ST36 and ST36 on the afferent sensory transmission to the neurons in the primary somatosensory(SI) cortex was observed in anesthetized rats. Quantitative determination of the effects of A-${\beta}$, A-${\beta}$ with ST36, aA-${\beta}$, aA-${\beta}$ with ST36 and ST36 was made by generating poststimulus time histogram of evoked response of individual cortical neuron by electrical stimulation of the receptive located in peripheral area(forepaw) Results : The results obtained in present study were summerized as follow : 1. Application of physiological concentrative 0.5 nM A-${\beta}$ caused afferent sensory transmission of SI cortex facilitated. 0.5 nM A-${\beta}$ with ST36 exerted much stronger effects than 0.5 nM A-${\beta}$ alone. 2. Application of $10{\mu}M$ A-${\beta}$ caused afferent sensory transmission of SI cortex unchangeable. But $10{\mu}M$ A-${\beta}$ with ST36 is facilitated at 30 min of post-drug period 3. Application of $10{\mu}M$ aA-${\beta}$ caused afferent sensory transmission of SI cortex diminished. $10{\mu}M$ aA-${\beta}$ with ST36 is diminished after 15min of post-drug period but is facilitated after 75min.
