        화자인식을 위한 음성 요소들의 성능분석 및 새로운 판단 논리

        본 논문에서는 화자인식 시스템의 인식율 향상을 도모하기 위하여 요소의 선택 및 판단 논리의 문제를 고찰하였다. 또한 화자인식 실험을 수행하는 과정에서 기준패턴의 작성이 인식율에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 아울러 검토해 보았다. LPC, PARCOR 계수, LPC-cepstrum 계수등을 인식 요소로 사용하여 화자확인 오차율을 측정한 결과, 기준 패턴의 작성방법에 관계 없이 LPC-cepstrum계수의 성능이 LPC나 PARCOR 계수의 성능에 비해 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 또 화자인식율을 향상시키기 위하여 일반화된 거리 개념을 도입한 새로운 판단 논리를 제안하였다. 제안된 판단 논리는 기준화자 및 외부화자의 통계적 성질을 동시에 고려하여 각 요소들에 서로 다른 가중치를 둔다는 점이 기존의 방법들에 비해 다르다. 화자적인 실험결과 제안된 판단 논리를 적용한 경우가 기존의 방법들에 비해서 인식율이 향상된 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. This paper discusses how to choose speech parameters and decision logics to improve the performance of speaker recognition systems. It also considers the influence of the reference patterns on the speaker recognition. It is observed from the performance analysis based on LPSs, PARCOR coefficients and LPC-cepstrum coefficients that LPC-cepstrum coefficients are superior to the others in speaker recognition without regard to the reference patterns. In order to improve the recognition performance, a new decision logic is proposed based on a generalized-distance concept. It differs from the existing methods in that it considers the statistics of customer and impostors at the same time. It turns out from a speaker verification test that the proposed decision logic ferforms better than the existing ones.

        움직이는 스핀입자를 이용한 양자얽힘 생성 방법

        The generation of entanglement is a very important subject in the quantum computer. Here we suggest the method that generates entanglement between two spin-1/2 particles by using the third moving spin-1/2 particle. We use the $F\"{o}rster$ interaction and the exchange interaction to make the entangled state. 양자얽힘 상태를 만들어내는 것은 매우 중요하다. 근거리에 있는 두 계를 양자얽힘 상태로 만드는 것은 그리 어렵지 않으나 직접 상호작용이 불가능 할 정도로 멀리 떨어져서 고정되어 있는 계들을 양자적으로 얽히게 하는 것은 어려운 문제 중의 하나다. 본 논문에서는 먼 거리에 떨어져있는 스핀-1/2입자들 사이에 양자얽힘 상태를 직접적인 상호작용이 아니라 제 삼의 스핀-l/2를 이용하여 생성할 수 있다는 것을 보였다. 상호작용으로는 $F\"{o}rster$ 상호작용과 스핀-스핀 교환 상호작용을 사용하였다.

        정부기관 웹 기록물관리 정책에 관한 연구

        전자정부의 추진과 함께 정부기관의 많은 업무들이 웹을 기반으로 하여 이루어지고 웹에서 이용되며 웹을 떠나서는 그 형태가 유지될 수 없는 막대한 양의 기록물이 생산되기에 이르렀다. 하지만 정부기관의 웹 기록물은 국가적 전략자원이자, 기록문화유산으로서 중요한 가치를 지니고 있음에도 불구하고, 실질적 관리가 이루어지고 있지 않은 것이 현실이다. 이에 본 연구는 웹 기록물관리 정책의 필요성을 논하고, 정부기관에서 생산 이용하고 있는 웹 기록 정보 관리정책의 문제점을 살펴본다. 이를 위해, 영국 TNA와 미국의 NARA를 중심으로 한 해외사례와 함께 우리나라 국가기록원과 대통령기록관의 웹 기록물 이관사례를 살펴보고, 이를 다면적으로 상호 비교 분석하여 시사점을 도출한다. 이를 토대로, 결론에 갈음하여, 법, 제도, 기술 등의 측면에 대한 웹 기록물관리정책의 개선방안을 제시한다.

        접촉피로 파라미터의 개발

        In this study, new multi-axial, critical plane based, fretting fatigue crack initiation parameter is developed by the addition of a new term into the Modified Shear Stress Range(MSSR) parameter. The newly developed parameter (MSSR') is then used to evaluate fretting fatigue life of titanium alloy, Ti-6A1-4V with various contact conditions. Finite element analysis is also used in order to obtain stress distribution on the contact surface during fretting fatigue test, which is then used for the calculation of fretting fatigue parameter. The MSSR' parameter shows better performance in predicting fretting fatigue lives from the conventional fatigue data, and less scattering within fretting fatigue data with different contact geometries.

      • 체표온도특성(體表溫度特性)과 맥율(脈率)의 상관성(相關性) 연구(硏究)

        Background : For standardizing of Han-Yeol[寒熱], which is a kind of diagnosis method in oriental medicine, it is necessary to investigate into relationship of symptoms and signs representative of Han-Yeol[寒熱]to the biofunctional medical signals; thermal temperature by Thermography, Pulse-Respiration Ratio and so on. By correlation analysis of these data items acquired from patients, it could be provides the fundamental data for standardizing of Han-Yeol[寒熱]. Objectives : We performed this study to check the characteristics of thermal temperature with Han-Yeol[寒熱]statue by pulse-respiration ratio. Methods : We selected nine regions around acupoints including Yin dang[印堂], Sugu[水溝, GV26], Ch`ondol[天突, CV22], Chonjung[?中, CV17], Chung-wan[中脘, CV12], Ch`onch`u[天樞, S25], No-gung[勞宮, P8], and calculated based on the utility of R.O.I.(Region of Integer) by IR-2000 these points temperature from 68 subjects. In practicing pulse-respiration ratio over 4.0 means the statues of Yeol[熱], pulse-respiration ratio below 4.0 means the statues of Han[寒]. To optimum conditions thermal temperature, which are not effected by internal and external variables, we studied preceding research. The results shows that optimal time period is 20minutes after undressed and the optimal region is the region around acupoints including Sugu[水溝, GV26]. Based on a preceding research results, we analyzed these data by Paired T-test between GV26 Region and 8-Thermography Regions and two-way repeated ANOVA with thermography(ΔT) and Han-Yeol[寒熱] statue by pulse-respiration ratio. Results : 1. In applying of two-way repeated ANOVA with thermography(ΔT) and Han-Yeol[寒熱]statue by pulse-respiration ratio, Sugu[水溝穴,GV26]-[印堂穴,HN1], Sugu[水溝, GV26]- Chonjung[?中, CV17], Sugu[水溝, GV26]-Chung-wan[中脘, CV12]had significant differences. 2. In applying of Paired T-test between Sugu[水溝穴,GV26] Region and 8-Thermography Regions, there were significant differences except of Sugu[水溝穴,GV26]-Ch`ondol[天突, CV22]. 3. In the difference of Sugu[水溝, GV26]-Chung-wan[中脘, CV12], thermal temperature increases a lot in the statues of Yeol[熱], thermal temperature decreases a lot in the statues of Han[寒]. Conclusions : On the analysis of Thermography, we obtain the measurement conditions were considered the individual variations. And it is different that the thermal temperature change on Thermography according to Han-Yeol [寒熱]statue by pulse-respiration ratio.

      • 의사결정나무법을 이용한 병인(病因)분류에 관한 연구

        Background : In spite of the predominant of the theory of Pathogenesis, the method of Pathogenesis classification is depending on the doctor`s clinical trials because od the lack of the objective test criteria. Methods and Results : This study is trying to improve the objectiveness of classification using a new statistical method, decision tree. Decision tree method -a classification technique in the statistical analysis- was used to analyze the result of pathogenesis questionnaire instead of using discriminant analysis. As a result, 10 among 38 pathogenesis questionnaire was selected as important questions and 12 terminal nodes was built to classify the pathogenesis. Conclusions : Using only 10 questions shown in the result of decision tree, we can classify and interpret the pathogenesis easily and effectively.

        Background: Neurofeedback is an electroencephalographic biofeedback technique for training individuals to alter their brain activity via operant conditioning. Also neurofeedback is a form of behavioural training aimed at developing skills for brain activity. Within the past decade, several neurofeedback studies have been published that tend to overcome the methodological shortcomings of earlier studies. This research describes the methodical basis of neurofeedback and reviews the evidence base for its clinical efficacy and effectiveness in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Methods: In neurofeedback training, self-regulation of specific aspects of electrical brain activity is acquired by means of immediate feedback and positive reinforcement. In frequency training, activity in different EEG frequency bands has to be decreased or increased. Slow cortical potentials (SCPs) training is focused on the regulation of cortical excitability. Results: Neurofeedback studies revealed training-specific effects on, for example, attention and memory processes and performance improvements in real-life conditions, in healthy subjects as well as in patients. In several studies it was shown that ADHD symptomatology was reduced after frequency training or SCP(Slow cortical potentials) training. Moreover a decrease of impulsivity errors and an increase of the contingent negative variation. Conclusions: This research provides evidence for both positive behavioural and specific neurophysiological effects of neurofeedback training. Also there is growing evidence for neurofeedback as a valuable module in neuropsychiatric disorders. Further, controlled studies are warranted.

      • Thermography의 분석방법에 관한 기초연구

        Background: The basic concept of thermographic interpretation is the thermologic equality of both side in normal person. But both sides diseases were limited diagnostic values by thermographic interpretation, and this interpretation does not apply to the case in thermal temperature of each part of body. Nevertheless, the measurement conditions are not standardized. So, for its clinical applications are extended, we think that the measurement conditions are considered the individual variations. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the optimum conditions thermal temperature of the time period and region are not effected by internal and external variables. Methods: After the subjects took off their clothes, the filming were repeatedly five times made on duration of 5minutes during 20minutes. We selected nine regions around acupoints including Yin dang[印堂, HN1], Sugu[水溝, GV26], Ch`ondol[天突, CV22]. Chonjung[?中, CV17], Chung-wan[中脘, CV12], Ch`onch`u[天樞, S25], Mo-gung[勞宮, P8], and calculated based on the utility of R.O.I.(Region of Integer) in our system these points temperature. We measured the optimal time period and region that has little variation of thermal temperature. Results: The results shows that the optimal time period is 20minutes after undressed, and the optimal region is the region around acupoints including Sugu[水溝, GV26]. Conclusions: we obtained the measurement conditions were considered the individual variations. And also, this study offers basic sources for that the measurement conditions would be standardized. Furthermore, based on this results, we expect that clinical applications using thermography would be extended.

        스핀계에서 양자얽힘 이동

        We suggest a procedure entangling two spin-1/2 particles at distant positions such that they cannot be directly entangled via local interaction. An already entangled pair is used to transfer the entanglement to another pair of particles by way of interaction. This scheme of nonlocal generation of entanglement can be used in the construction of a two-qubit universal gate.
