본 논문에서는 저전압 아날로그 전류모드 능동필터의 기본블럭으로 응용될 수 있는 새로운 구조의 연속시간 전류모드 완전차동 적분기를 제안하였다. 제안된 적분기는 저전압 3V 공급 전압에서 CMOS 상보형 회로의 바이어스 역활과 전류미러로 동작하는 PMOS 트렌지스터에서 증가된 gm 값을 얻어 패역폭을 증가시키며, 완전차동 구조를 이용하여 위상추이를 방생시키는 비우수 극점을 제거한 전류모드 적분기이다. 제안된 적분기 시뮬레이션 결과 기존의 연속시간 전류모드 완전차동 적분기보다 단위이득 주파수가 1.4배가 증가된 92.2MHz의 주파수 특성을 나타냈으며, 이를 이용한 전류모드 3차 저역통과 능동필터는 기존의 저역통과 능동필터의 3dB 주파수 68MHz 보다 확장된 90MHz의 3dB 주파수의 6mW/pole의 소비전력 특성을 나타내었다. In this paper, a new contiunous-time current-mode fully-differential integrator as a basic building block of the low-voltage analog current-mode active filters is proposed. The proposed integrator expands bandwidth by obtaining transconductance that was increased in PMOS transistor which acts as a current mirror and as a bias of CMOS complementary circuit in lower supply voltage 3V. And it eliminates non-dominant pole, which generates phase shift, by using fully-differential schematic. As result of simulating proposed integrator, unity gain frequency was expanded to 92.2MHz by 1.4 times larger than the unity gain frequency of conventional continuous-time current-mode fully-differential integrator. And also a current-mode third-order lowpass active filter using the proposed current-mode integrator was expanded to 3dB frequency of 90MHz larger than 3dB frequency of 68MHz of conventional lowpass active filter, and dissipation power was 6mW/pole.
개선된 트랜스 컨덕턴스를 이용한 CMOS DDA 및 응용 회로 구현

본 논문에서는 대신호 처리 능력을 갖는 전압-전류 변환기를 이용하여 넓은 입력 범위를 갖는 CMOS DDA를 설계한다. 설계된 DDA는 연속시간 아날로그 신호처리 시스템에서 기본 블록을 이루며 DDA 응용 회로 구현시 큰 입력임피던스, 적은 수의 외부소자 및 매칭이 필요없는 가산기/감산기, 체배기 및 적분기를 구현할 수 있다. DDA 응용회로를 2㎛ CMOS 공정 파라미터를 적용하여 시뮬레이션 한 결과 본 논문에서 제안한 DDA를 이용한 회로가 op amp를 이용한 것보다 우수함이 입증되었다. This paper presents a CMOS implementation of a wide input range differential difference amplifier (DDA) using a V-I converter with large signal handling capability. It introduces the wide range DDA as a basic building block for continuous time analog signal processing systems. The paper shows that it is generally possible to develop DDA-based analog circuits such as an adder/subtracter, doubler and differential intergrator with almost infinite input impedance, low component count and without matching requirement of component external to the DDA. Also the differential integrator is designed by using the CMOS DDA. We simulated the DDA application circuits by using the MOSIS 2㎛ CMOS process parameter. As a result of the simulation, All proposed circuits and design techniques are verified that DDA-based circuits offer a competitive design choice to op amp based circuits.

The purpose of this study is to grasp how extracurricular gym programs are managed in schools for the visually impaired and how satisfied students are with the programs. These are the results of the surveys conducted to students from schools for the visually impaired nationwide. First, an average level of satisfaction was shown on the diversity of a gym program, students’ flexibility in a program, and their families’ interest. What was above an average level about each program was students’ satisfaction with its efficiency on health promotion, good use of school facilities, adequacy of program design, ability of instructors, and access to various programs. Also, students, their parents, and teachers’ opinions were considered and reflected on what contents would be adequate for gym programs. Regarding motivations to join such a gym program, the majority of students answered saying “I wanted to do so,” as opposed to students who did not join a program by saying “It did not seem interesting.” With regard to satisfaction with a given program, there was a meaningful difference between blind students and students with low vision. In terms of families’ interest in a program, a meaningful difference was indicated between students with congenital blindness and those with acquired blindness. Second, with the purpose of such gym activities, the level of satisfaction was shown above average. Meaningful differences were indicated in such sections as developing students’ aptitudes, overcoming disabilities, and forming will for rehabilitation. Also, a level higher than average was indicated in terms of making good use of pastime, reflecting a teacher’s opinion in program design, and cutting expenses of extracurricular programs. 본 연구의 목적은 시각장애학교 중등학생의 방과 후 체육활동과 관련된 만족도와 운영에 대한 것을 알아보는데 있다. 연구 대상은 전국 12개 시각장애학교에 재학 중인 82명을 대상으로 하였고, 연구 방법으로는 시각장애학생의 방과 후 체육활동 만족도 조사에 사용된(김경흠, 2002; 진순경, 2007; 이경림, 2011) 설문지를 수정 보완하여 사용하였다. 자료 처리는 일반적 특성을 알아보기 위해 빈도분석을 하였고, 방과 후 만족도 조사를 알아보기 위해서는 t-test 분석으로 변인별 차이를 검증하였다. 또한 선다형 문항인 경우 검증을 하였다. 이 연구의 결과에서 밝히고자 운영 실태와 관련된 만족도, 체육활동 교육 목적에 관한 만족도, 효율적인 운영 방안에 대한 의견 및 만족도에 관해 논의 하였다.
