흡차음재의 타공판 변화에 따른 투과손실 예측에 관한 연구

This study investigated the noise reduction effect according to the structure of the sound-absorption and insulating materials in order to maximize the noise reduction effect in various noise environments. For this purpose, the transmission loss according to the change in hole size of the performated plate in sound-absorption and insulating board was predicted using an CAE model. The sound-absorption and insulating board was modeled and the computation of the transmission loss was performed after applying the physical properties and boundary conditions. The pure sounds of 32Hz to 4,000Hz were generated, and the analysis was performed by changing the diameter and pitch of the perforated plate. It was confirmed that the influence of the diameter and pitch of the perforated plate is closely related to the structure that make up the sound-absorption and insulating material. In order to effectively reduce the variously changing noises, it is believed that a method of improving transmission loss for each frequency band of interest is needed by changing the structure of the sound-absorption and insulating material so that the diameter and pitch of the perforated plate can be changed.

자동차 산업의 발전함에 따라 자동차 승차감 향상이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 자동차의 승차감을 향상시키기 위하여 정상주행중인 자동차의 진동에 대하여 활발하게 연구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 자동차가 돌기를 통과할 때의 자동차 타이어의 진동특성을 분석하기 위하여 7자 유도계로 가정한 해석모델을 구성하였다. 개발된 타이어에 대한 모델은 수치해석과 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 수치해석을 통하여 타이어 트레드 고무, 트레드일, 에이펙스 등과 같은 타이어 설계인자에 대한 영향을 파악하였다. 본 연구결과로부터 타이어와 휠의 진동량을 저감시킬 수 있는 타이어 설계인자를 제시하였다. As the technique of automobile industry is being advanced, the advancement of vehicle ride is being required. In order to achieve this purpose, the study on the vibration which are produced by moving vehicle is carried out actively. In order to analysis, the tire vibration characteristics for passing over a cleat, the tire is modeled with 7-DOFs (degree of freedom). The model is verified against simulations and experiments. The effects of proposed tire design parameters such as the tire tread rubber, tread ring, apex are considered. According to the results of analysis, the tire design parameters that can reduce the tire and wheel vibration quantity are conducted.

The effects of compositional variation, rotation speel and pulling rate on the growth of optical quality Bi120e02(1 crystals were examined. It was found to flatten the shape of crystal-melt interface for yowing a single crystals less than about 30mm in diameter at the rotation speed of 50rpm. Diameter of crystals with flat interface was increased as the pulling rate. The precipitation of Bi40e3012 phase set limits to pulling rate of BGO crystals. Precipitate-free BGO crystals were grown under pulling rate of 2mm l hr which released the stress resulted from too hi어 Pulling rate, and from 6. IBi203·GeO2 batch composition obtained by addition of 0.1 mole Bi203 into Bi-deficient melts to fill up the deficiency resulted from gradual volatilization of Bi2O). The pale-yellow colored crystals had good quality in that dislocation density was less than 103pits/cm, and it also exhibited transmittance of 70% and optical activity of 23°/mm. and SAW velosity was measured 1700m/sec on 111 cut 110 propagating BGO crystals. The SAW filter with electrode thickness of 9.8um was fabricated by using the electron beam and dry etching technique, it makes Bi12GeO20 devices intersting for color TV IF with half device size.
