过去10年间,韩流引起了中国甚至整个亞洲的注目,韩国的音乐,饮食,服装,甚至韩国的美容等文化影响了广大中国青少年的价值取向,在中国的诸多电视台,韩国电视剧的收视率曾一时居高不下。与此相比,韩国电影在中国的状况却不尽如意,远远不及欧美电影的影响。另一方面,近年来,随着中国文化产业的迅速发展,中国的对内对外电影政策亦在随之变化。为了寻找韩国电影在中国市场的出路,有必要了解韩国电影本身的特点以及其在中国市场上的位置,同时,几乎在各个方面都发生着聚变的当今中国,对其对外电影政策的变化趋势以及内在背景的把握变得十分迫切。 本文着重阐述了2004到2009年间中国的对外电影政策变化,分析了现阶段中国电影政策的特征。概括了韩国电影在中国市场上的现状,并通过透析其间韩国电影在中国的成败案例,试图找出其成败原因。进一步分析了中国电影政策的变化对韩国电影的影响,针对中国电影政策的变化,试图探索韩国电影在中国新的出路和方向。

Effects of steady-state clarithromycin on the pharmacokinetics of zolpidem in healthy subjects

Zolpidem is extensively metabolized byCYP3A4, CYP2C9 and CYP1A2. Previous studies demonstratedthat pharmacokinetics of zolpidem was affected byCYP inhibitors, but not by short-term treatment of clarithromycin. The objective of this study was to investigate theeffects of steady-state clarithromycin on the pharmacokineticsof zolpidem in healthy subjects. In the control phase,33 subjects received a single dose of zolpidem (5 mg). One week later, in the clarithromycin phase, the subjectsreceived clarithromycin (500 mg) twice daily for 5 daysto reach steady state concentrations, followed by zolpidem(5 mg) and clarithromycin (500 mg). In each phase,plasma concentrations of zolpidem were evaluated up to 12 hafter drug administration by using liquid chromatographytandemmass spectrometry method. In the clarithromycinphase, mean total area under the curve of zolpidem (AUCinf) was 1.62-fold higher and the time to reach peak plasmaconcentration of zolpidem (tmax) was prolonged by 1.95-fold compared to the control phase. In addition, eliminationhalf-life (t1/2) of zolpidem was 1.40-fold longer duringco-administration with clarithromycin and its apparentoral clearance (CL/F) was 36.2% lower with clarithromycinadministration. The experimental data demonstrate the significant pharmacokinetic interaction between zolpidemand clarithromycin at steady-state.

In this study, three signal control strategies such as Bike box, Hook-turn, and 6-phase were assessed for various traffic conditions at signalized intersections incorporating bicycle left-turn traffic. Results showed that the size of a waiting zone mainly affected the performance of signal control in both Bike box and Hook-turn. Both Bike box and Hook-turn yielded an identical vehicle delay, but Bike box produced less bicycle delay than Hook-turn by 2.5~29.9 sec/veh for undersaturated traffic conditions. For saturated traffic condition, Bike box produced less vehicle delay than Hook-turn and 6-phase strategies, but bicycle delay was found to increase at the 700 vph of bicycle traffic compared to 6-phase. Bicycle delay was greatly increased under Hook-turn and Bike box strategies when bicycle traffic was greater than 300 vph and 500 vph, respectively. It was also shown that bicycle delay could be significantly reduced by providing appropriate size of queueing space. In addition, Bike box was likely to yield less vehicle and bicycle delay than Hook-turn for traffic volume patterns investigated in this study. 본 연구는 자전거 좌회전 교통류를 수용한 신호교차로 운영방안으로 Bike Box, Hook-turn, 그리고 6현시의 3가지 방식을 다양한 교통상황 및 조건하에서 평가하였다. 분석결과, Bike Box방식과 Hook-turn 방식 모두 대기공간의 크기가 신호운영 결과에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 비포화와 근포화 교통상황에서 Hook-turn과 Bike Box방식은 자동차지체 차이는 거의 없으나 자전거 지체는 Hook-turn이 Bike Box 방식에 비해 2.5-29.9초/대 높게 나타났다. 6현시 방식은 Bike Box 방식에 비해 자동차와 자전거 지체가 모두 매우 크게 나타났다. 포화 교통상황에서는 Bike Box방식이 Hook-turn과 6현시 운영에 비해 자동차지체는 작게 나타났으나, 자전거지체는 자전거 교통량이 700대/시에서 6현시 방식보다 오히려 증가하였다. 자전거지체는 Hook-turn방식은 자전거교통량이 300대/시 이후, Bike Box방식은 500대/시 이후부터 지체가 급격하게 증가하였다. 그리고 Bike Box와 Hook-turn 방식 모두 대기공간이 증가시 자전거 지체가 매우 큰 폭으로 감소하였다. 또한 동-서 및 북-서 교통량 패턴 모두 Bike Box가 Hook-turn 방식보다 자동차와 자전거 지체가 작게 나타났다.

보호소년등에 대한 징계 처우의 인권친화적 개선방안 연구

이 연구의 목적은 보호소년법과 동법 시행령 및 시행규칙 등 관련 법령을 검토하여 소년원에서 생활하는 보호소년에 대한 처우를 인권친화적으로 개정할 수 있는 방안을 찾는 것이다. 어느 때보다 보호소년에 대한 강력한 처벌을 요구하는 여론이 있는 시점이지만 오히려 보호소년을 범법행위자로 간주하는 응보주의적 관점에서 벗어나, 아직 정신적으로 신체적으로 미성숙한 청소년으로 바라보는 관점이 필요하다. 보호소년은 적절한 교육과 환경조정을 통해 건전한 민주시민으로 성장할 수 있도록 지원해야 할 우리 사회의 구성원이기 때문이다. 이를 위해서 보호소년법의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다. 보호소년법에 따르면, 보호소년에 대한 처우를 할 때 인권보호를 가장 우선으로 고려해야 하고 전인적 성장을 위해 처분은 신중히 고려되어야 한다. 징계권을 소년원장이 아닌 제 3의 중립적 기관이나 기구를 구성하여 공정성을 확보할 것을 제시하였다. 징계 사항에 있어서 학생이 문서의 작성을 원하지 않은데 강제적으로 사과문을 작성토록 하는 것은 양심의 자유를 침해할 소지가 있기 때문에 서면사과를 징계항목에서 삭제할 필요성 등을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 보호소년이 건전한 민주시민으로 성장할 수 있도록 민주주주의 질서와 가치를 체험할 수 있도록 소년원 내 보호소년들의 자치기구를 구성⋅활성화하고 동아리 활동 등 자치활동에 필요한 공간, 시간, 예산에 따르는 지원을 할 수 있도록 이의 법률적 보장의 필요성을 제시하였다.

The police is a national institution that plays a role in ensuring the life, property, and safety of citizens based on the general power of the state. Therefore, the people's policy demand for laws and systems that can carry out strong police activities against retaliatory crimes continues to increase. Currently, the police are implementing the “Comprehensive Measures to Prevent Retaliation Crimes,” which includes security maintenance and personal safety measures for information such as the personal details, contact details, and address of victims, including informants. However, on September 16, 2022, a victim who reported crimes such as stalking and illegal filming in the women's bathroom of Sindang Station in downtown Seoul was killed by a weapon wielded by the perpetrator. Accordingly, many citizens are complaining of fear and concern about retaliation crimes. In response to past retaliatory crimes, various police measures against retaliatory crimes are being implemented, but retaliatory crimes continue to increase. Accordingly, legal and institutional support necessary for police activities to protect victims of retaliation crimes must be created. Therefore, this study analyzes the police's response to retaliation crimes, including cases of failure to take personal safety measures and draw out the problems of current police activities. Accordingly, the current police crime victim protection system is intended to suggest an improvement plan that can thoroughly protect the safety of victims from retaliation crimes.
