Diethyl phthalate의 오존산화처리에 관한 연구

Ozonation of diethyl phthalate(DEP), which is known to act as an endocrine disrupting chemicals(EDCs), was studied. Ozonation performed by using a pilot scale countercurrent bubble column reactor and treatment systems were combined with O3, Al2O3 addition. As the oxidation reaction proceeded in treatment system, each parameters were improved in combined system than single O3 system. Due to its high OH radical productivity, O3/Al2O3 system was the most efficient for DEP degradation. The pseudo first-order rate constants(kCOD, kTOC) and activation parameters were calculated based on COD and TOC values. In the O3/Al2O3 system, kCOD and kTOC values were 0.83×10-4 sec-1, 0.42 ×10-4 sec-1, and Ea values were 10.6 kJ·mol-1, 11.7 kJ·mol-1.
