직립원통형 액체저장탱크가 지진하중을 받을 때, 벽면 유연성이 벽면에 작용하는 유동압력에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 탱크 구조물은 환(ring)형 유한요소를 사용하여 이상화하였으며, 유동에 대한 해는 Laplace 방정식을 이용하여 구하였다. 쉘-유체계의 운동방정식은 자유표면거동과 벽면유연성의 상관효과까지 포함하여 구성하였으며, 이에 따른 쉘 거동과 자유표면거동에 대한 자유진동모우드를 해석하는 방법이 개발되었다. 예제해석으로는, 구조적 특성이 다른 몇개의 저장탱크에 대해, 응답스펙트럼 해석법과 시간영역 해석법을 사용하여 동적응답을 구하였고, 그 결과들을 비교 분석하였다. In this paper the liquid sloshing effects in vertical storage tanks under earthquake loadings are studied. The study focuses on the investigation of the effect of the flexibility of the tank wall on the hydrodynamic forces exerted on it. The tank structure is modelled using finite elements. The motion of the liquid is expressed by the Laplace equation. The equation of motion of the fluid shell system is formulated including the coupling effect between the shell motion and the sloshing motion. A procedure is developed to obtain the natural frequencies and the mode shapes of the sloshing motion as well as the shell vibration. Dynamic analyses have been carried out for several tanks with different dynamic characteristics utilizing the time history method as well as the response spectra method.
저췌(猪膵)를 가미한 세당환변방(世糖丸變方)이 Streptozotocin으로 유발된 흰쥐의 실험적 당뇨에 미치는 영향

Objectives We performed this study in order to investigate the effects of Sedang-Hwan(世糖丸) and modified Sedang-Hwan(世糖丸變方)on the diabetes mellitus. Methods We injected a vein with 65mg/kg of streptozotocin(STZ) on the rats. And then administered Sedang-Hwan(Sample 1 group); 18.7mg/kg/day, modified Sedang-Hwan; 16.5mg/kg/day(Sample 2 group) to Sample groups and observed the body weight, glucose and insulin levels. Results 1. The Sample 1, 2 groups showed a high suppressive effect of body weight loss compared to Control group. 2. The Sample 1, 2 groups’ glucose level showed a effective in lowering level compared to Control group. 3. The sample 1, 2 groups showed a higher insulin level than Control group. Conclusions Conclusively, modified Sedang-hwan was recognized to have decrease effect of serum glucose of the diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin. It is also required to study on the further detailed mechanism of decrease effect of serum glucose by modified Sedang-hwan.

Between 1976 and 1984 approximately 26.7 tons of Chinese coins were recovered from a shipwreck which was found at the seabed of the Shin an area in the south-western coast of the Korean peninsula. Elements, Cu, Pb, Sn, Fe, Sb, As, Zn, Ag, Ni, Co and Mn, of 54 pieces of the coins were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy(ICP-AIS). The result shows that Ch, Pb, and Sn were found to be major elements roughly the coins with the ratio of 7 : 2 : 1, respectively. Trace elements were classified into 3 levels according to the avarage concentration : Fe,As and Sb(0.1-0.5%), Ag, Mi, Co and Zn(100-1000ppm) and Mn(10ppm). Some systematic tendencies are observed in the composition change with a function of their minting ages .The Wuzhu coins(오수전) from the Eastern Han dynasty(A.D.25-219 )are much more abundant in Cu than the coins of Tang dynasty(A.D.618-907) and later periods. Major element compositions of the Kai -tong Vuan-Bao(개통원보) coins from the Tang dynasty, were remarkably variable. In general, however, the Tang dynasty coins were much more abundant in Cu than the Song dynasty(A.S.S60-1279) coins. The amount of major elements Cu and Sn decreases while that of Pb in creasesby passage of age from the Bei Song dynasty(A.D.960-1127) to later Nam Song dynasty (A.D.1127-1279 ). It means that the quality of coins mere degraded. The amounts of trace elemends(Fe, As, Co, Hn) increases with the above age. High amounts of trace elements are supposed to be a reflection of immaturity of minting techniques or use of impurity-rich raw materials. The Jin dynasty(A.D.1125-1234) coins are found to be rich in Sn and thus contain Pb as the third component. It is quite different from the coins of the Song dynasty. The Zhi-dai Tong-Bao(지대통보) coins of the Yuan dynasty from A.0.1310 are much more abundant in Cu and Sn than those of the Nam Song dynasty .
도인(桃仁)이 Endotoxin을 투여한 흰쥐의 혈액에 미치는 영향(影響)

This study was performed to investigate the effects of ${\ulcorner}Persicae\;Semen{\lrcorner}(PS)$ on the blood injected by Endotoxin in rats. The blood was induced by Endotoxin injection into the caudal vein of rats and PS group taken a measurement of RBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet, WBC, ESR, CRP. The results were obtained as follows: 1. RBC, Hb, Hct, Platelet, WBC were increased with statistical significance at PS group as compared with those of the control group. 2. ESR, CRP were decreased with statistical significance at PS group as compared with those of the control group. It is concluded that PS group has significant effects on the blood injected by Endotoxin in rats. Therefore, PS group seems to be applicable to the diseases related to Endotoxin in clinics.

Atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used for analyzing each 10elements(Cu, Pb, Sn, Zn, Sb, Fe, Ni, Ag, Co and Mn)on 64 Chinese coinsre covered from Shinan seabed sunken ship. The results show that Cu, Pb and Sn were found to be a major elements consisting of coins and its composition ratio was 6 to 2 to 1.The composition of trace elements on coins was classified 3 levels : Sb, Fe and Zn(0.02%-2.2%), Ag, Ni, and Co(50 ppm-5500 ppm) and Mn(Trace). Theam ount of major elements, Cu and Sn were decreased while increased in Pbby the passage of ages (10th - 13th century) in China. There seems to be no systematic compositional change in major elements but content in trace elements was confirmed to increase with age.
