합동과 대칭의 지도를 위한 융합 프로그램 개발 및 적용

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply a Convergence program for teaching of congruence and symmetry and to investigate the effects of the mathematical creativity and convergence talent. For these purposes, research questions were set up as follows: 1. How is a Convergence program for teaching of congruence and symmetry developed? 2. How does a Convergence program affect the mathematics creativity and convergence talent of fifth grade student in elementary school? The subjects in this study were 16 students in fifth-grade class in elementary school located in Songpa-gu, Seoul. A Convergence program was developed using the integrated unit design process chose the concept of congruence and symmetry as its topic. The developed program consisted of a total 12 class activities plan, lesson plans for 5 activities. Mathematics creativity test, a test on affective domain related with convergence talent measurement were carried out before and after the application of the developed program so as to analyze the its effects. In addition, students' satisfaction for the developed program was investigated by a questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows: First, A convergence program should be developed using the integrated unit design process to avoid focusing on the content of any one subject area. The program for teaching of congruence and symmetry should be considered students' learning style and their preferences for media. Second, the convergence program improved the students’ mathematical creativity and convergence talent. Among the sub-factors of mathematical creativity, originality was especially improved by this program. Students thought that the program is good for their creativity. Plus, this program use two subject class, Math and Art, so student do not think about one subject but focus on topic ‘congruence and symmetry’. It help students to develop their convergence talent. 본 연구는 합동과 대칭의 지도를 위하여 융합 프로그램을 개발하고, 초등학생에게 적용하여 그 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 수학 영역에서 학생의 선호도가 가장 높은 합동과 대칭을 주제로 선정하고, Drake의 주제중심 통합단원 수업설계 절차를 토대로 프로그램을 개발하였다. 학습자의 학습 유형을 고려하여 다양한 활동이 가능한 미술 교과와 융합하였으며 초등학교 5학년 학생에게 적용 가능한 활동계획안을 개발하였다. 총 12가지 활동계획안을 개발하고 그 중 5가지 활동의 수업안과 학습지를 학생들에게 적용하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 송파구 소재의 초등학교 5학년 1개 반 16명의 단일집단으로 구성하였다. 개발된 융합프로그램은 학생들의 수학적 창의성과 융합인재소양을 신장시키는 데 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

Impaired Hippocampal Synaptic Plasticity and Enhanced Excitatory Transmission in a Novel Animal Model of Autism Spectrum Disorders with Telomerase Reverse Transcriptase Overexpression

Recently, we have reported that animals with telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) overexpression exhibit reduced social interaction, decreased preference for novel social interaction and poor nest-building behaviors—symptoms that mirror those observed in human autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Overexpression of TERT also alters the excitatory/inhibitory (E/I) ratio in the medial prefrontal cortex. However, the effects of TERT overexpression on hippocampal-dependent learning and synaptic efficacy have not been investigated. In the present study, we employed electrophysiological approaches in combination with behavioral analysis to examine hippocampal function of TERT transgenic (TERT-tg) mice and FVB controls. We found that TERT overexpression results in enhanced hippocampal excitation with no changes in inhibition and significantly impairs long-term synaptic plasticity. Interestingly, the expression levels of phosphorylated CREB and phosphorylated CaMKIIα were significantly decreased while the expression level of CaMKIIα was slightly increased in the hippocampus of TERT-overexpressing mice. Our observations highlight the importance of TERT in normal synaptic function and behavior and provide additional information on a novel animal model of ASD associated with TERT overexpression.

In this work, we prepared the carbon paper from chopped carbon fibers using a gas diffusion matrix in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells by wet processing. The process of making carbon paper using wet processing is consisted of the three steps involving the dispersion of chopped carbon fibers, the preparation of the carbon fiber web, the impregnating of phenol resin. This work was focused on finding the optimal surfactant to make the carbon paper with 2D orientation of carbon fibers by investigating the dispersion state of carbon fibers in different dispersion solutions. Furthermore, the effect of phenol resin and carbon black contents on properties of electric conductivity was analyzed. As a result, it is confirmed that the carbon fiber was well dispersed when using sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant, and the carbon paper with 8 wt% of phenol and 5 wt% of carbon black contents showed the most excellent electrical property.

중국 역사문화도시의 공공조형물에서 나타나는 표현 특성과 장소성 연구

This research aims to analyze the characteristics of modern public sculptures in Chinese historical and cultural cities, and explore how public sculptures can effectively intervene in historical and cultural elements to show their placeness. In addition, this research provides basic information for the place significance and application of public sculptures. First, the theoretical basis was provided by understanding the concept of historical and cultural city and the concept of Placeness. Second, the related literature and cases were summarized to analyze the expressive characteristics of public sculptures, and the eight factors most related to the place-related characteristics were selected through the evaluation of characteristics from 10 experts. Third, as a case analysis, this study selected 60 cases from 7 magazines with the highest publication volume among public sculptures in China's representative cities, Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou, and finally 15 public sculptures were selected through expert selection. In general, Whether to explore historical and cultural elements or the city's modern humanistic atmosphere, the public sculptures of the three cities all reflect different places.It is the development trend of public sculpture to combine the artistic originality and interaction with the public brought by unique advanced technology, and use the unique historical and human elements of the city to create places that are different from other regions. 본 연구는 중국 역사문화도시의 현대 공공조형물의 표현 특성을 분석, 공공조형물이 어떻게 효율적으로 역사 문화 요소에 개입하여, 장소성을 표출할 수 있는가를 파악하고자 함으로서 공공조형물이 지닌 장소적 의미와 적용에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 연구방법은 첫째, 문헌고찰로 역사 문화 도시의 개념, 장소성의 개념 등을 이해하여 이론적 기반을 제공하였다. 둘째, 선행연구 고찰을 통해 공공조형물의 표현특성을 분석하며 10명의 조형 및 디자인 전문가로부터 특성에 대한 평가를 통해 장소성과 관련이 가장 많은 8개 요소를 선정하였다. 셋째, 사례분석으로 중국의 대표적인 도시인 상해, 북경, 광주의 공공조형물 중 발행량이 가장 많은 7개 잡지에서 60개 사례를 선정하여 전문가의 평가를 통해 최종 15개 공공조형물을 선정하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 역사 문화 요소의 발굴이나 도시 현대 인문 정취를 표현함에 있어서 세 도시의 공공 조형물 모두 각기 다른 장소성을 구현하였다. 독자적인 선진 기술이 가져온 예술적 독창성과 대중과의 상호작용을 결합하여 도시만의 독특한 역사 인문적 요소를 활용하여 다른 지역과 다른 장소를 만들어내는 것이 공공 조형물의 발전 추세이다.

『삼국연의』 심리언어 연구

The historical narrative prose, as well as Chinese classical novels which were under the direct influence of oral literature in Song and Yuan period, was known for their pursuit of simplicity in describing the psychological state, which was basically the result of their attempts to satisfy peculiar Chinese tastes for aesthetic sense and their own way of appreciation of beauty. This tendency was all the more apparent in the style of Zhang and Hui’s novels, the prototype of The Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The latter is especially noteworthy in that it successfully adopted a method of psychological description, which is often termed as the language of psychological state. It did not use the method very often, but it was very effective in allowing the readers to have room for their own stretch of imagination, eventually making a substantial artistic success. In this report, the main focus is on the characters’ psychology, using “ravings”, “monologue” and “inner monologue” foundation for numerous studies of the 『The Romance of the Three kingdoms』 ’s literal language. “Monologue”, “inner monologue” and “ravings” are means of building the novel’s structure and revealing the essence of the characters’ emotions. Thanks to the successfully use of various kinds of the language of psychological state expression and its numerous functions, this novel has achieved the artistic success.

The Studies of Dialogue Style and the Form of Expression of 『The Dream of the Red Chamber』 Lee, Chi-han This writing is about experimental study of <The dream of the Red Chamber>'s language.As a literary work, the language is obviouly its most important factor. Based on narrator's standing, the literary language in the novel can be divided into "character language" and "narrator language". The object of this writing is studing the 120thedition of <The dream of the Red Chamber>, is in the systematic way focused on analysing the form and function of character language and narrator language. And I desire to fill the vacant parts in the history of studing <The dream of the Red Chamber>.This writing is the part of the study on the character language of <The dream of the Red Chamber>. It is focused on studying one of the types of character language, dialogue. Its focus is on two points, the number of persons who take parts in dialogues when they start and when they are over. And the continuity of a dialogue is also an important factor. According to these, I am going to divide dialogues in <The dream of the Red Chamber> into 7 types and explain the form of expression.
