chl-b를 소중합체로서 용매에 녹였을 때 친핵성 n-prOH를 첨가함에 따라 흡광도와 fluorescence emission의 세기는 증가하였지만 단위체로 녹은 다음에 n-prOH의 농도증가에 따라 점차 감소하였다. chl-b는 소중합체의 생성때문에 Beer 법칙에 따르지 않았으며 용매의 극성변화에 따라 stockes shift를 나타냈다. 이러한 경향성은 chl-b의 정량에 고려하여야될 점이다. The wavelength of chlorophyll-b on the absorbance and fluorescence emission were shifted to the longer depending on the increasing of solvent polarities but fluorescence excitation spectra were not. The presence of chl-b oligomers and monomers were identified by the specra of fluorescence emission. Fluorescence excitation, absorbance and the measurement of its intensities vs. the concentration of n-prOH added to chl-b solution. The calibration curve of chl-b solution were not obeyed to Beer's law in the range of concentrated soln. because of the presence as the oligomers.
천일제염에 있어서 海鹹水의 증발촉진에 관한 연구 : Dye Stuff-Solivap Green의 利用을 中心으로

In this study, writer carried out this solar evaporation and concentration of sea water using special dye-stuff-“Solivap-Green”. Factors influencing solar evaporation are; 1. Initial salinity 2. rate of natural evaporation 3. rainfall 4. seepage Additives (dye stuff) which are capable of increasing the absorption of solar energy without substantially affecting production costs are desirable. Required property of additives for optimum efficiency are; 1. good solubility in sea water and highly concentrated brine 2. high absorption of solar radiation 3. high light fastness for lengthly sun exposure “Solivap Green”brands meet these requirement. The results obtained were as follows; 1. Salt production increase is over 25% in case the dye stuff is used in the salt crystallzing area, but the quality of the salt is not highly agreeable because salt is stained by the stuff. And it is recommened to apply the method during the dry weather, when the loss rate of salt brine by being swept is low, rather than rainy season. 2. Salt production increase is also over 29% when the dye stuff is used in the evaporating area but this method still has defect, for a large amount of dye stuff is needed.
경요도 전립선 절제술에 있어 절제경의 배수 형태에 따른 임상적 고찰

I compared 2 different flow systems of resectoscope for transurethral resection of the prostatethe intermittent drainage resectoscope(Group A) and the continuous flow resectoscope(Group B). In 53 patients were undergone the transurethral prostatic resection due to benign prostatic hyperplasia. Of the patients 34 were undergone the resection with intermittent drainage resectoscope and remaining 19 patients were resected by continuous flow resectoscope. The resection rate, the required irriagnt volume, changes of electrolytes, operative blood loss and postoperative complications were compared. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The resection rate was slightly higher with Group B but there was not statistically significant in two group(p=0.598). 2. The required irrigant volume was greater with Group B but no significance was noted(p=0.098). 3. Serum sodium concentration changes was more greater with group B(p=0.018). There was no significant difference in potassium changes between two groups. 4. Hemoglobin and hematocrit of group A were more decrease than of group A(p=0.000). 5. Postoperative complications, which were related with types of resectoscope, were not significant with two groups. 6. Approximately 5 percent of the patients undergoing prostatectomy for presumed benign prostatic obstruction was found to have incidental adenocarcinoma.
SMIL 2.0을 기반으로 하는 확장 데이터베이스 질의어 설계

지금까지 질의 결과에 대한 프리젠테이션은 일반적으로 외부 툴이나 리포트 작성기를 통해 이루어지고 있는데, 프리젠테이션을 작성하는 방법이나 저장 방법 등이 표준화되어 있지 않기 때문에 다른 응용에서 질의 결과를 사용하는 데 많은 어려움이 따른다. 따라서 멀티미디어 데이터를 질의하는 질의어에서 표준화된 방법으로 프리젠테이션을 정의할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) 의 멀티미디어 프리젠테이션 표준인 SMIL (Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) 2.0을 기반으로 SQL을 확장하여 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 사용자가 질의와 질의결과에 대한 프리젠테이션 작성를 원활히 할 수 있도록 한다. The presentation of query results is usually made with an external tool or a report generator but, because the methods of preparing and storing presentations have not been standardized, there are many difficulties for other applications to use query results. Thus, it is necessary for a multimedia data query language to define presentation in a standardized method. In this paper we designed extented SQL is based on SMIL 2.0, which support the proposed presentation model effectively. Furthermore this study proposed methods of using query results in various multimedia applications.
유기용매 중에서 Chlorophyll-a의 흡광 및 형광 (제1보)

chl-a는 $5.12{\times}10-6M$ 이상의 농도와 건조된 ethyl ether, benzene, iso-octane중에 소중합체로 존재하고 이 용매에 n-prOH를 소량씩 가할때 단위체로 변함을 확인하였다. 형광은 중합체인 경우에 세게 나타나지만 중합정도에 따라 변하며 단위체인 경우는 약하게 나타났다. 그리고 n-prOH를 용매에 가할 때 흡광과 형광의 ${\lambda}_{max}$은 모두 장파장쪽으로 이동하였다. soret/red band의 비는 흡광도가 감소할수록 작아졌으며 chl-a의 농도에 따른 흡광도는 $1.0{\times}10^{-6}$M 정도의 용액에서 최대값을 나타냈다. The absorbance and fluorescence yields of chl-a vs. concentration of n-prOH in diethyl ether, benzene and iso-octane were shown the characteristic point which chl-a structures are changed to monomer by the solvation of oligomer, and the spectral differences of fluorescence excitation between oligomer and monomer were identified by fluorimetry. All the maximum wavelength of absorbance, fluorescence excitation and fluorescence emission were shifted to longer wavelength. The ratios of soret/red band were depended on the band intensions and the polarities of solution in organic solvents mixed with n-prOH.
