이동 멀티미디어 서비스의 연속성 보장을 위한 핸드오버 방법

차세대 이동 통신망에서는 광대역의 멀티미디어 서비스를 요구하는 다수의 사용자를 수용하기 위해 마이크로-셀 또는 피코-셀 구조를 채택하므로 핸드오버가 빈번히 발생한다. 또한 핸드오버 처리에 허용될 수 있는 시간이 단말기의 고속 이동에 의해 감소됨으로써 서비스 절단 가능성이 높아지게 되어 매우 짧은 시간의 서비스 중단으로도 치명적인 영향을 받을 수 있다. 더욱이 패킷의 손실을 보상하기 위한 재전송으로 인해 시스템 성능의 추가적인 저하를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 차세대 이동 멀티미디어 통신망에서 단말기의 핸드오버 시에 기지국 기반 위치 정보와 GPS 위치 정보를 복합적으로 이용하여 멀티미디어 서비스의 지속성을 증대시키기 위한 방안을 제안한다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 핸드오버 실패율과 패킷 손실률을 시뮬레이션에 의해 분석하였다. Smaller cell size in the micro-cell or pico-cell structure brings about more frequent hand-overs between cells, and higher speed movement of the mobile terminal makes short the permissible time interval for executing these hand-over procedures. In this situation the hand-over failure may occur or some packets may be lost during the hand-over. Moreover a rapid degradation of throughput is triggered by packet re-transmission for compensating such errors. The QoS (Quality of Services) of mobile multimedia applications with higher bits rate requirements and higher speed mobility are severely affected by even shot service interruption. This paper proposes a new hand-over scheme to provide seamless services in the next generation mobile communication systems. Simulation is done to evaluate the performance of the proposed scheme based on its hand-over failure rate and packet loss rate.

The purpose of this study is to improve indoor air quality of the barracks which have been changed from floor-type living barracks to bed-type living barracks since 2003. But the construction of new barrack takes long time.For solving the problem it is important that the improving the effectiveness of ventilation in the floor-type living barracks. The evaluation of the ventilation effectiveness uses the concentration of carbon dioxide valuation basis of pollutant.it predicts the indoor air quality for the Computational Fluid Dynamics and CONTAMW.With these steps, the measures for upgrading indoor air quality depending on building materials and ventilation rate are suggested.

The life span of igloo magazine is about 30 years, so it is economical compare to other kinds of magazine. Accordingly, after 1960, igloo magazines have been built, and a lot of ammunition have been deposited and managed in military bases. However, there are the layer of covering up seed with soil on the upper part of it, so it keeps the almost same value of temperature for the entire year, and it causes condensation on the surface of ammunition sometimes, especially during July and August, that have a lot of rain because it causes the increase of relative humidity by 90%. This study is about proposing the advanced shape of igloo magazine, so the phenomenon of condensation happening was evaluated by the particular terms of time through the numerical analysis, and especially, optimum design that can decrease condensation was proposed through comparing factors of proposal each other.
수치해석을 이용한 이그루탄약고 저장 탄약의 표면결로 현상 분석

A form of a Igloo-magazine is mostly used in military. It is reinforced concrete construction, and it offers a good hiding and a cover from enemies because upper part of it was managed by covering up seed with soil. However, the humidity inside of a Igloo-magazine is increased during the rainy season in summer. It causes the condensation effect, so it rusts the surface of stored ammunitions. This makes a tremendous loss of fighting power because this increases the maintenance price range for ammunitions and the use factor for military base.This research is the first step for suggesting the plan to decrease surface condensation of store ammunitions, and it is for regulating the form, the method of storing and suitable amount of new ammunition with using previous numerical method and with finding out the correlativity among temperature, humidity, air current, storing ammunitions in a Igloo-magazine. Accordingly, thermal environmental mechanism in a Igloo-magazine could be found out, and also it was realized that to restrain the condensation with using natural ventilation was restrictive through the research. The biggest reason for it is over storing of ammunitions compare to the storing space which restrains the air circulation in a Igloo-magazine.After this, two plans can be predicted based on the result of the research, and the first one is to apply the optimum storing amount and method that can suggest the new structural form and decrease the condensation for each structural form based on present storing amount and method.
2,4-Diamino-7-phenyl-6-methythiopteridine 합성에 관한 연구

2,4,6-Triamino-5-nitrosopyrimidine was prepared using malononitrile and guanidine carbonate, and acetylated refluxing in acetic acid with acetic anhydride in order to activate the nitroso group for nucleophilic attack. Nucleophilic attack of phenylpyrimidium bromide on the nitroso group of 2,4,6-triacetamido-5-nitrosopyrimidine gave the intermediate, which lost pyrdidine to give the nitrone derivative. Addition of the methanethiol anion to nitrone gave 2,4-diacetamido-7-phenyl-6-methylthiopteridine which was hydrolyzed to give 2,4-diamino-7-phenyl-6-methylthiopteridine. Spectral data (IR, M.S, NMR) were provided to identify the reaction products during synthesis.
