공공도서관 정보서비스의 품질향상을 위한 웹사이트 사용성 평가에 관한 연구 - 대전지역을 중심으로 -

This study aims to evaluate the usability for improving quality of information services in eight public libraries website, Daejeon City Area. Usability testing are used two method, that is WebXACT analysis and Heuristic Evaluation. These analysis are included the generalitems(file size, total downloaded size, file type, metadata tag, style sheet, image), quality of website(content defects, search and navigation, page efficiency, browser compatibility) and accessability. Finally this paper was suggested some general testing guidelines for improving usability of public libraries website in accessability and navigation 본 연구에서는 대전지역 8개 공공도서관의 웹사이트에 대한 사용성 평가를 자동평가 도구인 「WebXACT」와 발견평가를 통해 살펴보았다. 전반적으로 웹사이트 구축 초기단계에 사용성 평가를 통해 웹사이트를 구축해야 함에도 불구하고, 공공기관의 특성을 감안한 사용자 계층의 다양함을 고려하지 않고 일반적인 웹사이트 구축 기준에 맞추어 웹사이트가 구축되어 접근성과 네비게이션에 있어서 많은 문제점이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 본 고에서는 공공도서관 웹사이트의 사용성 향상을 위한 접근성과 네비게이션의 일반적인 측정 지침을 제시하였다.

도서관 서비스 품질 평가 연구에 대한 비교·분석

본 연구에서는 도서관 서비스 품질 평가 관련 국내 외 최신 연구동향과 서비스 품질 평가 모형에 대하여 전반적으로 살펴보고, 국내의 선행 학술연구를 대상으로 비판적 비교 분석을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 비교 분석의 관점은 디지털도서관 서비스 품질 평가 모형 연구(2002년~2007년)와 전반적인 도서관 서비스 품질 평가 연구(2009년~2014년)의 2단계로 구분하여 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라 도서관 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 학술연구의 비교 분석을 통하여 도서관 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구 동향을 파악하고 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to review recent academic studies on the service quality evaluation of libraries in Korea and to derive from research trends and several suggestions. This paper compared and analyzed service quality evaluation models in the field of library and information science and management science. This study also conducted comparative analysis of academic journal articles on 'service quality evaluation models of digital libraries'(2002~2007) and 'service quality evaluation of libraries'(2009~2014) in Korea.

The major conclusions and some suggestions from this study are summarized as follows: Fist, information profession in the future must play an important role of specialists as well as a vendor of the information access. To support the effective information access, they have to develop their ability to install and maintain the appropriate information system for users. Second, from the viewpoint of information ethics, information profession must have a deep concern about the information manipulation and uniformity from the monopolized and the rapid soical information cut-off. Also, they take precautions against the monopolization and exclusive possession of administrative information form the government which had a power of information control and management. Lastly, the basic two suggestions to foster the information profession(librarian) suitable to information society are as follows : 1) To foster the specialists who capable of coping with the change of information technologies and environments rapidly and positively, the core subject of education for the information profession aims at the concerning about the users of information system. 2) To provide the knowledge of information technologies that can be used and adopted effectively, the various supporting system for lifetime education must be prepared and maintained continuously.

In dieser Arbeit habe ich versucht, die Funktion des Textes Rm. 16:21-23 zu erklren. Zunchst sind die traditionelle Erfassungen dieser Textes zu prsentieren, dabei drei Verstndnisse der Textes: ein Gruss, ein Postskript, ein Verstndnis im Rahmen der Teilungs- hypothese kritisch vorgestellt werden und danach einer neue Versuch. Gegen die traditionelle Methode fr das Verstndnis des Textes von Rm. 16:21-23, und zwar im Rahmen des 16. Kapital des Rmerbriefes, versuche ich mit einer ganz anderen Richtung die Text von Rm. 16:21-23 als eine abschliessende Mitabsenderangabe zu verstehen, nmlich in der engen Korrespondenz zwischen Rm. 16:21-23 und dem Prskript(1:1-7). Dafr wrde ich drei Begrndungen zeigen, und zwar die Form des Textes mit der eine Mitabsenderangbe enthaltenden Form, die Nennung des Namens Timotheus in 16:21, die einzige Erwhnung eines Schreibers in den paulinischen Briefen, in Rm 16:22. Es ist kein Zufall, dass die oben erwhnte drie Zge des Textes von Rm. 16:21-23 in enger Korrespondenz mit der Besonderheiten im Prskript (1:1-7) stehen: das Fehlen der Mitabsenderangabe, die Erwhnung der 1. Pl. Person in Rm. 1:5.

지식기반 전자도서관 모형구축에 관한 연구 - 대학도서관을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 앞으로의 지식기반 정보사회에 있어서 우리 나라 대학도서관에 적용할 수 있는 전자도서관의 모형을 제안한다. 현재 진행되고 있는 전자도서관 관련 주요 프로젝트를 사례로 하여 전자도서관의 연구개발 동향을 살펴보고, 지식기반 전자도서관의 구축에 필요한 석 박사 학위논문 제출 및 DB 구축 인프라 개발, 자체 소장자료의 관리 및 서비스, 정기간행물 서비스 인프라 구축, 통합 뷰어의 개발, 데이터베이스의 전환, 분산통합검색시스템, 사이버 캠퍼스, 그리고 데이터베이스의 연계 등 여덟 가지의 필수적인 기능들을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to suggest knowledge-based digital library model that is applicable in korea university library. This paper provides brief accounts of research and development trends of digital library in referring some major digital library projects that are in progress, or just completed. There follows a suggestion of eight essential modules for knowledge-based digital library system, that are infrastructure development of dissertation presentation and database construction, management and service of collections, infrastructure construction of journal service, development of unified viewer, database conversion, distributed & integrated retrieval system, cyber campus(private work space), and database connection.

전자도서관 웹사이트의 품질향상을 위한 사용성 평가에 관한 연구

This study aims to evaluate the usability for improving quality of Hoseo university digital library website. Compatibility of web browser and loading speed are analyzed in using Doctor HTML and Web Site Garage, and seven major attributes of website, that is navigation, functionality, user control, language and contents, system and user feedback, consistency, architectural and visual clarity, are analyzed and evaluated in using online questionnaire method. Finally this paper was suggested some problems and improvements of that website mentioned above, and general guidelines of website construction based on usability in university digital library in korea. 본 연구에서는 호서대학교 전자도서관 웹사이트를 대상으로 하여 웹사이트 사용성 평가도구를 이용한 분석(Doctor HTML 및 Web Site Garage)을 적용하여 웹브라우즈의 호환성 및 접속속도를 분석하였고, 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 네비게이션, 기능성, 이용자의 통제, 언어 및 컨텐츠, 시스템 및 이용자 피드백, 일관성, 구조적 및 시각적 명료성 등의 주요 속성에 관한 분석 및 평가를 통하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 도출하였다. 그리고 분석 및 평가결과를 반영하여 사용성에 기반한 우리나라 대학의 전자도서관 웹사이트 구축에 적용할 수 있는 일반적 지침을 제시하였다.

우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터의 발전방안에 관한 연구

This study is to propose the strategic plans and the methods of status establishment for developing the specialized information centers in science & technology towards the knowledge information society in 21st century. The major objectives of this study are to analyze present management status and problems, to suggest the standards of designation and effective management methods, and to reestablish the status of specialized information centers in science & technology 본 연구에서는 우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터의 활성화 및 발전을 위하여 KISTI에서 지정하여 지원하고 있는 전문정보센터에 대한 운영전반에 걸친 문제점, 현황, 역할 등을 다양한 각도에서 검토ㆍ분석하여 개선 및 발전방안을 마련하였다. 그리고 21세기 지식정보사회에 적합한 우리나라 과학기술분야 전문정보센터에 대한 국가적 차원의 통합적인 지정기준을 마련하고 효율적인 운영방안을 제시하였다.

이용자 서비스의 품질 향상을 위한 웹사이트 사용성 평가에 관한 연구

This study aims to evaluate the usability of XML-based Chungnam National University Digital Library Website. Usability testing are used three method, that is Log File Analysis, Online Questionnaire and Heuristic Evaluation. Log files are analyzed in using WiseLog Enterprise and Hit Analyzer for Enterprise jx 1.5 Beta Version and total 21 items are analyzed and evaluated in using online questionnaire method and heuristic evaluation is inquired by experts of web and information retrieval fields. Finally this paper was suggested some problems and improvements to advance quality of user services in university digital library website in korea. 본 연구에서는 최신의 정보기술을 적용한 XML 기반 충남대학교 전자도서관 웹사이트를 대상으로 사용성 평가를 실시하였다. 사용성 평가는 로그파일 분석, 온라인 설문조사 그리고 발견평가의 3가지 방법을 적용하였다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 입장에서의 대학도서관 웹사이트 서비스의 문제점을 분석ㆍ평가하여 개선방안을 제시함으로써 이용자 서비스의 품질 향상을 제고할 수 있는 근거를 마련하고자 한다.
