Objectives: To investigate the patterns of unintentional home injuries in Korea. Methods: The study population was 12,382,088 people who utilized National Health Insurance services due to injuries (main diagnosis codes S00 to T28) during 2006. Stratified samples(n=459,501) were randomly selected by sex, age group and severity of injury. A questionnaire was developed based on the International Classification of External Causes of Injury and 18,000 cases surveyed by telephone were analyzed after being projected into population proportionately according to the response rates of their strata. Domestic injury cases were finally included. Results: Domestic injuries (n=3,804) comprised 21.1% of total daily life injuries during 2006. Women were vulnerable to home injuries, with the elderly and those of lower income (medical-aid users) tending to suffer more severe injuries. Injury occurred most often due to a slipping fall (33.9%), overexertion (15.3%), falling (9.5%) and stumbling (9.4%), with severe injury most often resulting from slipping falls, falls and stumbles. Increasing age correlated with domestic injury-related disability. Conclusions: The present findings provide basic information for development of home injury prevention strategies, with focus on the elderly.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify factors influencing health promotion behavior of late-middle aged women. Methods: The subjects were 128 women who were attending a cultural center located in B metropolitan city. Data were collected from July 1 to July 31, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. Results: Health promotion behavior of later middle-aged women was different by general characteristics such as religion, exercise, economic satisfaction, life satisfaction, and leisure time activities. Health promotion behavior had a positive relationship with health perception and perception of successful aging, and a negative relationship with aging anxiety. Health perception, perception of successful aging, exercise, leisure time activities (exercise and social activity) were verified significant factors influencing health promotion behavior accounted for 38%. Conclusion: The results indicate that health perception and perception of successful aging influence health promotion behavior of late-middle age women. It would provide the basic data for the development of program aimed at improving health promotion behavior of late-middle age women.

클라이언트 매시업의 편리한 이동 사용자 인터페이스 개발

클라이언트 기반 웹 매시업은 웹 어플리케이션 개발의 주요 아키텍처로 자리잡았다. 웹서비스에 대한 프리젠테이션 코드를 자동생성하는 방법은 잘 알려져 있으나 뷰와 서비스 요청 간의 이동과 사용자 인터페이스 통합부는 대부분 수동으로 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한 서비스 요청의 결과 데이터로부터 다른 서비스 요청의 입력 매개변수를 연결하는 데이터 바인딩을 정의하고 이를 바탕으로 매시업의 편리한 이동 사용자 인터페이스 개발 방법을 소개한다. 주어진 서비스 집합과 데이터 매핑에 대해 컨텍스트 기반의 바인딩을 찾고 그를 기반으로 뷰와 이동 메뉴를 생성하는 방법을 소개한다. 제안된 방법은 서비스의 개수와 매시업 페이지의 복잡도가 높아지는 경우에도 사용자들이 클라이언트 매시업 페이지의 서비스 간에 이동하기 위한 간편하고 효과적인 이동 메뉴를 제공할 수 있다. 제안된 방법의 유용성을 보이기 위해 관광 안내 서비스를 보인다. Client based web mashups have become one of the most important architecture in web application development. Although there are well known methods to generate presentation view codes for web services, navigations between views and service requests are still developed manually in most web mashups. In this paper, we propose the concept of deterministic data binding from output data to input parameters of another method. Using binding relations, we can model navigation menus for service method requests. For a given set of data mappings between services, we investigate context dependent binding conditions and discuss the generation of views and navigation menus. The proposed approach provides UI for users to navigate services of client mashup page using simple and convenient interface even when the number of services and the size of the mashup page grows. In order to show the usability of the proposed approach, we present a historic tourism service.

중년후기 여성의 외상 후 성장, 노화불안, 영성이 성공적 노화에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine effects of posttraumatic growth, aging anxiety, and spirituality on successful aging in late middle-aged women. Methods: Participants were 128 late middle-aged women. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients and hierarchical multiple regression with SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Results: Results showed that significant factors influencing successful aging were spirituality and monthly income. This regression model explained 21.4% of the variance in successful aging. Conclusion: These results provided the basic data for establishing an intervention strategy to increase the level of successful aging of middle-aged women. In addition, the results suggested that development of a nursing intervention program is in need.

중공형 미세구를 이용한 마이크로셀룰라 지르코니아의 가공 특성 고찰

In this study, a novel-processing route for producing microcellular zirconia ceramics has been developed. The proposed strategy for making the microcellular zirconia ceramics involves hollow microsphere as a pore former which has extremely low density of $0.025\;g/cm^3$. Effects of hollow microsphere content and sintering temperature on microstructure, porosity, pore distribution, and compressive strength were investigated in the processing of microcellular zirconia ceramics. By controlling the content of hollow microsphere, it was possible to make the porous zirconia ceramics with porosities ranging from 45% to 75%. Typical compressive strength value of microcellular zirconia ceramics with ${\sim}65%$ porosity was over 50 MPa. By adjusting the mixing ratio of large and small zirconia powders, it was possible to control the pore structure from close to open pores.

REST 서비스 패턴을 이용한 매시업 클라이언트 뷰 이동 코드 생성

웹 2.0의 확산과 함께 기존의 페이지 간 이동 대신 하나의 페이지에서 여러 개의 웹서비스를 인터페이스하는 웹페이지가 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 클라이언트 페이지를 매시업 클라이언트라고 부르는데, 이들은 복잡하고 다양한 기능을 지원하는 제어부를 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 이동 제어의 모델 기반의 코드 생성 방법을 제시한다. 먼저 REST 서비스 패턴을 클라이언트 페이지의 뷰와 뷰 이동에 적용하는 방법을 제안하고, 각 뷰로부터 서비스 메소드 호출이나 뷰 이동이 가능한 타입 조건을 제시한다. 또한 제안된 방법을 적용하여 XForms 페이지의 코드를 자동생성하는 프로토타입 시스템을 개발하였다. 이동 설계 방법을 적용한 매시업 클라이언트 페이지 생성 시스템을 구현하였다. 개발된 자동 생성 시스템은 개발자의 관여 없이 이동 제어 기능을 포함한 클라이언트 페이지의 코드를 생성하며, 체계적인 모델과 이동 패턴에 기반하여 생성된 결과 코드가 이해하기 쉽고 간단하다. 또한 사용자가 필요한 컨트롤만을 포함하여 서비스의 개수가 많아지는 경우에도 적용할 수 있다. As web 2.0 becomes one of the important architecture styles, more web applications adopt single page structure instead of multiple web pages and navigations between pages. A single page web application client, called a mashup client in this paper, interfaces more than one services and allows users to navigate in the page. A mashup client page includes complicated functions and has to handle various styles of services and user requirements, and therefore is usually developed manually. In this paper, we propose a model driven code generation approach for in-page navigations. We propose a page model and view navigation design approach, applying REST service architecture patterns. Then, we consider type conditions for each view to have service calls or navigation controls. Also, we developed an XForms page code generation system to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed method. The developed system generates mashup client pages including navigation controls between services and views. This system can generate ready to use codes from service specifications, so this can help to reduce the development overhead. Moreover, our approach is based on formal model and navigation patterns so the generated result code is simple and easy to understand, and includes only the necessary controls. Therefore, the proposed approach can be more effective for the case of a large number of services.

초극소미숙아를 위한 조기 퇴원 프로그램의 운영 성과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the actual outcomes of early discharge program for extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants. Methods: Medical records of 122 ELBW infants admitted in the neonatal intensive care unit from January 2000 to June 2006 and those of their 112 mothers were analyzed retrospectively. Results: After being applied early discharge program to ELBW infants' mothers, their infants' lengths of stay, gestational age and body weight at discharge, duration of completion of oral feeding, number of emergency room visits after discharge were decreased and number of breast milk feeding was increased. Conclusion: Early discharge program for ELBW infants can be an effective intervention for parents and their ELBW infants contributing to neonatal nursing practices.
