BTL 사업 대상 중 교육시설물은 교육인적자원부에 따르면 2007년까지 3개년에 걸쳐 13조원 이상 규모의 BTL 민간투자 사업을 발주하기로 하는 등 교육시설물의 건설은 국내 공공시설물 건설 사업에서 큰 비중을 점하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 교육시설물 BTL 사업의 비용 항목 중 운영관리비에 해당되는 위생관리비 산정 방법을 제시하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 유지관리 시스템의 주요 모듈을 개발하고, 개발된 모델의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 대안별 비용의 비교 분석을 실시하였다. According to the public information of the Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development, the construction project of educational facilities from 2005 to 2007 will use BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) contract. Budget of those projects will be the worth over 13 trillion won. In this research, the estimation standards for the public health maintenance expenses are established which is the part of the operation and maintenance cost in the total BTL project cost. Also, a system core module using the developed standard was introduced in this paper. A comparative analyses were conducted with the several possible estimation case to validate the system developed.

In this study, mode Ⅰ interlaminar fracture phenomena of carbon fabric/epoxy composite for tilting train were investigated. Specimens were 25㎜×180㎜×4.7㎜ with an initial artificial delamination of 65㎜ at one end. This delamination with the thickness of 12.5㎛ and 25㎛ (teflon film) was used. Mode Ⅰ interlaminar fracture toughness was measured using the double cantilever beam and the fractured surfaces were examined through a scanning electron microscope. The experimental results obtained in this study would be applicable in the design and structural analysis of the composite structures.

This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence rate for rabies antibody (PRRA) of dogs near the Pukhansan National Park and in some other districts in Seoul Metropolitan city. From April to July 2000, a total of 414 serum samples were taken from dogs for breeding (92), pet dogs (62), and unclaimed/stray dogs (62). Rabies virus antibodies were detected by neutralizing peroxidase-linked assay (NPLA). Of 414 sera tested, 145 (35%) were positive to rabies virus antibody. PRRA in Pukhansan National Park area and in the other districts of Seoul city were 34.8% and 35.4%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate between these two districts. PRRA in pet dogs, unclaimed/stray dogs, and dogs for breeding were 39.5%, 35%, and 27.2% respectively. PRRA in dogs from residential areas, apartments, animal hospitals, and farms were 32.5%, 60%, 35.3%, and 26.7% respectively. Especially, the dogs reared in apartments had a significantly higher seroprevalence (60%) than those in residential or farm areas. PRRA in less than 1 year, 1~<2 years, 2~<3 years, and over 3 years old dogs were 14.7%, 40.4%, 38.4%, and 53% respectively, and overall 35% in the dog population. In addition, we found that dogs less than 1 year of age had lower antibody prevalence than those over 1 year of age. It was concluded that enhancement of vaccination is important in the prevention of the rabies, and that rabies vaccines should not be less supplied than the population of the dog.

Mode II interlaminar fracture behaviors of carbon fabric/epoxy composites, which are applicable to tilting train carbodies, was investigated by the ENF (End notched flexure) test. The specimens were made of CF3327 plain woven fabric with epoxy and a starter delamination at one end was made by inserting Teflon film with the thickness of 12.5$mu$m or 25.0$mu$m. The equation for mode II interlaminar fracture toughness was suggested based on the effective crack length from the compliance of load-displacement curve. Mode II interlaminar fracture toughness was evaluated for several types of the specimens. Also crack propagating behaviors and fracture surfaces were examined through an optical travelling scope and a scanning electron microscope.
건축공사 기능인력의 안전과 수공구의 상관관계에 관한 조사 연구

안전은 건설산업에서 가장 중요한 관리요소 중의 하나이다. 작업관련성 질병은 계속적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이며 특히 상지와 관련된 근골격계질환은 전체질환의 40%를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구는 건축공사현장에서 사용되는 수공구와 작업관련성 질병의 상관관계를 파악하기 위한 목적으로 작업분석, 설문 및 면담조사를 수행한 결과 기능인력 중 일부 직종의 근골격계부담작업 및 통증부위, 수공구와 통증부위와의 상관관계는 매우 강한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 건설현장의 작업환경의 개선 및 수공구의 인간공학적 개발을 위한 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것이다. Safety is the most important issue in the construction industry. Especially, work-related disease is increasing and resulted in lack of young workers and high turnover due to its 3D industrial image. The main objective of this paper is to identify the relationship of WRMSD with hand tools used in the building construction industry. In order to reach to the goals, the survey and interviews with laborers are conducted. The data is analyzed in a statistical manner. One of the interesting findings from the research is that the carpenters and steelworkers are the principal trade group suffering from WRMSD due to unsafe working condition and method. The results of the research will be used as the basis for the ergonomic design of the better construction working condition and hand tools.
대학생의 월경전증후군, 완벽성, 불안과의 관계: 간호대학생과 일반대학생을 중심으로

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and the relationships among PMS, perfection, and anxiety in nursing college students and general college students. Methods: The questionnaire survey was carried out with a convenience sample of 215 college students. The MDQ (Menstrual Distress Questionnaire), APS-R (Almost Perfect Scale-Revised), STAI (State and Trait Anxiety Inventory) were used. The data were collected from June to October, 2011. Data analysis included frequency, x2-test, t-test, and Pearson correlation. Results: There were significant differences in PMS and perfection but there not in anxiety between nursing college students and general college students. There were significant correlations among PMS, perfection and anxiety in nursing college students, and there were significant correlations among PMS and anxiety in general college students but not significant correlations among PMS and perfection. Conclusion: The findings suggest that to provide effective interventions for PMS in college students, it is necessary to design nursing interventions that consider perfection and anxiety

This paper reports on an investigation into the effect of hole notches on the injection molded specimens. In order to evaluate the effects of stress concentration and interaction on fatigue behavior, holes were introduced as notch to simple specimen. The material was used in mPPO. Fatigue tests were conducted at 1-hole notch and 2-hole notch specimens. Also, the FEMFAT was used to predict the fatigue life of different hole notch type conditions. The increase of diameter and quantity of hole notch reduced the fatigue strength and fatigue life. As the distance and angle between two holes increase, the fatigue life of the specimen increases. The prediction of FEMFAT gives valid results by considering the various factors of fatigue effect.
