Background : Since the 1960s, the accessory has been continually influenced by post-modern art and fashion culture, resulting in changes in its concepts, materials, and ways of expression. With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the priority of modern accessory has increasingly shifted from pure decoration and value preservation to integration with new technologies, new materials, and advanced design concepts. It purposed to expand diversified forms and functions to meet the individual desire of wearers. In this context, the modern accessory is expected to offer more possibilities and interactive experiences in terms of appearance, structure, wearing style, and function. The movable accessory is considered as a crucial type of modern accessory to display the richness and interactivity. Methods : This study investigated the historical background and concepts of movable accessory through professional books and papers. And collected the cases of movable accessory from the 2000 to 2019 and 3D printing accessory from 2010 to 2019 to analyze design features such as appearance, movable structure, as well as the way to interact. With this theoretical research, 3D printing technology is applied to the development of two series of movable accessory works with the concept of black hole. Result : This study took the black hole as the design theme and was inspired by the significant event that humans first captured images of black holes in 2019. The author extracted the elements of black hole combined the movable structures that have similar movement principles, to designed two series of movable accessory works. Finally, five pieces of brooches were designed by the Rhino 6.0 program and printed with 3D printing technology and Wenext 8100 resin. Conclusion : Movable accessory extends the design range of modern accessory and becomes an important trend to satisfy wearer's diversified and personalized emotional needs for accessory. In this research, 3D printing technology and modern design ideas are combined to innovate in the shape and structure of movable accessory with a view to enrich diversified forms of accessories and reinforce the interaction between the wearers and accessories. This research presents the possibility of using 3D printing technology to update the images of movable accessories, to reveal more implications for the high-end accessory market.

Lily disease is applicable to psychoneurosis and characteristic symptoms of this disease are unstable mental, bitter taste, dark urine, and indistinctive and rapid pulse. Lily disease is treated by using Lily Bulb and Rehmannia Decoction, if it has thirsty, it is treated by Trichosanthes Fruit and Oyster Shell medicinal powder, in case of fever, treated by Lily Bulb annd Talcum medicinal powder, if it is caused by hyperhydrosis, treated by Lily Bulb and Wind-weed Rhizome Decoction, if it is caused by using purgation excessively, treated by Talcum and Red Ochre Decoction and if it is caused by using emetic therapy excessively, treated by Lily Bulb and Egg Decoction. Malaria Syndrome characterized by ulceration is caused by hygropyretic pathogen and it makes eyes red and ulcers at the throat, genitals, and the anus. It is applicable to syphilitic neural disease of Behcet's Syndrome. If it attacks upper part of body, it is treated by Licorice Decoction for Purging Stomach-fire and if it attacks lower part of body, treated by Lightyellow Sophora Root Decoction. If it attacks the anus, treated by smoke produced by burning orpiment, if affected part of body is jammed with pus, treated by Res Bean and Chinese Angelica Root medicinal powder. Yin-and-Yang poison is divided into Yin poison and Yang poison, it is a kind of acute fever caused by epidemic poison and makes symptoms like macule and sorethroat. It is applicable to the part of disease caused by virus. It is treated by using Buybane rhizome and Turtle Shell Decoction.

Failure of the exhaust pipe can cause air pollution by reducing ability of exhaust gas purification and can cause noise pollution and ride quality degradation by reducing ability of noise isolation. Therefore, it should ensure high reliability of the product to meet the growing environmental regulations and the needs of consumers. However, under actual conditions of use, it spends a lot of time and cost in order to develop products of high reliability. Therefore, accelerated life test to estimate the relationship between stress and life is performed to predict the actual life from the observed data through tests of the product by promoting the failure of products in severe conditions than real use conditions. The purpose of this study is estimating lifetime of exhaust pipes through statistical analysis and to evaluate average life in short term. This study was applied by the statistical analysis method of ASTM E739.
Promotion of Remyelination by Sulfasalazine in a Transgenic Zebrafish Model of Demyelination

Most of the axons in the vertebrate nervous system are surrounded by a lipid-rich membrane called myelin, which promotes rapid conduction of nerve impulses and protects the axon from being damaged. Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic demyelinating disease of the CNS characterized by infiltration of immune cells and progressive damage to myelin and axons. One potential way to treat MS is to enhance the endogenous remyelination process, but at present there are no available treatments to promote remyelination in patients with demyelinating diseases. Sulfasalazine is an anti-inflammatory and immunemodulating drug that is used in rheumatology and inflammatory bowel disease. Its anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties prompted us to test the ability of sulfasalazine to promote remyelination. In this study, we found that sulfasalazine promotes remyelination in the CNS of a transgenic zebrafish model of NTR/MTZ-induced demyelination. We also found that sulfasalazine treatment reduced the number of macrophages/microglia in the CNS of demyelinated zebrafish larvae, suggesting that the acceleration of remyelination is mediated by the immunomodulatory function of sulfasalazine. Our data suggest that temporal modulation of the immune response by sulfasalazine can be used to overcome MS by enhancing myelin repair and remyelination in the CNS.

This chapter divides Intermittent Fever into four types like Pyrexial MalariaㆍCold Malaria Intermittent high feverㆍProlonged Malaria according to quantity of chillness and fever. Pyrexial Malaria makes fever more than chillness, Cold Malaria makes fever more than chillness, Intermittent high fever makes fever only, Prolonged Malaria makes a lump in ribs by chronic Intermittent Fever. Pyrexial Malaria is treated by using White Tiger Decoction with Atractylodes. Cold Malaria is treated by using Dichroae Radix medicinal powder, if it has slight fever, treated by Decoction of Bupleurum. Cinnamon and Ginger, if it has exterior pathogen, treated by Oyster Shell Decoction. Intermittent high fever is treated by using White Tiger Decoction with Ginseng and Bamboo Leaf and Gypsum Decoction. Prolonged Malaria is treated by using Decocted Turtle Shell Pill. Incase of thirsty caused by fever, treated by using Decoction of Bupleurum without Pinellia Tuber, with Trichosanthes Fruit. When we are caught by Intermittent Fever, we must keep away from eating heartilly, hot foods, polk and beef, drinking and sexual life. These make disease deeper. Hot foods can make a lump on body, because they disturb digestion.

Background and Objectives To identify the relation between the preservation status of the parathyroid glands and the risk of hypoparathyroidism after total thyroidectomy and central lymph node dissection in papillary thyroid carcinoma. Subjects and Method A retrospective review was carried out for the medical records of 63 patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), who satisfied our inclusion criteria and received treatment at the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, Hospital from May 2010 to December 2011. Patients with PTC who underwent total thyroidectomy with central lymph node dissection (CLND) were included and grouped according to the number of preserved parathyroid glands as follows: Group 1 (with four intact glands), Group 2 (three intact glands), Group 3 (less than two intact glands). The total and ionized serum calcium and intact parathyroid hormone levels of each group were monitored after the surgery. Patients with postoperative symptomatic hypocalcemia were considered to have postoperative hypoparathyroidism and received calcium/vitamin D therapy. The hypoparathyroidism was considered to be permanent when calcium/vitamin D therapy was still required six months after surgery. Results Out of 63 cases of total thyroidectomy with CLND, 31 (49.2%) showed postoperative hypoparathyroidism as demonstrated by laboratory findings. Permanent hypoparathyroidism, however, was not observed in these cases. The development of hypoparathyroidism was not significantly related with the number of preserved parathyroid glands. Conclusion To prevent postoperative hypoparathyroidism following total thyroidectomy and CLND, at least two parathyroid glands should be preserved in situ with an intact blood supply in order to prevent permanent hypoparathyroidism after the surgery.
