기업의 성공은 우수한 제품력뿐만 아니라 브랜드 전략을 통해 이루어지고 있으며 매장은 브랜드가 가지는 이미지와 소비자가 인식하는 브랜드 연상의 갭을 좁힐 수 있는 이상적 도구로 활용 될 수 있다. 따라서 브랜드 아이덴티티를 중심으로 이루어진 매장의 감각요소의 활용과 매력적 연출은 브랜드와 소비자와의 상호작용을 유도하여 이상적인 브랜딩 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구는 매장경험디자인을 통한 브랜드이미지 구축방안에 관한 연구로써 국내 브랜드의 매장 경험디자인 접근 방안을 제안하고자 진행되었다. 본 연구를 위해 소비자가 브랜드 공간을 체험함으로써 브랜드를 어떻게 해석하고 어떤 요소가 그들의 구매에 매력적인 영향을 주는지에 대한 소비자 감성과 매장 디자인의 상호 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 국내 기업은 제품의 질을 돋보이게 하기 위해서 매장을 하나의 배경으로 인식하고 있는 실정이었으며, 시각적 디자인 요소를 중심으로 브랜드를 표현하고 있었다. 이에 비해 해외 기업의 매장 경험은 유무형적 디자인 요소와 브랜드의 개성이 결합되어 긍정적인 브랜드 연상요인으로 작용되었다. 설문을 통한 매장 경험디자인의 분석결과 소비자가 인지하는 국내 브랜드 제품에 대한 연상은 아직은 매장 환경의 연출에 상관없이 긍정적인 매장경험 평가를 내린다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 우수한 제품의 질이 잘 드러나게 진열하는 것뿐만 아니라 최종구매 행위를 이루는 장소인 매장에서 무형적 요소들도 함께 고민하여 각자 브랜드만의 고유한 개성을 공간에 구현한다면 소비자들의 긍정적인 연상을 관리하여 장기적으로 경쟁력을 유지할 수 있다고 본다. 또한, 잘 고안된 브랜드의 매장 경험은 소비자의 체험 속에 브랜드가 자연스럽게 스며들게 하여 매력적 공간의 체험을 제공할 뿐 만 아니라 새로운 브랜드 가치를 창출하게 한다. Brand store is the ultimate place for branding and it gives companies a chance to change the views of the buyers. How successful a business enterprise is depends not only on the product but also on strategic design. The store is a place for brands and the way these are presented to the consumer can have an impact on their decision of what to purchase because it narrows down their association of ideas. From this perspective, the design of a store"s user experience is a way of creating a mix between the brand itself and the consumer. The research of the content below is about the experience a store has in designing strategies when creating an image. This then proceeds to suggest the revitalization of domestic brands. For the research, information about the interrelation of when consumer experiences a brand was analyzed. This included how people interpret different brands and which elements affect their chances of buying a product. A customer"s emotion towards a store"s design was also analyzed. The results gave information about topics such as : the quality of research materials to how the quality of research materials relates to how a brand experience is created, and the scale of effect a store’s design has on brand emotional identity. The case study result is about how to get a consumer to experience a brand"s element. It delivers an image of the brand and can potentially affect a customer"s style of behavior. This in turn can potentially revitalize a domestic brand. Finally, this research suggests that the value of domestic brands will improve and become a pivotal figure in successful business.

아이돌보미의 근로자성에 대한 탐색적 연구

현재 아동 돌봄은 가정 내 돌봄과 기관 내 돌봄으로 구분할 수 있다. 가정 내 돌봄의 경우 민간 베이비시터와 더불어 여성가족부 사업으로 시행되고 있는 아이돌보미가 공공의 영역에서 돌봄의 주체로 활동하고 있고, 기관 내 돌봄은 영유아의 경우, 보육교사로 대표되는 보육교직원이 활동 주체이다. 이때 각 영역에서 돌봄노동자들은 대리양육자로서의 기능, 아동 발달 과정에서 일정한 역할을 수행하는 교사로서의 기능 등 다양한 역할을 한다. 한편, 이러한 돌봄노동자의 근로 환경은 돌봄 노동의 질을 결정하게 되어 결국 영유아의 발달 및 생활과 밀접한 연관을 가지게 된다. 아이돌보미는 가정 내에서 활동하는 돌봄의 주체로 이들의 근로자성에 대한 논의가 최근 진전되고 있는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘아이돌봄지원법’ 을 비롯하여 노동관계 법률인 근로기준법과 사회보장 관련 기타 법제도 내용 분석을 통해 아이돌보미의 근로자성을 탐색해보고자 한다. 특히 이들의 근로자성을 통해 사회보장 받을 권리를 중심으로 이들의 근로 환경에 대한 논의를 진행한다. 연구 방법은 질적내용분석 방법을 활용한다. 기존의 법률 분석이 법해석학적 관점에서 법률 조항의 개별적 분석에 머물렀다면, 동 방법은 사회복지학적 맥락에서 법제도 내용의 분석을 통해 보다 입체적으로 제도를 분석할 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 아이돌보미의 근로자성 논의를 통한 돌봄 근로자의 처우 개선에서 나아가 궁극적으로 아동 돌봄의 질 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. The child care that is being carried out by the Ministry of Woman and Family is acting as the subject of care in the public sphere. The working environment of these care workers determines the quality of care work, which is closely related to the development and life of infants. Among them, the child care worker of Ministery of Woman and Family is the main care worker in the home on public sector. Therefore, this study aims to explore the labor status of child care workers through the analysis of contents of Labor Law, Labor Standards Act and other legal system related to social security. In particular, we will discuss the working environment of workers based on their right to receive social security through their definition. Research methods use qualitative content analysis methods. This study is expected to contribute to the improvement of the quality of child care, ultimately improving the treatment of care workers through discussing the worker 's identity.

고령자 디지털 리터러시 교육에 대한 인식

본 연구는 고령자학습자 대상 교육 운영 경험이 있는 현장 실무자를 대상으로 고령자 디지털 리터러시 교육에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 정책적 시사점을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시에 위치한 D자치구 평생학습기관 및 단체에서 교육을 담당하는 실무자 8명을 연구참여자로 선정하고 심층면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 개방코딩을 활용하여 개념을 도출하였고, 도출한 개념은 다양성을 고려한 차별화된 교육지원, 수준별 맞춤형 교육의 필요성 증가, 학습기본권 실현을 지향, 무한한 교육의 효용성, 삶의 질 향상을 위한 기본적 토대로 범주화하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 디지털 리터러시 관련 교육에 있어 세대별 계층화를 고려, 디지털 시민성 및 전문적 직업교육 영역을 포함, 변화된 삶의 적극적 참여를 위한 교육관점 구축, 학습동아리 형태의 교육지원, 기초문해교육패러다임의 전환이라는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. This study aimed to examine the perception of digital literacy education for the elderly and to examine policy implications for practitioners. To this end, 8 practitioners in charge of education at a local lifelong learning institution were selected as research participants and a qualitative study was conducted. The concept was derived through open coding, and it was categorized as a basis for differentiated educational support considering diversity, increasing need for education by level, realization of basic learning rights, infinite usefulness of education, and improvement of quality of life. As a result of the analysis, considering the stratification by generation, policy implications of establishing an educational perspective for active participation in a changed life, including digital citizenship and professional vocational education, educational support in the form of learning clubs, and a shift in the basic literacy education paradigm were suggested.

저출산고령화 시대의 국민연금 내실화 방안 : 한국형 육아크레딧 도입을 중심으로

저출산고령화 사회로의 급속한 진입은 경제활동인구의 감소와 더불어 노후의 경제적 생활에 대한 두려움을 동시에 안겨주고 있다. 이는 지속적인 사회 성장과 노후 생활의 안정적 보장을 위해 자녀를 양육하는 가구에 대한 지원이 절대적으로 필요하다는 것을 의미하기도 한다. 이에 각종 육아지원 정책이 시행중이나 여전히 자녀를 양육하는 가구는 육아 비용에 대한 부담을 느끼고 있고, 본인의 노후 생활을 위협하는 요소로 인식하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 따라서 본 연구는 양육과 관련한 크레딧을 연금제도에서 도입한 국가들의 육아지원정책과 크레딧 정책의 내용을 함께 분석한 후 한국의 상황에 적합한 ‘한국형 육아크레딧’의 도입 방안에 대해 탐색해보았다. 연구 결과, 선진국들의 경우 양육크레딧이 발달하여 자리를 잡고 있는 국가들은 육아휴직제도 및 보육 인프라가 잘 갖추어진 동시에 보편적인 현금 지원이 이루어지고 있었다. 이는 각 제도간의 상호작용으로 출산율의 회복과 연금제도의 지속가능성을 동시에 추구하고 있는 것으로 보인다. 한국의 경우 역시 출산크레딧이 현재 도입되어 있지만 효과성이 미미하므로 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 특히 2013년 이후 보육료 지원 보편적 확대, 2018년 아동수당 도입 등으로 각종 육아지원제도가 신설되는 시점에서 출산크레딧의 확대 개편과 근로 유무에 상관없는 연금보험료 지원을 주 내용으로 하는 한국형 육아크레딧의 도입으로 간접적 양육비용 지원과 노후보장 대비를 동시에 추구할 때 저출산 극복과 노후 보장이라는 성과를 동시에 달성할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. The rapid entry into the low fertility and aging society is accompanied by a decrease in the economically active population and a fear of the old economic life. This also means that we need support for the families who are raising children in order to ensure sustainable social growth and a stable guarantee of old age. In spite of this, various kinds of parenting support policies are being implemented, but the families who are still raising their children are burdened with the cost of childcare and they perceive it as a threat to my life. Therefore, this study analyzed the contents of the parental support policy and the credit policy of the countries that introduced the child-care credit in the pension system and then explored the introduction of the 'Korean child-care credit' suitable for the situation in Korea.

보육교육기관에서의 아동학대 법제도 개선을 위한 탐색적 연구

기존 아동학대에 대한 법제도 관점에서의 연구는 주로 ‘아동’을 대상으로 한 ‘학대’ 에 초점이 맞추어져 있었다. 이에 보육교육기관에 재원 하는 아동을 대상으로 한 학대라는 개념은 포괄적인 아동 학대의 범주에 속하여 사회적 이슈가 발생할 때마다 단기적인 미봉책으로 정책이 실행된 감이 없지 않다. 더욱이 보육교육기관에서의 아동학대는 아동에 대한 보호 뿐 아니라 교직원의 인권 보장이 병행되어야 할 법적 과제를 가진다 할 수 있는데 이에 대하여 간과한 것이 사실이다. 본 연구는 현행 법제도가 이에 대하여 어떠한 예방 및 사후 관리 체계를 갖추고 있는지, 보육교직원의 학대 방지 의무와 사후 보호조치는 어떻게 마련되어 있는지에 대하여 중점적으로 검토하였다. 관련 주요 법률은 아동복지법과 영유아보육법, 유아교육법 등이고 학대 처리와 관련한 일반적 절차를 비롯한 형사상 절차 등은 아동학대처벌특례법에 마련하고 있다. 분석 결과, 해당 법률에 학대 발생 시 기관에서의 사전 대응 및 사후 처리 절차에 대하여 상세하게 규정하고 있지는 않으며 법률이 아닌 매뉴얼이나 지침에 의하여 실제적으로 해결하고 있어 아동학대 처리 절차에 있어 아동과 교직원 모두에게 상당한 혼선을 주고 있는 것으로 보이므로 이에 대한 개선이 요구된다고 할 수 있다. The study on the legal system of existing child abuse focused mainly on abuse targeting children . The concept of abuse for children in childcare centers is a comprehensive category of child abuse, which means that whenever a social issue arises, the policy is implemented as a short-lived measure. Furthermore, it is true that child abuse in childcare centers is a legal issue that not only protects children but also guarantees human rights of childcare workers. This study focuses on what kind of preventive and post - management system the current legislative system has, and how the duty to prevent child abuse and post - The related laws include the Child Welfare Act, the Infant Child Care Act, the Early Childhood Education Act, and the criminal procedures including general procedures related to the abuse procedures. As a result of the analysis, it does not prescribe precisely the precautionary and post-processing procedures in case of abuse in the applicable law.

토픽모델링과 ERGM에 기반한 디지털 신기술에 대한 트위터 데이터의 키워드 분석

인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷, 자율주행, 블록체인 등 디지털 신기술은 4차 산업혁명의 중요한 동력으로 사회에 기여하고 있다. 본 연구는 디지털 신기술과 관련된 국문 및 영문 키워드가 트위터상에서 언급되는 것을 통해 사람들의 수요를 파악하고 핵심적으로 양성해야 할 분야를 분석하였다. 디지털 신기술과 관련된 키워드를 선정하고, 2020년 하반기, 2021년 상/하반기의 3개의 구간으로 나누어 LDA 토픽모델링을 수행하고 동시출현단어 네트워크를 생성하여 키워드의 연계구조를 알아보았다. 코로나19가 지속됨에 따라 가상에서 즐기는 메타버스 관련 서비스들이 출시되면서 메타버스 관련 토픽이 출현한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 국문 데이터에서 세 기간 모두 인공지능, 클라우드, 블록체인이 많은 키워드들과 연결되어 있는 네트워크를 생성하고 있었고, 영문 데이터에서는 블록체인이 중심적으로 네트워크를 생성하고 있는 것을 파악했다. 국문 키워드 동시출현단어 네트워크에서 언론지수와 과제지수를 노드 속성으로 활용하여 ERGM을 각 기간별로 적합하여 키워드 연결 특성을 알아보았다. 모든 기간에서 과제지수는 키워드 연결에 정적 영향을 보여 트렌드에 적합한 연구과제가 수행되고 있음을 나타냈으나, 반대로 언론지수는 키워드 연결에 부정적 영향을 나타내 언론이 대중의 동향을 잘 파악하지 못하는 것으로 드러났다. Artificial intelligence, big data, internet of things, autonomous driving, and blockchain are emerging digital technologies that are contributing significantly to society as essential drivers of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We analyzed people's demands and identified the main fields that need to be nurtured by examining the Korean and English keywords related to digital technologies mentioned on Twitter. We selected keywords related to digital technologies and performed LDA topic modeling, dividing the data into three periods: the second half of 2020 and the first and second half of 2021. We also generated co-occurrence networks to understand the interconnection structure of the keywords. As the COVID-19 pandemic continued, we observed the emergence of topics related to metaverse services, which gained popularity in virtual environments. Artificial intelligence, cloud, and blockchain have high connections to various keywords in all three periods for Korean tweets. On the other hand, blockchain played a central role in English tweets. We applied ERGMs by utilizing press and research indices as node attributes in the Korean keyword co-occurrence networks. Throughout all the periods, the research index positively affects keyword connections. On the other hand, the press index has a negative effect on keyword connections, suggesting that the media might not accurately grasp public trends.
