Co-word Analysis을 통한 신기술 분야 도식화 방법에 관한 연구

In the highly competitive world, there has been a concomitant increase in the need for the research and planning methodology, which can perform an advanced assessment of technological opportunities and an early Perception of threats and possibilities of the emerging technology according to the nation's economic and social status. This research is aiming to provide indicators and visualization methods to measure the latest research trend and aspect underlying scientific and technological documents to researchers and policy planners using 'Co-word Analysis' Organic light emitting diodes(OLED) is an emerging technology in various fields of display and which has a highly prospective market value. In this paper, we presented an analysis on OLED. Co-word analysis was employed to reveal patterns and trends in the OLED fields by measuring the association strength of terms representatives of relevant publications or other texts produced in the OLED field. Data were collected from SCI and the critical keywords could De extracted from the author keywords. These extracted keywords were further standardized. In order to trace the dynamic changes in the OLED field, we presented a variety of technology mapping. The results showed that the OLED field has some established research theme and also rapidly transforms to embrace new themes.

직장인에서 수면의 장애는 우울, 불안과 연관성이 높은 것으로 보이며, 수면 양상에 대한 여러 평가 항목 중에서도 주관적 수면의 질과 주간 기능장애가 가장 큰 연관성을 나타냈다. 이러한 결과는 총 수면 시간이나 입면 잠복 시간보다 환자가 느끼는 전반적인 주/야간의 만족도가 정동에 많은 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 뜻하며, 이를 고려한 수면 양상의 평가가 직장인뿐 아니라 일반인구나 환자에서도 중요할 수 있겠다. Objective : This study aimed to quantify the degrees of insomnia, depression and anxiety felt by employees, and to understand which components of insomnia affect depression and anxiety. Methods : One thousand employees who had medical checkups from January to December 2014 in the Workplace Mental Health Institute of Kangbuk Samsung Medical Center were selected randomly. Sleep quality, depression, and anxiety were rated using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale (CES-D), and the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI), respectively. Good and poor sleepers were divided into two groups according to their total PSQI score : ${\leq}5$ for good sleepers or >5 for poor sleepers. Results : Of 998 employees, 742 (74.35%) had PSQI total scores below 5, and 256 (25.65%) had scores over 5. Multivariate linear regression analysis using the 7 components of PSQI versus BAI, and CES-D scores revealed that subjective sleep quality, daytime dysfunction, sleep disturbance, sleep latency and sleep duration components were significantly associated with both BAI and CES-D. Conclusion : Among the components of insomnia, subjective sleep quality and daytime dysfunction were most strongly associated with depression and anxiety.
Type-II ZnO/ZnSe 코어/쉘 이종 구조 합성 및 광촉매활성 평가

Recently, various type of nanomaterials such as nanorod, nanowire, nanotube and their core/shell nanostructures have attracted much attention in photocatalyst due to their unique properties. Among them, Type-II core/shell heterostructures have extensively studied because it has exhibited improved electrical and optical properties against their single-component nanostructure. Such structures are expected to offer high absorption efficiency and fast charge transport due to their stepwised energetic combination and large internal surface area. Thus, it has been considered as potential candidates for high efficient photocatalytic activity. In this work, we introduce a novel chemical conversion process to synthesize Type-II ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructures. A plausible conversion mechanism to ZnO/ZnSe core/shell heterostructres was proposed based on SEM, XRD, TEM and XPS analysis. The ZnO/ZnSe heterostructures exhibited excellent photocatalytic activity toward the decomposition of RhB dye compared to the ZnO nanorod arrays due to enhanced light absorption and the type-II cascade band structure.
A case of anaphylactic shock attributed to latex allergy during gastric cancer surgery

Latex allergy is a known cause of allergic contact dermatitis. It produces mild symptoms, including skin rash and itching, which usually subside in a few days. However, latex allergy can also induce anaphylaxis, a severe type I hypersensitivity reaction that can cause urticaria, angioedema, hypotension, tachycardia, and bronchospasm. We report a case of anaphylactic shock during gastric cancer surgery in a patient with no previous allergic history. Surgery was suspended when hypotension, tachycardia, and wheezing developed. A thorough workup revealed that the patient had a latex allergy. The patient subsequently underwent curative gastrectomy performed with latex-free procedures.
발목관절 전략 운동이 80대 노인 여성의 균형능력에 미치는 영향

Background: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the influence of ankle strategy exercise on balance ability in the women of octogenarians. Methods: Ankle strategy exercise group(n=14), leg strengthening exercise group(n=14) were measured an balance ability by Berg Balance Scale(BBS) scores and Balance Performance Monitor(BPM) at pre-intervention and post-intervention in 6weeks. Results: This study were summarized as follows : 1. The BBS scores, sway area, sway path length, sway maximum velocity of ankle strategy exercise group and leg strengthening exercise group were significantly different among the intervention period(p<.05). 2. The improvement of BBS scores, sway area, sway path length, sway maximum velocity were significantly different between ankle strategy exercise group and leg strengthening exercise group at in 6weeks(p<.05). Conclusion: Learned from the ankle strategy exercise could improve BBS scores, sway area, sway path length, sway maximum velocity and a balance for the women of octogenarians. Ankle strategy exercise need to be applied clinically for balance ability of the women of octogenarians.
Growth Characteristics of Thick $\textrm{SiO}_2$ Using $\textrm{O}_3$/TEOS APCVD

We have studied the deposition characteristics of thick silicon dioxide film on Si substrate by $O_3$/TEOS APCVD(Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition). The effect of deposition parameters such as the distance between showerhead and substrate, deposition temperature, TEOS flow rate and $O_3$/TEOS ratio on deposition rate, surface morphology, and properties of films as investigated. As deposition temperature increased, deposition rate decreased but the surface morphology and adhesion of film to substrate improved. As the distance between showerhead and substrate decreased, the deposition rate increased. Etching rate using the BOE increased as TEOS flow rate increased, but was independent of$ O_3$/TEOS ratio. Deposition rate of $5\mu\textrm{m}$/hour was obtained under the condition that the distance between showerhead and substrate was 5mm and the deposition temperature was $370^{\circ}C$.
