This study aims to analyze the VOC (Voice of the Customer) data of hospital patients in order to induce customers’ personal experience and evaluation and then provide patient-centered healthcare services. The VOC data were collected over 10 years (2007~2016) from one university hospital in Seoul, Korea. The total 20,649 VOCs were classified into four VOC types (compliments, complaints, suggestions, and inquiries) and analyzed by explanatory variables including year, season, service type, reporting channels, and reporter type. The Chi-Square tests were conducted for testing independence between explanatory variables and VOC types, using the statistical software SAS. The analyses of word frequency and word clouds were also derived using the R program. The VOC analyses resulted in statistically significant findings that distributions of VOC text types are different by year, season, service type, reporting channels, and reporter type. In addition, the word frequency and subsequent word clouds showed different personal concerns between VOC types and also between service types, respectively. The VOC analyses are expected to enable hospital managers to identity patient experiences and strategically apply them in practice. This will ultimately lead to the future of hospitals with improved patient satisfaction and higher service quality.

These days, floral arts demanded various forms of art works because of development of scientific civilization as well as expression media. This study made form of trees in geometric shape and expressed four dimensional visual perception by using holography as well as kinetic that were three dimensional image recording. The images of the leaves and roots of the trees expressed not only the work I but also the work Ⅱ in different cube so that three dimensional images of the hologram having splendid colored light were protruded as if the images had been floated in the space: And, the images expressed various forms of root image to be in contrast with textures by a variety of colored lights. Color effects were strongly produced in contrast with changes of color lumps, for instance, colors of tree forms inside hexagonal forms of transparent acrylic material, splendid colors of the spectrum that were produced by transparent colors and hologram of transparent material, and changes of various tones, etc. Active movement of hologram and kinetic created new images by different lights, colors and forms depending upon location of spectators and lighting.

Average food intake frequency per day at home was 3.2 times and average cariogenic food intake frequency per day at home 0.9 timeses. So, it was not seemed to practice diet control for priventing dental caries at home. 6. It was recommended that objectives, contents and method of dental health education about family dental health must be renovated. 7. Incremental dental care had been supplyed for only 24.9% of citizens, and 69.3% of citizens visited a dental clinic in their community.
