This study evaluated three forces (lifting, pushing and twisting) required to maneuver the single-wheel barrows according to handle height, width, horizontal angle and vertical angle, The four independent variables were varied in two levels. Handle height was varies in two levels: ``knuckle height (KH)`` and ``KH + 0.1 x stature``. The two handle widths were ``1.5 x shoulder width (SW)`` and ``1.75 x SW". Two angles of 0° and 15° were used for horizontal and vertical angles, The 24 factorial design was used in the experiment Twelve healthy male students (undergraduate and graduate) participated in the experiment Subjects exerted three forces (pushing, lifting, and twisting clockwise) in each experimental condition. The order of 16 treatment conditions was determined randomly. Re- stilts showed that the effects of the four factors were different according to three forces. While lifting and twisting forces were higher in ``knuckle height``, the pushing force was higher in ``KH + 0.1 x stature`` (p <0.05). Lifting and pushing forces showed higher values in the horizontal angle 0° than in 15°. Handle width and vertical angle showed no statistically significant main effects on three forces (p> 0.05). Results of this study could be used as basic data for the ergonomic design of handle variables of one- or two-wheel barrows.
한글 문자 가독성과 관련된 한국 표준 조사 및 문제점 파악

This study investigated the Korea Standards (KS) related to the Korean characters` readability and conduced a questionnaire survey about the readability of Korean characters in daily living conditions. Total eleven KS standards were analyzed and eight standards among them were found to be the same with ISO standards established for English characters, and one standard was based on Japanese standard. From the questionnaire survey, it was found that people have difficulties in reading Korean characters on the medical product, grocery product, and product manual. The main reasons for the discomforts in reading those products were character size and illumination. Thus, it is highly recommended that the experimental studies investigating the influences of various factors on readability of Korean characters should be conducted intensively, and KS standards should be established based on these experimental results.

This study proposed a methodology to identify the customer requirements to be used in the design of the web site to improve the usability. First, in the screening stage, seven criteria could be used to select the appropriate customer requirements list. After the first screening stage, qualitative grouping using the affinity diagram could be used to reduce the number of the customer requirements. Also, quantitative grouping method (cluster analysis) could be used by using the correlation data among the selected customer requirements, and cluster analysis could be conducted by using the evaluation data of several web-sites. These three grouping methods (one qualitative and two quantitative) showed quite different groups that the final selection should be conducted by considering the proposed groups by the three methods.

본 논문에서는 GK2 위성의 최종 조립시험단계의 극성시험 과정에서 태양센서에 전기자극을 주어 자세오차를 다양하게 모사하는 지상시험장치(Test-aid)의 개발과 검증에 관한 내용을 정리한다. 본 논문에서 GK2 위성에 사용되는 태양센서 Test-aid는 2축 아날로그 태양 센서를 대상으로 시험하는 것으로 고장으로 인한 백업을 고려하여 Test-aid의 국산화를 진행하였다. 또한, 시험을 통해 천리안위성에 사용되었던 Test-aid 특성과 국내업체를 통해 제작된 Test-aid의 특성이 기존 장비를 대체할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 국내 제작된 Test-aid는 기존의 천리안위성에 사용되었던 Test-aid와 달리 차이점이 생길시 제어기의 튜닝 기능을 이용하여 기존장비와 동일한 성능을 구사할 수 있음을 보였다. In this thesis, the development and the verification of the test-aid are described, providing various attitude errors through the electric stimulus to the Sun sensor. This test-aid for 2-axis analogue Sun sensor is used for polarity test in the assembly stage for GK2 satellite. The test-aid used for GK2 satellite is for COMS satellite and, due to the failure risk, manufactured by domestic company. The characteristics of the COMS test-aid used for GK2 satellite and the manufactured test-aid are showed with similar through the several tests. In this thesis, there are conformed the capability for replacing of test-aid because the characteristics of the manufactured test-aid is acquired same as that of the COMS test-aid using the controller tuning functions.
‘청탁금지법’ 초점사건, 집단동원, 의제설정 연구: 정책 태도 평가를 위한 어조값(Tone measures) 측정을 중심으로

본 연구는 ‘부정청탁 및 금품등 수수의 금지에 관한 법률(이하 청탁금지법)’ 제정과정을 사례로 선정하여 Birkland(1998)의 초점사건, 집단동원, 그리고 의제설정 차원에서 분석하고자 했다. 대통령, 의회, 헌법재판소 모두 청탁금지법의 입법취지 및 헌법합치에 대한 의견을 밝힐 때 세월호 사건을 언급한 바 있다. 이에 본 연구는 해당 법률과 세월호 사건 사이에 모종의 관계가 있을 것이라는 문제의식에서 시작되었다. 구체적으로 청탁금지법 통과에 영향을 끼친 초점사건이 있었는가?, 입법과정에서 의제설정과 집단동원을 확인할 수 있는가?에 대한 답을 찾고자 했다. 분석결과 세월호 사건은 Kingdon(2011)이 언급한 파급효과를 일으킨 다른 영역의 초점사건이었다. 정무위원회 회의록을 통해 공식적 행위자인 행정부와 입법부가 입법논의에 참여하여 최종산물인 위원회안을 도출해내는 동원에 나섰다는 것 또한 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 정책학적 관점을 반부패영역의 입법과정에 적용하여 연구질문을 해결했으며 입법적 개선을 제안함으로써 이론적・정책적 기여를 동시에 해냈다. This study was design to analyze the passage of Anti-corruption law in 2015. Many formal actors including the president, legislators, constitutional court noted that the passage was related to Sewol-ferry disaster. This study tried to find the existence of focusing event and agenda-setting and mobilization. The results showed that Sewol-ferry disaster was focusing event with a spill-over effect. Assembly proceedings supported our suggestion that the administration and legislative branch participate in discussions to reach an agreement. Our analysis brought mixed results on the convergence proposition. Committees couldn’t reach an agreement on interest conflict part of the bill. Failure to pass the part of the bill could make The Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission to introduce the regulation on conflict of interest in 2019. The linkage between two legislative attempts can be a prominent site for policy change by learning. Though newly enacted Anti-corruption law greatly increase the probability of punishment, Korean society still needs more diverse and effective monitoring instruments for public sector’s corruption. These instruments will increase the probability of being caught. By solving research questions and suggesting improvements, this study contributed not only academically but also practically.

최근, 기후변화의 영향으로 재생가능 자원 개발 문제가 큰 주목을 받고 있다. 리튬이온배터리(LIBs)는 화석 연료의 대안으로 제공되어 자동차 산업에서 특히 주목을 받고 있다. 그러나 LIB가 보여주는 배터리 수명과 해당 주행거리에 한계가 있다. LIB 내의 열 관리는 배터리 수명을 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 수동적 열 관리 시스템을 제공하는 상변이 물질(PCM)을 다양한 조건에서 분석하였다. PCM으로 덮인 LIB에서 얻은 결과는 덮지 않은 참조 셀에서 얻은 결과와 비교하였다. PCM은 온도를 조절하여 셀에 의해 나타나는 열화를 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 PCM은 LIB 성능의 개선을 촉진할 수 있음을 보여준다. At present, the issue of renewable resource development has attracted significant attention owing to the effects of climate change. Lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) have received particular attention within the automotive industry as they provide a viable fossil fuel alternative. However, the commercialization of electric vehicles is currently limited by the battery life, and corresponding mileage, exhibited by LIBs. Thermal management within the LIB is a significant factor in determining the lifetime of the battery. In this study, a phase change material (PCM), which provides a passive thermal management system, was analyzed under various conditions. The results obtained from the PCM-covered LIB were compared with those obtained from a reference cell without the PCM covering. It was shown that the PCM can regulate the cell temperature, thereby reducing the deterioration exhibited by the cell. This PCM characteristic can, therefore, facilitate an improvement in the LIB performance.
