        상호증류를 통한 SRGAN 판별자의 성능 개선

        Mutual distillation is a knowledge distillation method that guides a cohort of neural networks to learn cooperatively by transferring knowledge between them, without the help of a teacher network. This paper aims to confirm whether mutual distillation is also applicable to super-resolution networks. To this regard, we conduct experiments to apply mutual distillation to the discriminators of SRGANs and analyze the effect of mutual distillation on improving SRGAN’s performance. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that SRGANs whose discriminators shared their knowledge through mutual distillation can produce super-resolution images enhanced in both quantitative and qualitative qualities. 상호증류는 교사 네트워크 도움 없이 다수의 네트워크 사이에 지식을 전달함으로써 협력적으로 학습하도록 유도하는 지식증류 방법이다. 본 논문은 상호증류가 초해상화 네트워크에도 적용 가능한지 확인하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 상호증류를 SRGAN의 판별자에 적용하는 실험을 수행하고, 상호증류가 SRGAN의 성능 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 실험 결과, 상호증류를 통해 판별자의 지식을 공유한 SRGAN은 정량적, 정성적 화질이 개선된 초해상화 영상을 생성하였다.

        요양보호사 양성 교육프로그램에 대한 요양보호사의 평가

        Purpose: This study was done to evaluate the formal education program provided by the Korean government for care workers for frail elderly people. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey in which 438 certified care workers who had completed the education program participated. Data were collected from June to October 2009, using a self-report questionnaire consisting of satisfaction with, and understanding of the education program. Results: The participants had a mean age of 46.7 yr, 87.9% were female and 58.2% were high school graduates. For the theory part of the education, the highest score for understanding was for ‘supporting household & activities of daily living’ while the lowest score for understanding was for ‘care for death and dying’. For the practical education, the highest score for understanding was for ‘talking with the client’ and the lowest score was for ‘first aid & basic life support’. There was a significant difference in satisfaction and understanding of the theoretical and practical parts according to educational level. Conclusion: Continuing education programs are needed for care workers for elders, both in the theoretical and practical areas. Also the content of programs should address the weak points of this formal education program.

        In this paper, we present conference key authentication mechanism by employing an algebraic method on IMT-2000 environment To accomplish this, Symmetric Balanced Incomplete block design is applied for generating the communication key and then this key is distributed to participants Through this technique for creating a conference key and mutual authentications performed based on identification information, the communication protocol is designed The protocol presented minimizes the transmission complexity for generating a conference key On a special case the time complexity is O(v√v), where v is the number of participant. The security of the mechanism, which is a significant problem in the construction of Secure system, can be, proved as computationally difficult to calculate as factoring and discrete logarithms.

        Electronic check schemes are more efficient than electronic coin schemes with respect to computational costs and the amount of information exchanged, In spite of these, difficulties in making a refund reusable and in representing the face value of a check have discouraged its development. In this paper, a online electronic check system is presented, which solves the above problems. This system uses the partially blind signature to provide user anonymity and to represent the face value of a check. This partially blind signature is EC-KCDSA using ECC. Then this regards mobile terminals for using M-Commerce. The partially blind signature enables us to make the format of refunds and initially withdrawn checks identical and mobile. Thus, it allows refunds to be reused to buy goods without any limitations.

        류마티스 질환자의 피로와 통증 비교연구 : 강직성척추염, 섬유조직염, 루프스환자를 중심으로

        This study was designed to order descriptive data for nursing intervention for relief of fatigue and pain, and to distinguish by the characteristic difference and the symptoms such as fatigue and pain on Ankylosing Spondylitis(AS), Fibromyalgia(FM), and Systemic Lupus Erythematosus(SLE) patients. The sample consisted of 92 Patients(AS 29: FM 30; SLE 33) who visited H-University Rheumatism Hospital in Seoul The data were collected by a structured questionnaire from May 1. 1999 to April 30, 2000. The results were as follows: Patients of 95% experienced fatigue in the last week and a fatigue score of three disease groups were above average. The fatigue score of FM patients was highest in the other disease, but which was not a statistically significant difference(F= 1.417. p=.248). The mean score of AS and FM patients in pain was higher than the SLE patients, and there was the statistical significance among the three groups on pain (F=8.239. p=.001). There wasn't a statistical difference among three groups on coping wtih pain(F= 1.451, p=.240). There wasn't any correlation between fatigue and pain in each disease (AS. r=.008. p=.966; FM: r=.328, p=.077: SLE: r=.237,p=.185). Therefore, morning stillness and pain management during sleeping is needed through good body alignment in the AS patients. Adequate rest for fatigue and multiple coping strategies for pain maybe basic nursing intervention in FM and SLE. According to their fatigue rhythm. a regular exercise program is needed for rheumatic disease because they complained of fatigue above average and their fatigue was repeated bettor and worse only during the one week.

      • Plateau 및 Rise/Fall 시간의 변화에 따른 안구전정유발근전위의 변화

        Background and Objectives: The ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potential (OVEMP) is a recently discovered test of labyrinthine function, analogous to the cervical VEMP. Recent works have demonstrated the existence of OVEMPs, which likely reflect otolith-ocular reflex. The purpose of this study was to identify the optimal plateau and rise/fall times of short tone bursts to detect OVEMPs in healthy subjects. Materials and Methods: Thirteen healthy subjects (26 ears) were included in this study. Surface electromyographic activity was recorded from active electrodes placed inferior to each eye. Stimulation with 500 Hz short tone bursts was used. We used a variety of plateau and rise/fall times. Three different plateau times (1, 2, and 3 ms) and rise/fall times (0.5, 1, and 2 ms) were used. The incidence, amplitudes and latencies were compared. Results: VEMP responses were clearly observed in all 26 ears at the plateau time of 2 ms and two rise/fall times (0.5 and 1 ms). The amplitudes in the individual ears tested were lower at the rise/fall time of 2 ms than at the other conditions. The amplitudes were lower at the plateau time of 3 ms compared to the other conditions. When the rise/fall time was prolonged from 0.5 to 2 ms, the n1 and p1 latencies were prolonged in parallel. However, there was no such change in latencies according to the plateau times. Conclusions: Our findings show that the ideal stimulation pattern for evoking OVEMP is at the rise/fall times of 0.5 or 1 ms and the plateau time of 2 ms. The waveform morphology of the VEMP responses observed with this stimulation pattern was simultaneously the most constant and marked.         Cumulative Radiation Exposure during Follow-Up after Curative Surgery for Gastric Cancer

        Objective: To quantify the cumulative effective dose (cED) of radiation due to repeated CT and PET/CT examinations after curative resection of gastric cancer and to assess the lifetime attributable risk (LAR) estimates based on Biological Effects of Ionizing Radiation VII models. Subjects and Methods: Patients who underwent a curative resection for gastric cancer between January 2006 and December 2006 and were followed-up until May 2010 were included in this study. The cED was calculated by using the dose-length product values and conversion factors for quantitative risk assessment of radiation exposure. cED and LAR were compared between early and advanced gastric cancer patients and among American Joint Committee on Cancer TNM stage groups (stage I, II, and III). The nonparametric Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis tests, followed by a post-hoc analysis with Bonferroni adjustment, were employed as part of the statistical analysis. Results: The overall median cED was 57.8 mSv (interquartile range [IQR], 43.9-74.7). The cED was significantly higher in the advanced (median, 67.0; IQR, 49.1-102.3) than in the early gastric cancer group (median, 52.3; IQR, 41.5-67.9) (p < 0.001), and increased as the TNM stage increased. For radiation exposure, 62% of all patients received an estimated cED of over 50 mSv, while 11% of patients received over 100 mSv. The median LAR of cancer incidence was 0.28% (IQR, 0.20-0.40) and there were significant differences between the early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer group (p < 0.001) as well as among the three TNM stage groups (p = 0.015). The LAR of cancer incidence exceeded 1% in 2.4% of the patients. Conclusion: The cED increases proportionally along with tumor stage and, even in early gastric cancer or stage I patients, cED is much higher than that found among the general population. Considering the very good prognosis of early gastric cancer after curative surgery, the cED should be considered when designing a postoperative follow-up CT protocol.         Gastritis Cystica Polyposa in the Unoperated Stomach: A Case Report

        Gastritis cystica polyposa (GCP) is an uncommon lesion that usually develops at the gastroenterostomy site. A 57-year-old man visited a hospital with a complaint of melena. He did not have any surgical history or past medical history. Endoscopy was performed to evaluate the cause of melena, and a polypoid cystic mass in the stomach was found on an endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography. The polypoid cystic mass did not show any enhancing solid portion on a computed tomography. The gastric lesion was conclusively confirmed as GCP through endoscopic submucosal dissection. We report a rare case of GCP that occurred in an unoperated stomach.

        주시 방향에 따른 안구전정유발근전위의 변화 양상

        Background and Objectives:Recent works have demonstrated the existence of ocular vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (OVEMPs), which reflects otolith-ocular reflex. The purpose of this study was to identify an appropriate gaze position to detect OVEMPs produced by air-conducted sound stimulation in healthy subjects. Subjects and Method:Twenty four healthy subjects (35 ears) were included in this study. Surface electromyographic activity was recorded from active electrodes placed inferior to each eye. Stimulation with 500 Hz short tone bursts was used to activate the vestibular end-organs. Results:Sound stimulation evoked negative-positive biphasic responses on both ipsilateral and contralateral eyes, while responses were contralateral eye-dominant. Contralateral eye responses had higher response incidence and larger amplitudes. Altering the direction of gaze generally changed the incidence and size of the inter-peak amplitudes. The higher incidence and larger amplitudes were recorded when the eyes are directed to the superior and ipsilateral side to the sound stimulation. In that gaze position, the amplitude was 5.3 μV, the first negative peak latency was 10.5 ms and the following positive peak latency was 15.4 ms on the average. Conclusion: OVEMPs can be evoked using an air-conducted 500 Hz tone burst and are best recorded contralaterally with a upward gaze towards the source of sound stimulation. Further changes of the test parameters are needed for higher and consistent responses.
