배우의 얼굴을 통한 내면의 표현 : 벨라 발라즈 이론을 중심으로, <오징어게임> 얼굴에 대한 미학적 고찰

The human face contains the mind, emotion, soul, spirit, personality, existence, and narrative. Like this, the face contains many inner expressions. This study hopes that the aesthetic discussion on the face will proceed more actively, and pay attention to the inner expression through the face of the actor in the movie. Focusing on the film theory of Bella Ballaz, it is suggested that the fine expression of facial expressions mentioned by him should be extended to the acting discourse, and pay attention to the close-up of the face in the Korean video content <Squid Game>, which has recently received worldwide attention. As the camera closes up the actor's face and begins to dramatically capture the changes and expressions implied therein, the actor's face begins to illuminate anew. The close-up of the face is the limitless potential of the film, and the outstanding concreteness of the actors' performances. I have come to the conclusion that this is the obvious reason why Bella Ballaz's subtle expression of expression should be applied to acting art. Through research, we focus on the complementary organic relationship between cinematic images and close-ups, facial aesthetics and acting, and focus more on the inner meaning expressed in them. It was intended to prove that the face in the movie, which induces self-identification and self-reflection from the audience and allows them to enjoy deep immersion, exists with the work and creates the image of the work. It is significant that the aesthetic discourse on the face was extended to the acting art, referring to the importance that the expression of the actor's face and minute expressions is directly related to the acting.

This study was carried out through the investigation of above literature, we dibide the etiology of constipation and reserched the prescription and purgative medicine of Bang-Yak-Hap-peun. The result of this study as follows. 1. The etiology of constipation was cold, hot, stasis of Qi, deficiency of kidney Yin, imbalance of Yin and Yang, and difficiency of blood and so on. 2. Herb medicine including pugative component were RHIZOMA RHEI, SEMEN CASSIAE, RADIX EUPHORB IAE PEKINSIS, SEMEN RICINI. 3. In Bang-Yak-Hap-Peun prescription about constipation, Such herb midicines as RADIX ANGELICAE GIGANTIS, CAULIS CISTANCHIS, SEMEN PRUNI JAPONICAE were related with purgation, and RHIZOMA ALESMATIS was not related with purgation.

요추간판탈출증에 있어서 좌골신경통을 수반한 요통에 대한 임상적 연구

Fifty four cases of Herniated Lumbar Disc who were admitted at the Oriental Medical Hospital attached to Won Kwang University were treated and observed clinically from Feb. lst, 1983 to sep. 1. The distribution of sex in the Herniated Lumbar Disc group was male 55.5%, female 44.5% and the male to female ratio was 1.25 :1. The distribution of age was the thirties most predominant as 31.4%, followed by the twenties and the fourties. 2. The duration of illness was divided into Chronic group (symptoms longer than 6 months), Subacute group (symptoms 1-6 months) and Acute group (symptoms less than 1 month). Chronic group was mist predominant as 55.6%, Subacute group was present in 29.6%, and Acute group was present in 14.8%, but the majority of the Chronic group had not taken any appropriate treatments until the disease became chronic. 3. Low Back Pain and Sciatia were chief symptoms of Herniated Lumbar Disc, both of the two were most predominant as 67%, And all patients were suffered fron Low Back Pain in acute stage, but sciatica increased and Low Back Pain decreased as chronic stage advanced. 4. On physical examination, straight leg raising test was positive (below 60˚) in 68%, sensory changes in 22%, and deep tendon reflex changes in 26%. 5. Most frequent level of herniation was L_4-L_5 intervertebral space 42.5%, followed by L_5-S_1 intervertebral space 35.1%. 6. The duration of treatment of 2-3 weeks most predominant as 46.2%, followe by 1-2 weeks. 7. The improvement of therapy on the Herniated Lumbar Disc showed following results ; Exeellent 20.7%, good 60%, Not improve 17%, poor 3.3%, and so the rate of improvement was 80.7%.

玉女煎이 Alloxan家兎의 血糖에 미치는 影響

Alloxan is administrated to rabbits to induce the expenimental diabetes and OK-NYEU- JEON is administrated to observe the change of blood sugar level, in order to find out the effect of diabetic treatment by experimental method. And thus, the result is as follows: 1. The blood sugar level were significantly decreased at the Ist day, the qthday, after administration of OKNYEU-JEON. 2. However it is not significantly decreased at the 3rd day, the 5th day, the 7th day and the 11th day after administration of OKNYEU-JEON. 3. According to above result the effect of OKNYEU-JEON after the administration of Alloxan to rabbits induced by experimental method tends to decrease in the increased blood sugar levels but showed inconsistanly.

It has heen known for a long time that Yuk Mi Ji Hwang Tang water extract can be prescribed for the treatment of deficiency of Yin in oriental medicine. But the exact mechanism of it has not heen known yet. In the prescnt experiment, it was attempted to explain the effect of Yuk Mi Ji Hwang Tang water extract on the high blood pressure and plasma renin activity in two kidney one clip Goldblatt hypertensive rats. Yuk Mi Ji Hwang Tang water extract oral in take showed a depression of blood pressure in hypertensive rats. Intravenous injection of Yuk Mi Ji Hwang Tang water extract depressed blood pressure and plasma renin activity in hypertensive rats. Renin secretion rate was decreased by intrarenal infusion of Yuk Mi ji Hwang Tang water extract in conscious rabbits. These data suggest that Yuk Mi Ji Hwang Tang water extract can depress high blood pressure, and that the mechanism for it may be elicited by suppression of the renin secretion from kidney in two kidney one clip Goldblatt hypertensive rats.

枳實에 의한 아나필락시의 抑制效果

The effect of water extract of Poncirus trifoliata fruit (ATFE) on compound 48/80 induced anaphylaxis was studied in the rat. The following results have obtained. 1. Optimal lethal dose of compound 48/80 was 8ug/gm B.W. 2. PTFE was found to exhibit an inhibitory activity on the anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80. 3. Administration of PTFE 60 min before or 5 min after had a better result than 10 min after anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80. 4. PTFE also inhibited significantly the serum histamine release in anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in the rat. 5. Administration of PIFE before 30 min decreased PCA reaction induced by anti DNP-IgE and DNP-HSA. This result indicates that poncirus trifoliata suppresses the anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 with decreasing the serum histamine release.

게이미피케이션 융합콘텐츠 연구: <잼라이브>에 나타난 게임의 형식적 요소를 중심으로

Recently, various media such as broadcasting, movies, and mobile converge with game elements, expanding the contents and expanding the area. This study focuses on the gamification convergence contents. Among them, we examine the case of mobile application live quiz show <JAM LIVE> by applying the formal elements of the game mentioned by Tracy Fullerton. The <JAM LIVE> elements have all the formal elements of the game, which led to the conclusion that they lead the audience to immersion based on the play characteristics of the game. This can be attributed to the elements of the game that have penetrated into the contents, and it can be reinterpreted, and the directions of new contents can be presented, which is industrially, culturally and academically significant. This study focuses on the industrial and cultural achievements created by <JAM LIVE> contents, and plans and prospects new content that balances play and usefulness. 최근 들어 방송, 영화, 모바일 등 다양한 매체가 게임 요소와 융합하며 콘텐츠의 확대와 영역 확장을 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 게이미피케이션 융합콘텐츠에 주목한다. 그 중에서도, 트레이시 풀러턴이 언급한 8가지 게임의 형식적 요소를 적용하여 모바일 어플리케이션 라이브 퀴즈쇼 <잼라이브> 사례를 분석한다. <잼라이브> 속 요소들은 게임의 형식적 요소를 모두 지니고 있어 게임이라는 놀이 특성에 기반하여 수용자를 몰입으로 이끈다는 결론을 도출케 했다. 이는 콘텐츠 속에 침투한 게임의 요소에 주목하고 이를 재해석하여, 새로운 콘텐츠의 방향을 제시할 수 있어 산업적 문화적 학문적으로 유의미하다. 본 연구는 <잼라이브> 콘텐츠가 창출하는 산업적 문화적 성과에까지 집중하여, 유희와 유용의 균형을 이룬 새로운 콘텐츠를 기획·전망하고 이를 고찰한다.
