공적개발원조의 거버넌스 원칙 : 한-네팔 친선병원 건립사업 재구성

경제발전과 국제사회의 위상 확대로 우리나라는 2009년 경제협력개발기구(Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development: OECD)산하 개발원조위원회(Development Assistance Committee: DAC)의 회원국이 되었으며, 개발도상국을 지원하는 개발원조 공여국이 되었다. 그러나 지원 규모의 양적인 증가에도 불구하고 공적개발원조 사업의 적절성 및 효율성에 대한 문제가 제기되었다. 본 연구에서는 보건부문 공적개발원조 사업의 일환으로 수행된 한국-네팔 친선병원 건립사업을 사례로 문제의 원인을 파악하는 것을 주목적으로 한다. 분석 결과 협력 부족, 법령상의 모순, 업무처리의 소홀과 처리지연이 공적개발원조 사업의 효율성을 저해하는 요인임을 할 수 있었다. 따라서 공적개발원조 사업 추진 및 실행단계에서 면밀한 조사, 분석이 필요하며 공여국과 수원국간 원활한 소통과 원만한 실행을 위한 교육이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

온라인 의류 쇼핑 사이트의 제품 사이즈 정보 실태 분석 - 여성용 테일러드 재킷을 중심으로 -

This study investigates the apparel sizing communication presented in online retail websites focusing on women’s ready-to-wear tailored jackets and to analyze the meaning of these information as the actual product size guide factor. A total of 34 retail websites were selected based on the highest growth fashion companies list and the best fashion brands list. We collected size information in two types: size specifications including sizing code, body measurements, garment measurements, and size references including customized size guide tools, size information in customer reviews, model size information, and others. Most websites prefer to present garment measurements rather than body measurements that are recommended notations under Korean standards and related regulations. In addition, there was the absence of consistency in presenting measurements list and terms that can confuse consumers in size communication. This study found that the stature measurement was a key factor in size reference despite that it did not represent a proper garment size. The obsolete Korean numbering sizing code such as ‘55 and ‘66 was still used in many ways such as idiomatic expressions for body shape. It also implied that we can take advantage of the old sizing code for accessible size information. The finding of this study gives an in-depth diagnosis of current online sizing information problems and suggests useful basic data for developing online apparel size standards and marketing strategies.

대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사의 고용불안정성이 교사효능감, 교사-학생관계, 교사헌신에 미치는 영향

· 연구 주제: 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사들의 고용불안정성, 교사효능감, 교사-학생관계, 교사헌신 간의 구조적 관계를 파악하고, 교사효능감과 교사-학생관계의 매개효과를 검증하였다. · 연구 배경: 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 효율성 제고를 위해 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사의 지속적인 고용유지 필요성에 대한 기초적인 연구가 필요하다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 선행연구는 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 운영 성과를 평가하기 위해 실시된 연구로 이를 일반화하기에는 한계가 있으므로 본 연구에서 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사를 대상으로 고용불안정성이 교사효능감, 교사-학생관계, 교사헌신에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구하였다. · 연구방법: 서울, 경기 교육청으로부터 대안교육 민간 위탁기관으로 지정 받은 민간 위탁기관에 소속 된 교사들을 조사대상자로 선정하였으며, 최종 260부를 실증분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 및 AMOS 통계프로그램을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였다. · 연구결과: 실증분석결과 다음과 같이 나타났다. 첫째, 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사들의 고용불안정성은 교사효능감과 교사-학생관계에 통계적으로 의미 있는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사들의 교사효능감은 교사-학생관계에 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사들의 교사-학생관계는 교사헌신에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사들의 고용불안정성은 교사효능감을 매개하여 교사헌신에 간접영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 다섯째, 고용불안정성은 교사효능감과 교사-학생관계를 이중매개하여 교사헌신에 유의한 간접영향이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 대안교육 민간 위탁기관 교사의 교사 헌신을 강화하기 위해서는 안정적인 고용과 열악한 처우를 개선하여 고용불안정성을 줄이고, 교사효능감, 교사-학생관계를 향상시키는 방안이 필요함을 본 연구를 통해 확인하였다. · Research topics: The purpose of this study is to identify the structural relations among employment instability, teacher efficacy, teacher-student relations, and teacher commitment of private entrusted teachers of alternative education. This study also aims for investigating the mediating effect of teacher efficacy and teacher-student relations. · Research background: Fundamental research on the necessity of maintaining continuous employment of teachers in private entrusted institutions of alternative education is a prerequisite to improving the effectiveness of private entrusted institutions of alternative education. · Differences from prior research: Although the previous research was conducted to evaluate the performance of private entrusted institutions of alternative education, there is a limit to generalizing it to the effect of employment instability of teachers. Therefore, this study investigated the structural relations among employment instability, teacher efficacy, teacher-student relations, and teacher commitment of private entrusted teachers of alternative education, and the mediating effect of teacher efficacy and teacher-student relations as well. · Research method: To achieve the purpose of this study, teachers who belong to private entrusted institutions of alternative education commissioned by the Seoul and Gyeonggi Office of Education were selected as survey subjects, and a total of 260 copies were used for empirical analysis. · Research results: The empirical analysis indicated that (i) the employment instability of teachers in private entrusted institutions of alternative education had a statistically significant negative effect on both teacher efficacy and teacher-student relations. Also, (ii)the teacher efficacy in private entrusted institutions of alternative education had a significant effect on teacher-student relations. It was subsequently found that (iii) the teacher-student relations in private entrusted institutions of alternative education had a statistically significant effect on teacher commitment. Based on these structural relations among employment instability, teacher efficacy, teacher-student relations, and teacher commitment, we could conclude that (iv) the employment instability of teachers in private entrusted institutions of alternative education affected indirectly teacher commitment through mediating teacher efficacy. In addition, (v) the employment instability had a significant indirect influence on teacher commitment by double mediating teacher efficacy and teacher-student relations. · Contribution points and expected effects: This study reveals that it is essential to plan to improve stable employment and inadequate treatment to reduce employment instability and improve teacher efficacy and teacher-student relations, thereby strengthening the teacher commitment to private entrusted institutions of alternative education.

이명환자에 대한 기존 치료법과 병행한 경두개 직류전기 자극치료 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out the efficacy of treatment of tinnitus when used Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) with existing methods such as Tinnitus Retraining Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Sound therapy and tympanic injection therapy (dexa-methasone administration). Methods: We collected data from sixty tinnitus patients excluding patients with any other diseases. We divided sixty patients into two group, the control group and the experimental group. Thirty patients of the control group were treated using only the existing methods, and thirty patients of the experimental group were treated using the existing methods and tDCS together. Results: The control group showed a significant decrease in only Korea adaptation of Tinnitus Handicap Inventory (K-THI) socre (p < 0.05) from 43.4 to 27.2. However, the experimental group showed a significant decrease in both K-THI score from 46.4 to 21.1 and tinnitus loudness from 14 dB sensation level (SL) to 8.8 dB SL (p < 0.05). The efficacy of tDCS in patients with tinnitus could not be fully confirmed by the current study because of the limited number of patients, but this study demonstrated a significant improvement of tinnitus intensity and K-THI score. Conclusion: tDCS is considered to be a promising tool for tinnitus management.

온라인 의류 쇼핑 사이트의 제품 사이즈 정보 실태 분석 - 여성용 바지를 중심으로 -

This study aims to analyze the sizing information of women's ready-to-wear pants as indicated on online retail websites and to suggest better sizing communication that can assist customers in making successful apparel size selections. We gathered size specifications and size reference information for basic straight pants from 34 online apparel retail websites. Although the Korean standard recommends labeling the body dimension-based sizing code and specification, most websites preferred to use various types of sizing codes. Body measurements were only used by a few websites, and garment dimension descriptions were the most common method to indicate product size. Many websites provided size reference information through customer review boards and fit model images, however, there was insufficient body size information to allow customers to infer the fit of their body type. When using the size guidance tools, the major data input points were stature and weight measurements. However, the waist mea- surements of pants sizes guided only by stature and weight values revealed inconsistent ease allowance for cor- responding body size populations, especially in the overweight group. Based on our findings, we propose a more effective method of communicating the size information of pants online. We expect that this will contribute to the efficiency of online apparel product display and build a better shopping environment that satisfies both sellers and consumers.

Optimization of Ultra High Pressure Extraction (UHPE) Condition for Puffed Ginseng Using Response Surface Methodology

Response surface methodology (RSM) was usedto determine the optimum ultra high pressure extraction(UHPE) conditions for two independent variables, pressureand time. Extraction yield and crude saponin contentincreased with both pressure and time. Treatment time, inparticular, greatly affected extraction yield and crudesaponin content. The optimum conditions for maximizingeither extraction yield or crude saponin content weredetermined to be 446.46 MPa for 14.84 min and 450 MPafor 15 min, respectively. The extraction yield and crudesaponin content obtained using conditions optimized foreach individual parameter were 22.67±1.23% and 16.59±0.76 mg/g, respectively. On the other hand, extractionperformed according to conditions optimized for bothextraction yield and crude saponin content produced 23.47±1.04% and 16.59±0.76 mg/g, respectively. Moreover,UHPE was one of the most effective extraction methodscompared to other extraction methods (heat reflux,ultrasound-assisted and microwave-assisted extractions).

Play therapy, developed by child psychologists, has evolved into a variety of forms. Despite its long history, play therapy is still a valuable therapeutic method for resolving psychosocial challenges. It is used throughout the world and applicable for both youths and infants. Playing itself has both diagnostic and therapeutic values. The toys and patterns of play can manifest the un『derlying psychological status of children and function as the mediators between therapists and patients. The crucial issue here is that the face-to-face interaction between the therapists and the children is the key to play therapy. Modern society is overloaded with smart technology, such as smartphones, tablet PCs, iPads, and social networking services (SNS). Given the advances in in『formation technology (IT), far beyond what we could have imagined, the current generation is more familiar with iPads or smartphones than with rattle toys or television. Traditional face-to-face interaction has been replaced by SNS communication. This study explores whether the IT environment of computers, smartphones, SNS, or online games can be adapted as a new modality of play therapy and how it could be applied in real treatment settings. 보건의료인력의 이직 및 직무만족 관련 요인: 치과기공사를 중심으로

This study conducted a survey that aims to prevent turnover and improve working conditions of dental technicians, who are health and medical personnel, and found the following. Firstly, there were more male respondents than female. The most common working experience of them range from more than 5 years to less than 10 years, which account for 30.3% and 45.5% of respondents were dental ceramists. Regarding period of continuous service 40.9% of respondents serve in more than 1 year to less than 3 years, which is more than double that of those who serve in more than 3 years to less than 5 years. Their average working hours of more than 10 hours were shown as 60.6%. Secondly, the result of analyzing the factors affecting turnover intention of dental technicians, wage factor shows significantly different from working hours. Colleague relationship factor shows significantly different from gender, career, job, work hours, and turnover experiences, and promotion factor also shows significantly different from gender, career, job, salary, turnover experiences. Relaxation factor showed a significant difference with a career, job, working hours, wages, and turnover experience; opinion reflection factor showed causality with continuous service period, wages, and turnover experience; working conditions factor showed a significant difference with gender. Finally, in the correlation between turnover factor, relaxation factor showed the strongest correlation, and working conditions, promotion and wages also give account of a turnover.
