        여자프로 농구경기의 승ㆍ패에 따른 기술 내용 분석

        The purpose of this study who to analyze a play-skill factor of six teams in the basic of the play record of '2000 Women's Professional Basketball Summer League. The need of this study is to offer some skill factors for improving the tactics of Women's Korea Professional Basketball team in korea and show more useful training method for teaching Basketball through comparing and analyzing the records of the wining games and losing games. Twelve skill factors expected to have an effect to the game who analyzed. First, it shows by significant inspection between wining games and losing games that there are significant differences in two point shoot rate, assist, first break and still Second, the most important skill factors that contributed to the total score of the wining games in '2000 Women's Professional Basketball Summer League is three point shoot rate. And two point shoot rate, free throw rate, first break, still, and defense rebound fellow it.

        초등학교 체육교과 전담제의 현황과 개선방안

        The purpose of this study is to research present situations and the awareness of physical education specialist and to analyze the management realities of physical education specialist system of elementary school to provide suggestions to fix and improve an effective management system. The Questionnaire method was used for this research, and Questions were reconstructed with reference to the study of preceeding research data (Odujun, 1998 . Gimjungsaeng, 1999). The following conclusion were resulted from research data analysis. First, 12 elementary schools out of surveyed 15 schools have a physical education specialist system, however, it is not fully activated in the elementary school because schools tend to take this system regardless of the number of classes. Moreover, the working condition of physical education specialists is not good due to the heavy duty including supplementary classes besides physical education. According to the investigation on selection standard of physical education specialists, 50.0% of them were selected by the decision of principal or vice headmaster of school. Second, for the reason of which physical education requires special teacher's expert knowledge and function, the teacher who has a special skilled ability must take the exclusive charge of physical education to promote efficiency and to instruct students with an adequate guidance of physical education. Though many class teachers are in strongly need of physical education specialists for more effective physical education, some of class teachers avoid this system because of harder instruction than other subject instruction. Third, the biggest problem of physical education specialist system is that School personnel administrations tend to arrange physical specialists without having serious consideration of their talent and ability and lack of expert knowledge on physical education shows up another problem. The priority matters to improve this system are building a gymnasium, supplementation of equipments and facilities. Appeared that 54.5% of elementary school teachers have an opinion about appointing a qualified middle-high school physical education teacher to the physical education specialist of elementary school. Considering the training system and the device for demand and supply of the physical education specialists, established education systems are needed for which 1 teacher-1subject major and 1-subject minor subject of Art and Physical department and the research showed that National University of Education must select new students by each subject for training of physical education specialist.

        테니스선수의 성별과 수준에 따른 경쟁불안의 변화

        The purpose of this study is to help players give full play to their game competency by timely adjusting it before the play, after examining change of competitive anxiety level by sex and technical level of tennis player, and time-to-even. This study selected 90 male and female players (male 40, female 50 / Superior group 44, Inferior group 46 persons) who participated in the 54th Student Championships, Korea as the subject, and used CSAI-2 questionnaires developed by Martens to measure cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence. After then, this study checked them by 5-step time-to-even paradigm including one-week, 2days, a day, 2 hours, and 30 minutes before play, which was applied by Jones, Swain, and Cale. This study carried out repetitive analysis of variance by using SPSS statistical program to test the difference of competitive anxiety by sex, technical level, and time. The results are as follows: 1. There wasn't any significant difference between male and female players at the level of cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence by sex. 2. There wasn't any significant difference between superior players and inferior players at cognitive anxiety by technical level. But superior player showed higher self-confidence and lower somatic anxiety in comparison with inferior players. 3. The cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety by time were increased to all the players including male and female players, superior and inferior player when the game was pressing, while the level of self-confidence was gradually reduced to them when the game was pressing. In conclusion, their competitive anxiety supported the theory called by multi-dimensional, so to lower the level of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety and to raise the level of self-confidence appeared to be a device which can promote game competency. Accordingly it is necessary to apply different technique to reduce anxiety by level of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety with developing a training program which can raise self-confidence.

        아웃도어 스포츠의 챌린지 로프코스교육이 참가자의 개인수준 요인에 미치는 영향

        The study was performed to investigate the changes in individual participant's level factors according to demographic characteristics before and after performing a challenge rope course training so as to utilize it as a training program proper to the demand of enterprises. The employees of company A who were participating in a study and training program of the company in a challenge course of H in-service training institute in Kyeunggi-do were interviewed by the author after enough explanation about how to answer the questionnaire. All the questionnaire were retrieved. The survey was performed 1 day before and right after the training with the same questionnaire. The findings about the changes in individual level factors are as follows. 1. By gender, desire for accomplishment, sense of self-competence, leadership, and interpersonal cooperation were higher before the training than after, and in men than in women. Organization identification was not significantly different between men and women. 2. By whether or not married, desire for accomplishment, sense of self-competence, leadership, subgroup identification, and interpersonal cooperation, all these were higher after the training than before, and in the married than in the unmarried. 3. By age, desire for accomplishment, leadership, organization identification, and interpersonal cooperation were higher in the 40s than in the 20~30s, and after the training than before. Sense of self-competence was higher in the 30~40s than in the 20s. 4. By academic background, desire for accomplishment, leadership, and interpersonal cooperation were higher after the training than before, and in the university graduated than in the 2 year college graduated or those above university graduation. Sense of self-competence was higher in the 2 year college graduated than in the university graduated and those of above university graduation. 5. By job classification, desire for accomplishment and leadership were higher after the training than before, and in white collar job than in production and research jobs. Sense of self-competence and interpersonal cooperation were higher in white collar job and research job than in the production job. Organization identification was higher in production job and white collar job than in research job. 6. By position, desire for accomplishment and leadership were higher after the training than before, and in those above manager than in the staffs and the deputy managers. Sense of self-competence was higher in those above deputy manger than in the staffs. Organization identification was higher in the deputy managers and managers than in the staffs. Interpersonal cooperation was higher in those above deputy general manager than in the staffs and managers, and in the deputy managers than in the staffs. 7. By job experience, desire for accomplishment was higher in those with more than 9 years of experience than in those with less than 3 years and 3 to 5 years of experience. Sense of self-competence was higher in those with less than 5 years and more than 9 years than in those with less than 3 years. Leadership was higher in those with less than 3 years than in those with 3-5 years, and in those with more than 9 years than in those with more than 5 years. Organization identification was higher in those with more than 9 years than in those with less than 5 years. Based on the above findings, the challenge rope course training of outdoor sports gave positive effects to individual level(desire for accomplishment, self-competence, leadership, and interpersonal cooperation). Thus, the challenge rope course training is expected to become an effective program in activating the team system that the enterprises are currently requiring.

        태권도와 태극권 수련자의 성격특성 비교

        The purpose of this study was to analyze to compare their characters though trainees of Taekwondo and Taegukkwon. This study carried out group interview to 142 students for Taekwondo group at the Department of Taekwondo, K -university, Daegu Metropolitan City, and 124 students for Taegeukkwon group at the Department of Martial Arts, Shenyang Physical Education College, China, and then, collected the effective questionnaires from 210 students(84.8%) excluding insincere respondents. The results are as follows : First, in comparison by event, Taekwondo showed higher significance than Taegeukkwon at intelligence, self-intensity, passion, and guilty conscience, while Taegeukkwon showed higher significance than Taekwondo at susceptibility, distrust, progressiveness, and self-satisfaction. Second, in comparison by sex, boy students showed higher significance than girl students at geniality, self-intensity, morality, susceptibility, and practicality, while girl students showed higher significance than boy students at intelligence and self-satisfaction. Third, in comparison by career and event(boy students) Taekwondo showed higher adventure, susceptibility and mastery than Taegeukkwon in case under 5years, while Taegeukkwon showed higher tendency in case of 6years or more. Fourth, the mastery and the guilty conscience was significantly high to Taekwondo and Taegeukkwon(girl students) at the more career. Howerever Taekwondo showed higher guilty conscience than Taegeukkwon. In case under 5years, Taegeukkwon showed higher morality, while Taekwondo showed higher morality in case of 6years or more. However, in case under 5years, Taekwondo showed higher speculation, while Taegeukkwon showed higher speculation in case of 6years or more. In conclusion, Taekwondo appeared to be more brisk and positive in comparison with Taegeukkwon, while Taegeukkwon could be considered to be more stable and self-centered.

        웨이트 트레이닝과 써키트 웨이트트레이닝의 부하강도가 체력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of loading intensity of weight training and circuit weight training on physical fitness by comparing the exercise results of student groups. College of physical education-bound students were sampled for the study. The sample was divided into five groups. Four groups exercised three sets of weight training with the loading intensity 80%, 50% of 1RM each and three times of circuit weight training with the same loading intensity for eight weeks while the other group did not do any training. Weight and circuit training proceeded according to the elements of physical fitness such as power, agility, flexibility, muscular fitness, muscular endurance, speed which are usually estimated in most physical ability tests for admission to a college of physical education. In conclusion, both the tested four groups and the regulated group displayed some different increase in the record after exercising. However, there was no record difference revealed due to training method. It is considered that the weight training effect which weight training and circuit weight training have in common led to this result.

        테니스 선수들의 기능수준에 따른 경쟁불안의 변화

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of competitive anxiety level following to technical level, sex and specific times before plays of tennis players. This study selected 64 male and female players(male 31, female 33 / superior group 31, inferior group 33 persons) who participated in the 1st Nassau tennis tournament and used CSAI-2 questionnaires developed by Martens to measure cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety and self-confidence. After then, this study checked them by 5-step time-to-even paradigm including one-week, 2 days, one day and 2 hours before play, which was applied by Jones, Swain and Cyale, This study carried out repetitive analysis of variance by using SPSS statistical program to test the difference of competitive anxiety by sex, technical level and time. The results are as follows: 1. There wasn't any significant difference between superior players and inferior players of cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety. At self-confidence, superior players are significantly higher than inferior players. 2. There wasn't any significant difference between superior players and inferior players at cognitive anxiety, self-confidence in male players. 3. There wasn't any significant difference between superior players and inferior players at cognitive anxiety, self-confidence in female players. 4. The cognitive anxiety and somatic anxiety by time were increased in all the players including superior and inferior players when the play was coming. Otherwise there wasn't any difference between superior and inferior players. In conclusion, the difference of competitive anxiety among players divided to the superior and the inferior by technical level was not significant, these results could be suggested that personal fitness, capacity of training, effort were more influent to victory and defeat of plays than mental competitive anxiety.
