아파트매매가격과 경제성장률 간의 VECM 분석 -서울 및 광역시별 비교 분석-

This research is the empirical study on price fluctuation in housing market, using time series data of the rate of economic growth and transaction based APT index from the 1Q 1986 to the 4Q 2012. The Vector Error Correction Model can be used, since the long-run equilibrium relation is verified by the result from the trace test of co-integration between the rate of economic growth and APT price of the six metropolitan cities including Seoul. Consecutive verifications of Exogeneity, Impulse response function and Analysis of variance confirm that the rate of economic growth is the long-term pioneer variable of APT price in sequence. And through the Error Analysis of variance, we can see that the gradual rising in importance of economic growth rate in regional APT market as time goes by. The APT price in Seoul impacts more in Daegu, Daejeon than in its region itself and less in Pusan, Ulsan. And it is insignificant level in Gwangju. In brief, the APT price tend to follow the economic growth rate in economical point of view without the concern of regional characteristics and indigenous individuality. Especially the APT price in Seoul exercise a far-reaching influence on other regional APT price. It can be a useful information for the participant in real estate market and also meaningful guidance for government’s real estate policy. 본 연구는 1986년 1분기부터 2012년 4분기까지의 경제성장률과 아파트 매매 지수의 시계열 자료를 이용하여 주택시장에서의 아파트 가격 변동에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하였다. 서울을 비롯한 6대광역시의 아파트 가격과 경제성장률 간 공적분 트레이시 검정 결과 장기 균형관계가 확인되어 벡터오차수정모형을 이용하였고, 외생성 검정과 충격반응분석, 분산분해분석으로 이어지는 연속 검증에서 일관되게 경제성장률은 아파트 가격의 장기 선도 변수임을 확인하였다. 또한, 오차분산분석을 통한 지역별 아파트 시장을 살펴보면 개별 지역에서 경제성장률에 의해서 설명되는 비율이 시간이 흐를수록 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 서울지역의 아파트 가격은 인천과 대구, 대전 지역에는 해당 지역 자체 보다 더 큰 수준으로, 부산과 울산 지역에는 약간 낮은 수준으로 영향을 미치지만 광주 지역에는 아주 낮은 수준의 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 지역적 특성과 고유의 개별성을 감안하지 않고 단지 경제적 측면에서의 아파트 가격은 장기적으로는 경제성장률로 수렴되는 경향이 있으며, 서울의 아파트 가격은 우리나라의 지역별 아파트 가격에 일정부분 영향을 준다는 것이다. 이것은 부동산 시장 참여자에게 유익한 정보가 될 수 있고 정부의 주택 정책에 있어 서울지역 아파트 가격의 회복이 주택 시장 정상화의 주요 관건이라는 신호를 제공해 준다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Exterior Design Composition of Building on City blocks Corners in Gwangju. When two streets meet vertically, the facades of the adjoining buildings form an important component of the street. Because buildings attributing a street provide more than the basic functions for both pedestrians and inner users, the architectural design of this space requires additional factors in the design of the buildings facade. The exterior elements of the buildings are grouped into various types according to thier mutual relationship. For this process a window is used to classify the pattern of facades. These patterns can be classified into six main typologies. The first five are that of grid, vertical orientation, horizontal orientation, curtain wall and a confused type, which combin es one or more elements of the first four. The sixth typology is an allowance for forms of variation, which at this point are unknown. Such shapes of the buildings on corner site recognizes variously according to the context of a street and pedestrian's perception. So, We need to consider them when we plan a building. Because The architectural feature of corner influence street.
The Effect of Radiographic Contrast Media on Reperfusion Injury in the Isolated Rat Heart

Background and Objectives: We investigated the effects of commonly used contrast media (CM) on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in isolated rat hearts. Subjects and Methods: Isolated rat hearts were subjected to 30 minutes of regional ischemia and 2 hours of reperfusion. The following CM (1 mL/1 L Krebs-Henseleit buffer) were randomly perfused for 15 minutes beginning 5 minutes before reperfusion and ending 10 minutes after reperfusion: iohexol (n=8), iopromide (n=8), ioversol (n=8), iomeprol (n=8), iopamidol (n=7), ioxaglate (n=8), and iodixanol (n=7). The effects of a direct bolus injection of undiluted iohexol, iopromide, or ioxaglate (each n=6) via the aortic root immediately prior to reperfusion were also evaluated. The area of necrosis, expressed as the percentage of the area at risk (AN/AR), and cardiodynamic variables were measured. Results: The AN/AR of the control and experimental groups in the order described in methods was 33.7±6.4%, 30.3±7.4%, 34.7±12.6%, 29.2±10.2%, 20.9±7.6%, 22.6±8.7%, 18.8±7.9%, and 19.9±11.4%, respectively. Groups that received iomeprol and ioxaglate exhibited significantly decreased AN/AR values compared to those of control hearts (p=0.042 and p=0.013). No significant differences in the AN/AR were observed between control hearts and the groups injected with a single bolus of CM. No significant hemodynamic changes were noted after reperfusion among the groups. Conclusion: The overall effects of the CM on coronary reperfusion were not deleterious, and better effects were noted in two CM groups. However, it is unclear whether this result was attributed to a specific physiochemical property of the CM.

We report a case of atrial fibrillation-related tachycardia induced cardiomyopathy and ventricular fibrillation after liver transplantation in a 41-year-old man with end-stage liver failure. Atrial fibrillation and congestive heart failure occurred postoperatively. Cardiac arrests due to ventricular fibrillation occurred 6 months after the operation with subsequent implantations of an implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. Ventricular arrhythmias did not recur during the 18 months after normalization of heart functions with guideline-directed medical treatments.

We coupled an \textit{in-situ} transmission X-ray microscope (TXM) with a Nd:YAG pulsed laser with a 532-nm wavelength and a 6-ns pulse width. This system was employed to investigate the photo-induced morphological evolution in Au thin films during shot-by-shot irradiation by a single laser pulse. Based on results for Au thin films with thicknesses of 10 and 20 nm, we successfully demonstrated the \textit{in-situ} TXM system to be a powerful tool for imaging the photo-induced transition from metal thin films to metal nanoparticles. We also found that the sequence of steps leading to this transition depended critically on the thickness of the Au films.
