지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to investigate the quality of service that affects satisfaction of special library users and to suggest ways to improve the function and role of special library. The data were collected by survey and interview method conducted with 111 library users in 6 local research institute using modified questionnaires based on LibQUAL+. The results revealed that human quality factor had more influence on library service satisfaction than space and information quality factor. Also, there were statistically significant influence between library service satisfaction and three sub service factors, such as service attitude, space convenience, and information usability. The interviewers indicated problems of special library service in lack of data, inactivation of digital data, space problem, data sharing problem, and lack of experts. Finally this study proposed several suggestions to improve service quality of special library of local autonomous entity research institution. 이 연구는 지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질 평가를 통하여 실제 이용자 만족에 영향을 주는 서비스 품질을 파악하고 전문도서관의 기능과 역할을 더욱 효율적으로 개선하기 위한 방향을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 지방연구원 소속 6개의 전문도서관 이용자 111명을 대상으로 LibQUAL+을 기반으로 수정된 설문조사와 심층인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 인력품질이 공간품질과 정보품질 보다 전반적 만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었고, 서비스 품질 하위변수 중에서는 인력품질의 서비스 태도, 공간품질의 공간 편의성, 정보품질의 정보 유용성이 이용자의 전반적 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인터뷰 결과로 자료부족, 디지털 자료의 비활성화, 도서관 공간개념의 환경, 타 기관과의 자료공유 비활성화, 인력부족 등의 문제점이 지적되었다. 이 연구는 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 지방연구원 소속 전문도서관의 서비스 품질에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.

고령자에서 Sulfonylureas와 항균제의 병용투여 현황

Background: Previous studies have noted that the simultaneous use of sulfonylureas and antimicrobials, which is common, couldincrease the risk of hypoglycemia. In particular, an age of 65 years or older is a known risk factor for sulfonylurea-relatedhypoglycemia in hospitalized patients. Therefore, we performed this study to determine the potential risk of hypoglycemia from theconcurrent use of antimicrobials and sulfonylureas. Methods: We performed a cross-sectional study on the National HealthInsurance Service-National Sample Cohort from 2013. The eligibility criteria included patients of 65 years of age or older taking asulfonylurea with 25 different antimicrobials. Different risk ratings of severity in drug-drug interactions (potential DDIs), level X, D, orC in Lexi-Interact™online, and contraindicated, major, or moderate severity level in Micromedex® were included. SAS version 9.4was used for data analysis. Results: A total of 6,006 elderly patients with 25,613 prescriptions were included. The largest age groupwas 70 to 74 (32.7%), and 39.7% of patients were men. The mean number of prescriptions was 4.3 per patient. The most frequentlyused antimicrobials were levofloxacin (6,583, 25.7%), ofloxacin (6,549, 25.6%), fluconazole (4,678, 18.0%), and ciprofloxacin (2,551,9.8%). Among sulfonylureas, glimepiride was prescribed most frequently, followed by gliclazide, glibenclamide, and glipizide. Conclusion: Of the antimicrobials with a high potential of hypoglycemia, levofloxacin, ofloxacin, fluconazole, and ciprofloxacin wereused frequently. Thus, the monitoring of clinically relevant interactions is required for patients concurrently administered sulfonylureasand antimicrobials.

Robert Lee Frost, who died thirty-four years ago, had already become a literary landmark by the time of his death. A total of four Pulitzer Prizes, plus numerous honorary degrees from, for example, both Oxford and Cambridge in the same year, had helped assure his place in poetry anthologiesvs.

본 연구는 병리적 자기애의 특성 중 하나인 자기애적 취약성과 우울 간 관계에서 사회적 거절의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 즉 자기애적 취약성과 우울의 관계가 사회적 거절 처치에 따라 다르게 나타날 것이라고 가정하였다. 이를 위해 5차례의 사전 연구를 거쳐 ‘영상을 통한 첫인상 효과 연구’라는 실험 상황을 사회적 거절과 이에 대비되는 사회적 비거절 처치로 조작하였다. 자발적으로 실험에 참여한 대학생 152명은 사전 설문(자기애적 취약성) 작성 이후 무선적으로 사회적 거절/비거절 처치 조건에 각각 76명씩 할당되었고, 각 조건의 모든 참가자들은 영상을 촬영한 후 가상의 평가단으로부터 사회적 거절과 비거절에 해당하는 평가를 받았다. 분석 결과, 가설대로 사회적 거절 처치 조건에서만 자기애적 취약성이 우울을 유의미하게 정적으로 예측하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 사회적 거절 실험 패러다임을 보완하여 새로운 사회적 거절 실험 절차를 마련한 후, 이 실험을 통해 자기애적 취약성과 우울의 관계를 검증했다는 것에 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는, 자기애적 취약성이 특징적일수록 대인관계 상황에서 더 쉽게 우울감을 느끼는 원인이 타인에게 긍정적인 반응만을 요구하는 비현실적인 기대에서 비롯될 가능성을 시사한다. 마지막으로, 사회적 거절 주체들의 사회적/경제적 수준, 서열 등을 고려하여 실험에 반영한다면 자기애적 취약성을 포함한 병리적 자기애의 심리적 부적응에 대한 사회적/문화적 이해가 확대될 것으로 예상된다.

The effect of soil thermal conductivity on the borehole length is studied. In performing this work the solution of line source model is used. A new concept, (L/Q) , borehole length per unit geothermal load ratio, is developed to compare the effect of soil thermal conductivity on the borehole length. It is shown that (L/Q) is a function of soil thermal conductivity(K) and onlyvery weak function of borehole thermal resistance(R(b)). There is no functional dependency of the (L/Q) on the temperature(L/Q). Thus it is easy to estimate the effect of K on the borehole length with (L/Q) . The result of this study is also examined with EED analysis.
