소 심장 미토콘드리아 외막에 존재하는 전자운반체 cytochrome $b_5$의 추출에 미치는 영향을 계면활성제인 digitionin과 DMS(n-dodecyl-$\beta$-D-maltoside)에 대하여 조사하였고, 계면활성이 있는 인삼사포닌의 영향도 관찰하였다. Digitonin과 DMS를 미토콘드리아 외막에 각각 1% 처리하여 원심분리로 얻어진 상층액 속에 cytochrome $b_5$ 성분이 상당량 함유되어 있음을 확인하였으나 2%와 5%의 인삼사포닌을 처리했을 때는 두 경우 모두 그의 가용화를 위한 영향력을 확인할 수 없었다. Digtionin과 DMS 각 1% 처리로 얻어진, cytochrome $b_5$가 상당량 포함된, 원심분리 상층액에 대하여 DEAE-cellulose 이온교환크로마토그라피를 하였다. 용리된 cytochrome $b_5$의 순도를 전기영동에 의하여 단일 띠로 확인하였고 분자량은 13000~20000 정도이었다. The Effect of ginseng saponin on the extraction of cytochrome $b_5$ which is an electron-transport protein present at the outer membrane of bovine heart mitochondrion was compared with those of two surfactants-digitonin and DMS (n-dodecyl-$\beta$-D-maltoside). It was observed that much cytochrome $b_5$ was contained in the supernatant obtained by the spinning the mitochondrial outer membrane which was treated with 1% of digitonin or DMS. But, treating the membrane with 2% or 5% of ginseng saponin could not solubilize the cytochrome. An ion-exchange chromatography of DEAF-cellulose was performed for the supernatant rich in cytochrome $b_5$ which was obtained from the treatment of 1% of digitonin or DMS and then spinning. The purity of the cytochrome fraction eluted was confirmed through a single electrophoretic band. The molecular weight of the protein was 13,000-20,000.

It is common to design the duct branches where to supply the required air flow for individual room in residential apartment house. And TAB process is applied to control the designed air volume with adjusting volume dampers and/or supply diffusers after fully installing the ventilation system. These process has been resulted increasing the initial cost for the residential ventilation system because of man-hour and accessories such as volume control damper or diffuser. However it is difficult to adjust the air volume adequately in small air duct branches in residential ventilation system. The purpose of this study is to figure out the performance of distributor with split guide vane for the residential ventilation system. The results of this study are as follows. (1) Air distributor with guide is excellent in controlling and distributing the air volume for the branches (2) Distributing the supply air volume is more accurate when more than 2m long inlet duct connects between OA inlet and distributor. (3) I could be possible to control more accurate when the supply air volume is increased.
고지방식이 수컷 micro-pig에서 경신강지환(經身降脂丸) (GGEx)의 고지혈증 개선효과

Objectives : We evaluated anti-hyperlipidemia effect of Gyeongshinganjeehwan (GGEx) in high fat induced obese male micro-pigs. Methods : 7 month-old micro-pigs are fed with normal (n = 3) or high fat diet (n = 18) for 12 weeks. The pig revealed obesity in high fat diet were divided into 2 groups (n = 5 each) and vehicle (OMP) and Gyeongshingangjeehwan (GGEx, 616.7 mg/kg/day) were administrated for 1 month. We monitored the changes in body weight and measured plasma cholesterol, triglyceride, free fatty acid, GOT and, GPT after 1 month. The visceral fat were measured with computerized tomography and weights of various organs were measured after sacrifice. Results : 1. GGEx group had significantly reduced body weight gain than obese control group in statistics. 2. GGEx group didn't significantly differ from obese control group in blood total cholesterol, blood LDL-cholesterol, blood triglyceride. but it's data were similar to normal control group. 3. GGEx group had prominantly reduced visceral fat than obese control group in computerized tomography. 4. Blood GOT and GPT didn't differ from between groups. The organ weight were not significant different. And it is normal in size and colour of visceral organs. Conclusions : It is concluded that GGEx has anti-hyperlipidemia effect by improving visceral fat and access to security.
MOGABA: Monitoring of Gamma-ray Bright AGN with KVN 21-m radio telescopes at 22, 43 and 86GHz

We report preliminary results of MOGABA project for monitoring total flux density, linearly polarized flux, and polarization angle at 22, 43 and 86GHz of Gamma-ray bright AGN (Active Galactic Nuclei) with KVN (Korean VLBI Network) 21-m radio telescopes. The project has been conducted in one year since May 2011 with an effective monitoring cycle of 1 week, observing four main objects (3C 454.3, BL Lac, 3C 273, and 3C 279). More objects were included in the source list when they had flared in Gamma-ray. Especially, we included a compact radio source at the Galactic center, SgrA* since Jan. 2012. In this paper, we report the current status of the project and preliminary results for the monitoring observations.

The ground around the portal of a tunnel is the most typical part showing the 3-dimensional mechanical behavior in the tunnel. The portal slope is constructed at the weathered soft rock-mass, and remains as a potential sliding mass. The slope failure around the tunnel portal may happen drastically and induce the great disaster; hence, for the permanent stability several special techniques are required. To solve this problem, the ground around the tunnel portal may be excavated in the arch shape to develop the arching effect in horizontal direction. With the arch-type portal slope, one can reduce considerably the excavation mass and the damage of environments. This approach has not been attempted yet due to the lack of understanding and the well-defined analyzing method, so the retaining wall type portal is more universal. The 3-dimensional finite element analyses were carried out to prove that the arch type is more advantageous in safety and cost than the right angle type. The influence of the tunnel construction sequence and the strength of the rock-mass on the slope stability was investigated by focusing on the maximum shear strain in the slope, and the yield zone at the tunnel face. 터널의 갱구부는 터널에서 3차원 거동을 가장 뚜렷하게 보이는 부분이며 대체로 풍화가 진행되어 거의 토사화되어 있는 취약한 암반에 시공됨에 따라 비탈면은 잠재적인 활동체가 되게 된다. 터널 갱구부 비탈면에서 안정에 위해되는 요인이 발생했을 경우 파괴가 급속히 진행되어 대형사고로 이어질수 있으므로 특별한 안정화 대책이 필요하여 경제적으로 큰 부담이 된다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 갱구부 비탈면을 수평 아치형으로 굴착하게 되면 굴착량이 줄어서 경제적이고 자연훼손이 줄어들며 보다 안전하고 아름다운 형상을 기대할 수 있다. 그러나 인식부족으로 인하여 이와 같은 시도는 거의 이루어지지 않고 있어서 면벽식 갱구부가 보편화 되어 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 아치형 갱구부 비탈면의 이점을 알아보기 위하여 3차원 수치해석을 ㄷ형과 아치형 비탈면에 대하여 각각 수행하여 그 결과를 서로 비교하였으며 터널 굴진과 암반강성에 따른 갱구부 비탈면의 안정성은 비탈면에서 발생되는 최대전단변형율과 막장면에서 터널굴진에 따른 소성접근도를 분석하여 검토하였다.

To study the genetics and association of dwarfism and gibberellic acid response(GA3) in barley, first of all, a series of experiments about application method, time, concentration and experimental method of gibberellic acid were done with use of 10 barley varieties. The responses of plant height, internode length and the second leaf length in barley plants were highly significant with the application methods, concentrations and different varieties, and also the interactions among those factors were significant. Gibberellic acid response could pertinently be classified in both hydroponics and sand culture with application of 10-50ppm GA3 solutions. However, varietal differences of internode length in sand culture became less by microenvironmental factors. Olbori and Sacheon 6 were insensitive to GA3, but Dusan 12, Dusan 8, Paldalbori, Suwon 211 and Songhakbori which were derived from semidwarfing sources, were sensitive types. The elongation of culm length in barley applied at panicle initiation or booting stages was enhanced in both pot or field plots, but the response was more effective at booting stage. In general the GA3 response at seedlings in Hoagland’s solution was similar to one in both pot and field sprayed with GA3 solution.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between the commitment velocity perceived by parents and the intention to maintain the relationship between the core service quality and relationship benefits provided by Taekwondo. It was extracted using the convenient sampling method for parents of Taekwondo trainees in the metropolitan area. As analysis methods, frequency analysis, descriptive statistics analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, And mediating effect revalidation was performed. As a result of the study, there was a significant influence relationship between each variable set in this study, and the partial mediating effect of the parameters was verified.

The performance stability and heritability of thirteen recommended barley cultivars grown at four sites in 1982 to 1983 were studied. Albori and Gangbori with a relatively high mean yield possessed high stability over a wide range of environments. The direct effects of number of spike most positively influenced yield, but those of number of spikelet and 1,000 grains weight were very low. The heritability values of heading and maturing dates, number of spikelet, and winter hardenss were high, but the valus of 1,000 grains weight was very low. The positive genotypic correlations were found for yield with heading and maturing dates, and number of spike, but the negative correlation with winter hardness.
